Fantastic experience! Kim at Luxury Transport was my point of contact for my wedding day transportation. And, from the very beginning, she was so easy to work with. She responded to all my emails promptly. She quickly revised any time changes or changes to pick up/drop off points. Her attention to detail on my wedding day itinerary helped my day run smoothly. Additionally, our 47 person party bus was awesome!

It had plenty of room for our large wedding party and was equipped with lighting, TV screens, and great quality speakers. Reggie, our driver for the day, was phenomenal as well! He made sure all my guests got back to our after party. And kept things moving on schedule and got everyone where they needed to go safely. Overall, fantastic experience! The booking process was extremely easy, and Zesean was a total professional. He was able to help guide us with the appropriate transportation for our wedding, which included coordinating 2 50-passenger coach buses and a limo style sprinter. While everything appeared organized on paper with appropriate pick up/dropoff times and locations, we had major issues on the day of our wedding with our drivers.

We provided points of contact for all three transportation services, however there was a huge lack of communication from the drivers. Our sprinter driver did not let us know when he was present for our first pick up, and waited 45 minutes before he called us. After dropping the first group (groom party) off at the venue, he had no idea he had to go back to the hotel to pick up the second group (bridal party), which was clearly written out on our itinerary.

One of our coach bus drivers was 20 minutes late for both the pick up of our guests at the hotel prior to the wedding, and same for pick up at the venue after the reception-again with no communication, which led to unnecessary stress and scrambling. While their buses/sprinters were nice, i would hesitate to book with them again

Zesean and his team were amazing! Very timely and the buses were incredibly clean. We booked from another state, not knowing what to expect and were blown away. Thank you!

From the moment I first spoke to any of their representatives, to the planning and handling of my itinerary, and the execution of my transportation services, they are the best! I have been dealing with them for transportation for years! Scott and Kim are always such a pleasure to work with!

They make you feel comfortable and make sure you fully understand what you need and what you are getting! They have always treated me with respect and are very accommodating! I have also Never had one bad experience with any of their drivers! And they are always the first name I suggest to anyone needing transportation in my life! Working with Coachman was a dream! As a COVID bride, finding communicative and helpful people to work with is everything. Kim was so helpful up until the day before the wedding, helping me update plans. Day of, all of the drivers were incredibly professional. Driving a 12 person stretch or a coach bus is an expertise, and they were all experts. Thank you for making our wedding day that much easier with your expertise and professionalism.

Kim was my contact and so pleasant to work with, even though I had to make a number of changes to my contract due to COVID wreaking havoc with the number of guests attending both last year's small wedding and this year's full reception. The drivers were all on time, cordial, professional, and knew where they were going. While they are pricey, not as bad as some I spoke with, they provided good and safe service.

All I can say is ANDREW! The bus was awesome for our Mets trip and reasonably priced. Clean and A/C pumped. The best part of the trip was meeting our driver Andrew. Super professional, safe and friendly as a great photographer. We seriously felt like he was part of our family by the end of our trip.

Scott is very accommodating, and professional. We had an amazing time! Mike, (the driver), was great! He will absolutely be our go-to driver! He was personable, accommodating, and friendly, he also enjoyed himself. The bus was cleaned, and everything worked! Thank you very much for being a focal point in making this celebration happen.
