Gruda Limousine Services

I used Gruda Limousine for my wedding. Driver was on time and service was great. He knew the exact locations we were going and the owner has a reasonable price for a Rolls Royce Phantom.

Horrible doesn't even do this company justice. The limo arrived to our first pickup spot and the ice provided was totally melted, and then when we tried to use the speakers and connect to bluetooth, it did not work. We happened to have an AUX cord, and that did not work either. The driver told us that the owner was aware of the issue but does nothing about it.

When I tried to raise this concern with the owner, he hung up on me, and began calling me names and gaslighting me to somehow turn the problem of HIS car on me. Plain and simple - do you want a limo that works? Do you want to work with a business owner who is professional and willing to resolve problems? Do you want a good experience for whatever event you are celebrating? STAY AWAY from Gruda. Absolutely terrible. Also, they aren't in Hartsdale anymore, so that is a lie. They are out of Mahopac.

I have been a customer of gruda limousine for the last 15 years They are reliable, friendly and very professional. I have never once had an issue with either with my weddings home or airport pick up. The drivers are always on time and very courteous and helpful. In my opinion they are the best Limo service in Entire United States. and beyond.

We had the Escalade limo and it was absolutely stunning. The driver was 15 minutes early and he was very pleasant. I will definitely go to Gruda for all my future limousine services.

This is our second time using Gruda Limousine, this time for transportation to and from NYC to our home in CT. We used the luxury party bus, which was so much fun for the kids. The driver was skilled, experienced, friendly and polite, and proactive. He was prompt on arrival, helped everyone on and off the bus and made pleasant conversation but never imposing conversation.

The price wasn't a bargain but was a great value, as these moments are those where one can't afford to have anything go wrong. I plan to use them again for our party needs.

We used Gruda Limo for our wedding this weekend. And everything was perfect! The drivers arrived early and were very friendly. The limos were clean and we had plenty of room!

Nick was our driver for a birthday party. He was super nice and very accommodating. He arrived on time and the limo was very clean and stocked with ice and cups. We had originally booked a stretch Lincoln but Danny upgraded us to the Escalade! While booking and planning this event, the communication with the owner was frustrating at times (not responding to emails, texts, etc).

Phone communication was the best way to get in touch. I was concerned about this company's follow through but fortunately they came through in the end and we had a wonderful time. Pricing was very competitive for the area!

He made sure we were dropped off properly and tried to pick us up at the entrance immediately when he see us come out the door. Will use this again.

I've used Gruda Limousine 3x in the last year. If that doesn't say that I have been overly satisfied with the service then I personally don't know what does. The driver arrived 30 minutes early & even set up the limo for us (placed the ice & alcohol in the appropriate places). He made sure we were comfortable & was polite throughout the entire trip!

All three times we had the same driver & he did not disappoint. Two times into New York City there was traffic & he communicated that with us to make sure we were not late for our reservations. Their communication & promptness would definitely make me continue utilizing the services provided by Danny & Gruda Limo Inc.

NOT SO SWEET 16 Before going to put my deposit I saw an ad by the company offering $100 off the limo if you mentioned there ad. There were no stipulations, however when I mentioned it to the owner he told me that no, it was just for weddings. That was unfair. Secondly, I was promised soda and water for my daughter's limo. The driver came with only water.

When i asked, the driver contacted the owner and he said they were "out" of soda. The driver graciously went and bought some, and then I received a nasty text from the owner about forcing the driver to buy soda which I never even asked him to do. Then he said he didn't want to put soda in because of the "kids" spilling it. They were all 16 and 17 years old, not babies.

When the limo got home, the driver made the kids clean out the limo. When have you ever heard of the paying customer having to clean out the limousine?! I'm pissed and insulted. The owner did not treat me with respect and the driver obviously didn't treat my kids well either. He didn't give me what was promised I the ad so it was FALSE ADVERTISING as well.

Called the main office and spoke to Danny whom was very professional and considerate. The price was fair and the service was exactly what I was looking for. After shopping several limo companies in the area he was the best priced and had NEW limos not old Escalades or Lincolns. I had a Range Rover which was HOOKED UP inside and a Mercedes C-Class was also amazing.

The drivers were dressed in clean suits and were very friendly to my ushers and bridesmaids. The limos were actually stocked with sodas and waters. I will def. use him again!
