Nan Extraordinare

We called on short notice, they said they could do it for $425 and would be here at 3:15. At 3:16 we got a call from them stating they did not have a driver and would not be coming but still already charged our card for the full $425. How do you charge for a service you did not have the ability to provide? And then wait until the time the car was supposed to be here to call and say no.

Called to get details about using their services and was told it wouldn't be worth their time since it would be a 2 hour drive to the destination and they would have to pay the driver for 10 hours so they would have to charge me a lot more than normal. Never once asking me if I would be willing to pay it. Also stated Md is way different than Delaware and we have to make our trip worth it. Sorry I even called to ask

Driver arrived 20+ minutes late. She called on her way and said traffic was bad. Funny thing is. I had just made a similar drive and while traffic was a little heavier then usual it wasn't 20 minutes late heavy. Then, the driver failed to warn us that they had just cleaned the carpets. My son was looking great in his white suite on his way to prom until he kneeled on the floor and both his legs were stained with dark spots.

We booked for 8 hours and tipped up from 20%+. I attempted to chat with the driver a bit while the kids were having photos taken and tried to joke with her about telling the kids they were not allowed to bring their McDonalds food and drinks into the car. It's McDonalds for crying out loud. They weren't bringing beer and wine and a BBQ dinner.

Yet she put her stern serious face on and made a big deal about how we would be charged if anything spilled. Keep in mind this is an hour after her wet carpet already ruined my sons pants. I'm not saying I wouldn't use this company again but I surely had a less than ideal experience. You'd think making $2K+ in 8hrs for waiting in a fancy car would perk you up but apparently not.

I'm a party planner who was assisting a challenging client with a surprise wedding. Things were changing up until the start of the event, including the transportation for guests to the venue. Brittney in the office, Frank, Tyrone and Daniel (drivers) were amazing to work with, very friendly, professional, and flexible. It was a pleasure to work with them and I hope to again in the future!

AMAZING! We had Steven W and wow seriously the nicest man I have ever met. He was so accommodating he even ran into the gas station to grab a charger for us! Ugh what a great experience. They booked us super last minute and it was so fun. The only thing is make sure you have an AUX cord! Again loved Steven! Give that man a big raise!

I was very excited to do business with this company at first. Sherman one of the drivers was very nice and welcoming he assisted us with choosing the right limo for our wedding party. He called to advise what limo we requested, it was supposed to be 18-20 passenger Escalade newer model. We loved the door that opened up in the middle which would have been perfect for the larger men in our wedding party.

Everyone was really nice and helpful even up to the wedding day when my car arrived over an hour late and they arrived with an old 14 passenger Escalade (some pictures I took I couldn't take many because it was my wedding day). The driver to his defense was filling in for another driver who quit. The new driver called and asked me what car was I supposed to get I told him 18-20 passenger.

He arrived in the old beat up Limo that we would have never paid for, it had fixtures missing, upholstery hanging, dirty carpet, we couldn't play any music no usb or Bluetooth. We would have never paid for this limo! I was told by the driver that Sherman would be returning that evening to pick us up in the correct car, needless to say the same car came. Sherman was apologetic and we appreciated that and said he would talk to the owner and explain what was discussed the day we picked out the car.

My husband and I called today and spoke with Joni, Josi something like that she was highly unprofessional very rude and she hung up on us. She stated the lady that originally did my contract no longer worked there and she offered me prices that should not be offered she made us feel as though it was our fault they had an inadequate employee. I don't believe I ever once heard her at least apologize for the mix up.

Very very rude highly unprofessional and because of her inappropriate unprofessional manner I am highly considering taking the company to court. I will speak to the owner first since she does not represent him but I will not be handled in such a way after paying my money and being inconvenienced on my wedding day.

I reserved a party bus with this company and they requested a$450 deposit. They emailed me a receipt for my deposit but no contract. A month before my event, I called the company to downsize to a limo, but there were none available. I requested my deposit back and was told that it was non-refundable after 7 days from the time that I had paid it. When I asked if this policy was written on any document that I should have received, it wasn't.

The customer service offered by this company is terrible. They do not follow contract law and are rude and unreasonable. I had to book with another limo company that gave a written contract stipulating its cancellation policy. I would not recommend that anyone use this company.

This company single-handedly RUINED my wedding day. I hired a limo to take me and my wedding party to the venue, and a shuttle to take guests to and from venue. When the limo arrived to pick me up, it had a flat tire. The driver said she would go to the gas station and put air in it. It wasn't just a low tire, she was literally driving on the rim.

We asked her to please send a different car, but she said none could get here on time. So when she came back from the gas station, the AC was broken. We ended up scrambling to get Ubers to my ceremony. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. The shuttle, who's only job was to take everyone home from the venue, LEFT THE ENTIRE WEDDING PARTY INCLUDING THE BRIDE AND GROOM STRANDED.

I have never written a review before, but I absolutely cannot belive how this company managed to cause every single problem on my wedding day. I still have not received any apology or recognition of their total failure. I had to alert my credit card company that the services they charged us for were never provided. There are truly no words to capture the complete rage I feel towards their incompetence.

Critical: Quality, Value I used there service on may 23 both 20 passengers had no air conditioning. The drivers was good won't take nothing from them but those 20 passenger look good on the outside but inside need some work I won't be using there service again I tell u that. And I'm still waiting on a call back.

It was a very nice bus. We all had a great time. The only thing the radio didn't work and the TV didn't work. Joseph Bell was an awesome driver. He has a great personality.

Both drivers were outstanding on our vacation trips they handled everything safely and even accommodated our luggage without hesitation, we left from glen burnie to ocean city, both drivers Mitchell and Sherman were handsdown amazing drivers even had a blast with conversations. We know it was a long trip but both were gentleman and without hesitation let us stop on the way with a break so we can all rest our feet for a few.

They are all about saftey and cleanliness, even had a spot so our 4 yr old had a place for our car seat we used them 3 times so far our drivers have become part of our family everytime we see them for when we need them it has been a pleasure with this amazing team of professionals. You will feel like a celebrity every time! We will continue to use this company every year

Extraordinar Limousine was so accommodating with our hectic scheduling. They provided guidance and exceptional service. We would use them again.

I cannot say enough positive things about the absolutely incredible experience I had with Extraordinaire. The transportation logistics had me concerned the moment my daughter mentioned she would like to get married in DC. I'll start with the minute I received a quote from them. I had no idea what to do about transportation in DC for a wedding. Jenn gave me multiple options, explained them all and never made me feel like it was anything other than her pleasure to assist me.

Two days before the wedding, my daughter and I became worried about the number of guests needing transportation. About the same time we were freaking out about this the owner, yes the owner of the company randomly called to confirmed details - something he said they do consistently to provide superior service! What a blessing! We figured it out, he reassured me it would be work out and I ended the conversation with complete confidence that this piece of the wedding was going to work out.

The day of the wedding the drivers were on time, professional and courteous. Our out of town guests remarked about the great maneuvering they did in Friday afternoon rush hour traffic in DC. They were polite, kind and helpful until the last moment the last guest was dropped off. I received a few lower quotes on transportation for the wedding but went with Extraordinaire because of my initial conversation with Jenn.

She took so much time helping me deal with some difficult logistics that I immediately felt confident that this was a solid company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who values excellent customer service and professionalism.

I used Extraordinar to celebrate my 34th Birthday and was blown away. From start to finish. Seamless. Customer service means everything to me and you guys were fantastic. When the Chrysler 300 (black) limo pulled up it was sparkling clean. The driver was on time. Even phoned to let me know he was outside. He was dressed in a full pressed suit and was very professional.

He introduced himself to everyone, acknowledged me as the celebrant and made sure we were all comfortable. The limo was ready for us down to the ice and water. The car was spotless. The temperature was excellent. The music was on and appropriate. He even showed me how to set up the cars Bluetooth to my phone should I want to set atmosphere. The car smelled fresh and I couldn't be more please. My guest and I had a awesome time. I look forward to using this service again and I mean soon! Thank you for making my Birthday memorable.

We took your limo sevice to go to DC to see Elton John's farewell tour last September and the ride to and back was the icing on the cake! Our driver, Sherman, was prompt, professional, courteous, personable and we could not have been happier with the entire experience. Not having to fight the DC traffic and parking made our night all the more memorable and FUN! Thank you so much! ~ Al and Rhonda

Hired them to transport guests staying at nearby hotels to and from my son's wedding. Turns out it was the driver's first day on the job. He didn't know where he was going, or what he was supposed to do. It wasn't his fault, but REALLY? Also, the bus was overheated and he couldn't get the air conditioning to work; the step that is supposed to drop down from the bus was broken so we had women in gowns and older people struggling to get in and out. We actually had to delay the start of the ceremony because the bus was late getting to the venue. Very poor experience.

Don't you hate it when companies let you down? You expect to get what you pay for right? Especially when dealing with a contracted service! My husband and I were let down by An Extraordinar Limo. We first encountered them at a wedding expo as we needed transportation services for our wedding. We wanted a Hummer limo to whisk us away after our reception.

We booked nearly a year in advanced and expected everything to be okay day of. Wishful thinking. We initially booked with Ruth (whom I understand is no longer with the company). She made the booking process very easy and confirmed all of our details (date/time/location/vehicle etc.) and booked us a "wedding package" which consisted of red carpet roll out, just married flags and a complimentary toast along with exceptional service.

This service is also stated on their website under weddings. Did we get a red carpet roll out? No. Did the limo have just married flags? No. Did we get a complimentary toast? Sure, but our contract specifically stated apple cider as we do not drink alcohol. Did we get what we asked for in our stated contract? No. Were we disappointed by An Extraordinar Limo? Extremely.

Should you avoid An Extraordinar Limo? I would. I don't care how small these details regarding red carpet, flags and cider are.if I am paying you to do provide a service and our contract has a specific detail listed I expect to receive that specific detail. Terrible service. They didn't even give us our driver details either. I called twice a few days before my wedding and was told each time "Sorry don't have the details. We'll call you later." What? Luckily, our driver did show up on time and was friendly, but that was the only thing good about this experience.

July 2018, I reserved the 14-passenger shuttle to pick-up and drop off wedding guests. It was raining all day and they sent a van in which the sunroof was leaking in on us. The driver told me that he mentioned it to the Owners and of course they didn't do anything. The saw an opportunity to make money and didn't think about us getting wet while riding inside the limo van.

The driver was nice and somewhat accommodating (some guests were never picked up) I wished I would have used the other limo company that I rented the limo car from. This was not an Extraordinar experience! Never again!

We use this company for a group pick up and drop off and I could not believe how poor the customer service was. I could not bekieve how rude Nicole (the manager) was. The driver was lovely, but I regret the money I spent with this company. Word to the wise; If you book with them don't you dare ask a single question. Thank God this was just a group outing and not a special occasion like a wedding.

Participated with a group of friends in the Lindy 500 Limo scavenger hunt in 2016. Our driver was very nice and helpful and always just one phone call away. We won a free limo ride, which we used recently. Once again the driver was very nice, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would use this company again for sure!

Used them for a prom group of 14. Reservation was easy & friendly, driver was on time, and the kids had a safe ride to & from their prom. The 14 passenger limo was not brand new, but we knew that ahead of time & that is the only reason they don't get 5 stars. Will be happy to use them in the future.

They were great 2 years ago when I used them for the prom. this past weekend was horrible. late for pick up, no a/c or lights, had to change vehicles, missed dinner reservations. Suggest you ask plenty of questions about the vehicle before you rent. a 10 passenger didn't really accommodate 10 people.

We rented a 10-passenger limousine from them for our wedding this past weekend to shuttle the bridal party, family, and us to and from the wedding venue. I can honestly say that this company has been nothing but professional and courteous to us the entire time we have dealt with them. From the moment I set about looking for a limousine rental, they have always been the first and fastest to respond.

They called us a couple of days before the wedding just to go over final details with us. When it came to the actual day of the wedding, the limousine driver showed up early, and was friendly and courteous! Despite horrible DC traffic, we were table to stick to our timeline and everyone got to the venue when they needed to. The limousine itself was in excellent condition, and looked absolutely beautiful!

There was an incident during the wedding where a few of our guests had had too much to drink, and were being extremely rude to our driver. While I think he would have been well within his rights to refuse them rides in the limousine, he remained a constant professional, and still took everyone home at the end of the night. Despite what I can imagine to be a rough night for our driver, he treated my bride and I with the utmost respect and courtesy.

My wife I were very happy with the services he provided. Tips were covered in the wedding package, but I wish I had been carrying more money in my wallet to compensate him for all the trouble he had to put up with. I would definitely recommend AN EXTRAORDINAR LIMOUSINE!

Used their service for a Birthday Celebration on August 9, 2014 and I was beyond pleased with the service. There were no additional charges just the rate that was discussed with Nancy. My driver Gina was FANTASTIC! She called to let me know she was on her way and arrived 30 minutes early. She offered to help carry some of our items to the limo and most important she was PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and PATIENT during the entire day with a group of 18 women who had been drinking all day!

We left items in the limo at the venue that were needed and when I texted her she volunteered to bring the items inside so that I would not have to leave out. At the end of the night she thanked me for using their services and then followed up with a text message to say Happy Birthday and that she enjoyed being our driver for the day. Despite previous reviews, which had me nervous up until the day of my event, I took a risk because of the reasonable price and I must say this company EXCEEDED my expectation! I would definitely use them again and will refer friends and family to them!

I used the service for transportation relating to a special event. Although the car showed up on time, there was a grease spill on the floor of the passenger area that most of stepped on before realizing. Also, there were surprise charges after fact, despite the agreed rate, which led to rude emails from Nancy Rehmert, the purported customer service specialist. I would never use again and would never recommend. Go with an honest, professional company.

We hired these guys to bring a Suburban or Escalade to our wedding to whisk away the bride and groom (me) to our reception, then from the reception to our hotel. Well. We waited outside the church for a half hour before I asked m brother to drive me in my GMC truck (he was in town from Florida and was using my truck to get around). My truck smelled like gasoline because. it's a truck.

The limo company "apologized profusely" and gave us the limo for "free" (mind you we still drove my truck from the church to the reception because there was not a "limo" or anything resembling what we had arranged within sight). So the trip from the reception to the hotel was "free" but the most important ride was from the church to the reception. right? I'm a lawyer but I decided not to sue anyone associated with my wedding because I believe it's got to be bad juju for our marriage.

None of the other service providers we hired failed in the least bit. EVERYONE ELSE we hired for our most special day came through with bells on except these guys. ****WARNING**** IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET MARRIED DO NOT RISK THESE UNPROFESSIONAL JERKS! PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO WITH A MUCH MORE RESPECTED COMPANY! It was so bad. the driver didn't want to take my tip. I'm not jerk, I know the driver and the owner are not the same, I know that the driver does not perform maintenance on the vehicles so I didn't want to screw him over by not tipping, but he was instructed to not accept such a tip because the owner knows how bad he screwed up. I hope the next wedding party he ruins is not as merciful as I am, because I can take his entire company and all his cars from him with a circuit court jury.
