Cars are clean, drivers arrive early, they communicate with clients regularly to keep them informed about where they are and when they will arrive, they are courteous and are excellent drivers. I used BBZ for my daughters wedding. Rented the Rolls Phantom which is the ULTIMATE riding experience! We knew this car was special when we booked it. What we did not realize was the service made it amazing! The chauffeur was expected to be prompt and courteous. The surprise was he was immediately part of the wonderful wedding experience. He stepped up as if he had rehearsed with us all week and made us all feel very special. HIGHLY recommend this company when you are looking for the total luxury and pampered experience. I arranged car service from EWR to my home for my 71 year old mom, whom I was unable to collect at the time of her arrival. From the time of booking to delivering her to my residence the team at BBZ treated her like she was their own mother. She told me that she felt safe and that her driver, James, was so nice and took great care of her. Without reservation, I recommend BBZ for your private car service needs.

BBZ had great communication during the planning and lead-up to our event. On the day of our event, though, they had a mixup that resulted in a delay of our pickup. To their credit, BBZ did everything they could to resolve the issue at that time, and we were happy with the bus itself and our driver. After some further follow-up from a manager at BBZ, I feel satisfied with the outcome overall, and look forward to using their services again -- their professionalism and care is impressive!

This was the only company that allow us to come see their vehicles. Their garage is impressive and on the day of our wedding everything was great. Friendly chauffeurs and our planner was with us from beginning to end. Little pricier than other companies but you get what you pay for.

After years of taking ride share services to the airport and getting cancelled on or not having enough drivers in my area in the early hours of the morning, I finally decided to book a car service and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service and cars of BBZ. To the airport, the driver was right on time, helpful, and so nice! From the airport, our luggage was delayed for over an hour but the driver kept in touch 100% of the time and was so patient!

The site is pretty easy to navigate and booking online is straightforward. You can also create an account if you want to monitor the details of your booking(s). Overall, I will use BBZ the next time I need to get to/from the airport -- absolutely reliable and professional!

Our limo service was awesome. I had some difficulty in the beginning of the process because I would be talking to a different person every time I would call. In the end the service was perfect! The drivers were on time, respectful and well dressed. Our shuttles were comfortable and spotless!

We hired them for our wedding because we were so impressed by the woman when touring. I confirmed our exact party bus and that there would be soda, water and champagne 2 weeks prior to our wedding. However, the wrong bus came and there was no soda, water or champagne. They never even returned my phone call, the BRIDE! Very disappointed and would NOT recommend at all!

If there's a "0" review that's what you deserve after quoting my $500$ + trip then I arrive in NYC to be told we are sold out! Furthermore your call attendant mentioned several times " just call us when you arrive or the day of we will take care of you" NOW I HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION!

Wedding I had booked this limo service for my daughter's wedding on May 5th. I was informed the day before that the classic car that we reserved was in the workshop and offered a different vehicle. Reservation was for 1pm and the car arrived 45 min late. This set back the whole wedding by 1 hour. Granted that it was a rainy day it is not an excuse for that kind of a delay. We were not even offered an apology by the company. May be they were waiting for the car to be fixed on the wedding day. Philip Mathew
