I had a terrible experience with this company. My maid of honor booked a party bus for my bachelorette party and we needed to change the reservation. When I called I was told they don't usually transfer the deposit over to a new booking because it is non-refundable (understandable) BUT that they did not see an issue with it because I was trying to book TWO new reservations with the deposit. Carole told me she would call me back, I never heard so I followed up with her a second time.
She told me she would send me an email but I never received one. The third time I followed up I was told my deposit would be kept, they cancelled my initial reservation, and the two other reservations I was trying to book were now sold out. My maid of honor lost $400 and I was unable to book anything through them. I am so disappointed with this service, I would not recommend them.

We hired a school bus to shuttle our guests to a from the hotel and venue through Rockstar Limo and it was great! They were very responsive while we were planning our event, and the driver arrived early for both the trip to the venue and the trip to the hotel. The ease of working with them for arranging transportation for our guests made it worth it!

I am so grateful to Rockstar Limo who helped make our wedding reception amazing! We reserved the white trolley, which took us to our December wedding reception. It was such a unique experience. Our driver was so professional and arrived on time and kept our schedule, dropping us off at our venue right when we needed to be there! The white trolley looked so cute in photos and our bridal party loved the atmosphere it created!
They made everything so easy for us and were excellent with communicating everything to us! I would highly recommend hiring Rockstar for any important event! Safe and flawless transportation!

We booked Rockstar Limo for a school bus for our wedding transportation. Biggest regret of our wedding. We had the bus scheduled to take all the remaining guests at the end of the night to our after party, but the bus left WITHOUT THE BRIDE AND GROOM and about 20 guests who were then stranded at the venue because no one had cars. The venue coordinator had to stay late because there were still guests there.
We were not able to get in touch with the supposed 24/7 dispatch, and the bus driver was tracked down by a guest at the after party. Worst experience and I would NOT recommend. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they were accommodating when we had to reschedule for COVID reasons.

Very disappointed with rockstar limo. Booked a limo for night out in Boston. 45min before our departure someone from the limo company called to tell us the limo cannot come because its hatch door is not locking and they will send us a bus of some sort. I was raving mad because our evening with many friends was planned around the limo. When I declined the bus in quite a heated exchange, the guy said he will refund our money and cut off the line.
I called their main office immediately and they had no idea what was going on. Finally the office said the limo is running late doing another drop off and would come to us 30min late. At least we had a limo but it threw our plans off. It seems that they booked another job right before mine and that was running late so they tried to switch us to a bus.
And lied to me that the limo was broken. The hatch door worked fine and the driver said there was no problem with the limo. These guys are such crooks. Never again with them.
I called their main office immediately and they had no idea what was going on. Finally the office said the limo is running late doing another drop off and would come to us 30min late. Made a roundtrip reservation that includes a restroom stop each transfer from Boston to New Hampshire. A week after the trip, out of the blue, they charged my credit card an additional charge of four hundred dollars total. When I called them, they explained that the driver reported a one hour stop at the reststop during our way back from NH as the reason why there was a 400 charge to my credit card.
First of all, the restroom stop each transfer is supposed to be included as part of our reservation as detailed in the quote provided to us. There's no question about that because we had the exact same reservation last year, and nothing like this happened. Secondly, it was NOT one hour long. It was a 10 min short stop on our way there and 20 mins on our way back.
How on earth did they calculate a sum of 400 to charge us? No clue. And, it makes no sense. This is very disappointing and frankly fraudulent. Glad I caught it immediately when my card got charged. My credit card company (Capital One) turns out to be the savior in this mess by giving me the money back two days after I called them so that I didn't have to be so stressed out by RockStar Limo's shady deeds and while I was waiting for RockStar Limo to address these fraudulent charges.
To summarize, 3 points. #1: don't trust RockStar Limo with your credit card number! #2: if you have to give them your credit card as a form of payment, pay attention to your credit card statement! You never know when they will slam you with fraudulent charges and if you respond too slow then you might not get the remedy you wanted and longer wait time as well. #3: Just avoid this company to save you unnecessary stress! My husband and I booked Rockstar Limo for our wedding day. We booked a white trolley and were thrilled with the service from our Driver, Bill. Bill was on time, offered to help guests get on and off the trolley. At one point, I had to walk from a building down a long walk way to the trolley, it had started to rain and I was in my wedding dress on my way to the reception.
Bill took it upon himself to walk down to me with an umbrella to help escort me to the trolley. The service was 5 star and I knew we were in good hands with Rockstar. On a day as important as my wedding day, I was so happy to know that I had reliable transportation and a driver who was so kind and professional.

I'm so confused after reading the other reviews because we had the best experience with Rockstar for our wedding in Boston. I dealt with Stephanie the entire time and she made transportation the easiest part of the planning. We got 1 trolley and 2 school buses, all on time, professional, clean and willing to go with the flow (pictures before hand and different pickup times). They kept contact with my MOH so I didn't have to worry about anything the day of. No hidden prices or confusing receipts. Even came home to a thank you card from them!

DO NOT BOOK FOR WEDDINGS! I wasn't going to say anything but I really wish someone warned me.looking now WOW how I wish I had checked out the ratings before I booked with them. Long story short. I booked with one woman in December and then everything went radio silence and I learned she had been fired. Okay, things happen. After multiple calls I finally got a new woman, and learned SHE LEFT too!
I was given a new quote but the numbers didn't add up and when I asked the THIRD girl couldn't explain it so I was tossed to someone else, Meagan, who apparently is their "Director of Sales". I learned from talking with her that they: 1) Charged me the cost for 2 trolleys for 1 (I looked back at my original quote for 2) and refused to budge on pricing 2) Were so late booking the vehicle on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard (the wedding is on the island) that they would NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE FOR OUR RECEPTION TRAVEL.
We paid the deposit in December, ferry bookings open in January so how were you so late booking you couldn't get a ferry? 3) Insisted on $75 for a meal for their driver 4) When I saw the quote for the trolley was double the original, I was even willing to KEEP IT if they transferred the deposit from an Escalade (which, when I called to book they apparently booked a limo and not an Escalade then acted like heroes when they booked the correct one) to the trolley.
They refused to transfer the deposit, and it was like pulling TEETH to get it back. When speaking to Meagan about this, she rescheduled our call to go over my quote twice. When I finally got her on the phone, even with my wedding coordinator on 3-way (which she knew) she cut me off as I was speaking, was extremely defensive and RUDE and I finally flat out asked if she wanted my business to which she said NO.
I was SO done at that point, I called/emailed both John the owner and Joe the GM. I also left them voicemails because as someone who was previously a high-end clientele sales manager, I felt they should know how their employees are treating their clients. They didn't even call back or respond to my email. I can see why there is such a high turnover now.
Little did they know. I booked them because I saw them at a corporate event for a family member. Said family member has now pulled their business, will no longer be recommending Rockstar to their brides AND my future sister in law who's getting married in RI isn't booking with them now either. Shame, because the drivers were actually really sweet and very professional. Can't say the same for the office though and am SO GLAD I didn't book them for our wedding day!

We used Rockstar Limo for our wedding as a recommended vendor from our wedding venue, and we were very pleased with the results! We got a party bus that was well maintained and comfortably sat our 25+ person wedding party (even my grandparents!). The driver Rick was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and got us exactly where we were meant to go on time. Stephanie who helped us with the booking was amazing and answered all our questions. I'm glad we used Rockstar Limo for our big day, and I'd recommend them for others getting married in Rhode Island!

My friends and I rented a trolley for Friday night. we couldn't get over how big, clean and amazing it was. Our driver Bill was the best. He had a cooler ready with waters and ice. He was so accommodating. We are already planning our next trip and I'll definitely be using rockstar limo again! Also we'll be requesting Bill!

01/06/2017 We booked Rockstar Limo for our daughter's wedding and they were fantastic. We booked a Mini Coach 20-32 and they upgraded us to a Mini Coach 33-40. The office staff was excellent and kept in constant contact with us before the big day through e-mails and cell phones. Kelly was our driver and arrived early. She gave us her contact information in case we needed her and was polite and courteous. Several trips were made from the reception to the hotel and all went well. Water was provided and Champagne on the last trip. I would highly recommend Rockstar Limo.

Rockstar Limo was fantastic! Everything went so smooth for us on our wedding day! Not only did the day go well with transportation, but the planning and booking was simple and great! We worked with Jim Tamosso and he made everything so easy for us. He was kind and very friendly. He always answered my questions and helped us figure out what we would need to do to accommodate our guests! Our emails and phone calls were always answered promptly. They are professional and their prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend Rockstar Limo!

We rented a trolley and school bus for our wedding weekend in Newport on 10/15/16. Long story short - these guys were great. Their prices were slightly higher than other vendors - but let me tell you - it was well worth it for the "peace of mind" they provided. The drivers were awesome. The back office staff was great (and very responsive). I would highly recommend these guys - they took a lot of stress out of our wedding day logistics.

DO NOT BOOK! They took $1,000 out of my account the week before my wedding when I said to take it out on a different date! so I missed tons of payment and didn't get the money back in my account for 7 days! They tried blaming it on my bank saying it's not their fault. And I had to talk to 3 different people because they kept tossing me around to someone new!.
Then they said they would take of me for all my troubles.they gave us a bottle of champagne.this company is an absolute joke and I wouldn't use them to drive me 10 feet down the road. The trolley was a piece of garbage falling apart and had no a/c. NEVER AGAIN!
