Tim really keeps his limousines in great shape for the year of the vehicles. His driver Markita is a top notch driver I must say very impressed with the service. They took care of my mother on her Surprise 60th Birthday. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star was because we had a music delay and the aux cord wasn't functioning prior to picking my mother up.

The driver came to the rescue and used her phone with the bluetooth to let us enjoy our drive. To me I felt like I should have had a deal for lost of time getting to my mothers surprise celebration trying to get that music to work, but all I got from Tim was an apology. I would absolutely recommend this company fot limousine service. They I'm sure should by then have had a better cord. Definetly request for Markita as the driver.

Booked a 2-6 seater Chrysler 300 for my anniversary celebration for my wife and I as a surprise. The rate I received was the lowest rate I could find in the Cincinnati area for 3 hours to take us to and from dinner. My wife was surprised and the experience was everything I would expect from a limo company and more. I was notified in advance that my driver was on his way and I received a call from the driver once he was getting close to my location. The driver Preston was very kind and provided everything you'd expect. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

Hiring Your Chauffeur was a great choice! Ordered 180 Chrysler 300 limo since we knew we would only have 8 people in there at a time! It was a tight squeeze and we are fairly average sized people - we didn't mind at all but if you have any more than 8 - go for another limousine they have to offer! Changed picture locations day of wedding and limo driver didn't seem to mind at all and there was no additional charge.

Saved us! we had cancelation with our original car service for our wedding with less than 24 hour left, the other company called to let me know they dont have the car we request and they were kind enough to give me Tim information with your chauffeur, i called and in less than 20 min we closed all details we had the car reserved he was very sympathetic to our situation did not take any advantage on last min booking and accommodate our need, we had Kerry as our driver he was on time very kind very patient and the car was great we had the Chrysler 300 rolls royce edition and we loved it. thank you for coming thru for us on a very short notice.

The car was new and very clean. The driver showed up late and it was snowing. She did not know how to operate the controls in the back of the limo so we sat in silence in the cold. She drove so slow that we were 30 minutes late for our appointment. When we arrived home. She sat in the front seat and never got out of the car. When it was time to pay there was no room in the passenger seat so I stood in the cold while she figured out how the credit card worked. We are very disappointed. Thank you so much for creating the perfect Hollywood effect for our wedding exit. Your car and driver were completely professional, and made us feel like the stars getting in and out of the limo. Our wedding guests were awed by the beautiful and spotless vehicle, which awaited our arrival. The car was spacious enough to accommodate our wedding party, and we were so impressed by the luxurious car interior with multiple colored light effects, sound system, champagne glasses, and areas to ice down our beverages.

The chauffeur was so kind and accommodating, letting us choose the route to our destination, demonstrating how to utilize the music and light features, and generally making us feel welcome.
