Was looking for a Reliable limo Service in the area that was able to bring our party of 6 to Boston on 8/26/17 for a Dinner Cruse. Reliable. Being the Key Word. Over the years you hear horror stories about what can go wrong to ruin your special evening. After doing a goggle search and getting pricing all over the board. I decided to call a friend in the funeral industry Adam Auclair of Auclair Funeral Home in Fall River Ma. Mr. Auclair recommended me to call Austin Limousine Service, saying that, when they need a Professional & Reliable Source that's who they would use.

Also telling me to explain to them all my requirements needed for that special evening. Mr. Bob Gendron of Reliable met and exceeded those special requests. We had a beautifully detailed stretch limo with all the toys. The driver was a Miss Paulina who only made the experience even richer. Bottom line I will use them again.

General Manager Sarah J. Higginbottom was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. Their prices were also the best for vans. Towncartravel was my preferred vendor, until our circumstances changed and we had to make arrangements for MANY more people than anticipated. At that point we had to go somewhere else that had large vehicles available, (honestly, much to my disappointment).

I hope to be able to work with Sarah in the future; she was truly a delight! [Even when I had to tell her we were going elsewhere, she continued to be a friendly professional!]
