Extremely unprofessional. They drive into residential areas that they're not supposed to drive around in- they use my neighborhood to take smoke and lunch breaks! Their drivers sit in their busses with them running- right in front of our homes. Their exhaust gets pumped into my home and makes me sick. Not to mention they've got a tendency to feel the need to SLOWLY back into a spot typically right in front of residence's windows and entrances!

The beeping sound the bus makes while in reverse goes off for 5 min+ at times. This is a regular occurrence and I'm fed up. Filing a non-emergency complaint with the city next as it's not safe for these big busses to be driving around residential streets recklessly and treating our homes like some public rest stop! They NEED to train their drivers on being professional and respectful in residential places!

Their driver cut me off in traffic on the interstate twice, they don't use safe drivers. I wouldn't recommend using, zero stars
