A few days before our wedding, our driver, Howie called us to go over everything. He was so fun and energetic! He was very helpful and greeted us after the ceremony with a bottle of champagne! One member of our bridal party left a sippy cup in the limo, and the owner, Vlad, called us the next day and he personally dropped it off! My sister already has them booked for her wedding next year!

Very disapointed in the quality of service after reccomending D&G to my brother for his wedding. The bus had puddles of water in the aisle when we first got on. We politely asked the driver if the water was normal and he responded by saying, "Its water, what do you want me to do about it." He then proceeded to drive us to the church while running. over every curb he could get his tires on.
As he parked the bus in front of the church he put the bus in reverse instead of park and got out of the bus. The bus was reversing without him in the driver seat, almost hitting the photographer, until he ran back into the bus and pulled the emergency break, causing all the groomsmen to be thrown to the.

We used them for our wedding on August 14th. I had to call them mid day in regard to our driver and the service we received. Abraham was the driver. He started off the day being rude to my bridal party and telling them he didn't know any details about the day. They came and got me and I handed him a copy of the schedule that we had sent the company and reviewed earlier in the week.
For 20 minutes he proceeded to tell us he didn't understand the clearly written schedule. he held us up and eventually I walked away as I was in the middle of getting ready. After yelling at me that he was the nicest guy in the company and easiest to deal with. Once we got everyone on the bus he proceeded to scream at my bridal party that they needed masks and that by not wearing them they were killing everyone around them.
Then demanded to know their vaccination status to then tell him he was not vaccinated himself. He told my bridal party that we were reckless and careless and causing deaths. Once arriving to the venue he proceeded to tell my mother if our guest had no masks he was not driving them. So we had to buy everyone masks that was taking the shuttle! Which we were NOT told prior or would have provided them.
He then proceeded to yell at my father telling him that people like us were the reason people are dying from COVID. At the end of the night he then demanded we owed him more money because he took more trips then listed! We were not over our allotted time that we agreed up with the company and it was ridiculous that after him speaking to us that way he would even think he was getting a penny more from us.
And continue to give us more attitude than he had already done. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I EVEN REAHED OUT TO THEM BEFORE I POSTED THE REVIEW AND THEY IGNORED MY EMAIL. THE BOOKING PROCESS WAS AWFUL. THEY WERE UNORGANIZED AND BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL

The owner was very rude! The bus arrived with no air conditioning for a trip that was over an hour when it was 85 degrees outside. When asking for a discount, after the driver arrived 5 minutes before the trip was to begin, the owner refused and canceled the trip. The driver was very understanding and accommodating and agreed to still transport. The owner lacks customer service and it's clear he only cares of money.

I spoke to Vladimir on the phone and decided to pass on giving them my service since he was pretty rude. I had seen a price on the site and they raised it simply because it was for my wedding. Definitely wouldn't want to be dealing with that kind of attitude on my wedding day. I would say if customer service is important to you, this isn't the place for you.

The trolley never picked me up on my wedding day! I see Erin Halleran was never picked up on her wedding day either. Trolley driver texted me at the time he was supposed to get me to say the trolley broke down and won't make it. I said OK what are you sending its in place, you have a whole fleet. He said nothing was being sent and I needed to call D&G myself, he was just the driver.
Similar to Katelyn Cortes review of the trolley being broken down for her too and them sending nothing in its place. I fought for 4 months to get a refund. They weren't calling or emailing me back. Then finally mailed me a $200 check. For a $1,300 trolley and almost making me miss my wedding, you'd think they'd refund at least half. There's a reason their reviews are awful. Do not use.

Got a party bus for my sister's bachelorette party. the overall experience was great, but because we made the best of it. Booking/Reserving was a hassle--a bit of miscommunication, misquoting, etc. Then the bus driver was late (about 30 minutes). It's a good thing I booked for earlier than we needed, otherwise we would've been late for our reservation for the actual bachelorette party.
And then the driver was reluctant to help us figure out how to work the music/aux situation. He ended up helping, but initially told us "this is your bus now, I'm just the driver". Which is great, but please help us figure out how to use the stuff first. Especially when you see that we're having issues connecting to bluetooth, etc. He eventually did. So yay. I might use this company again, but only because the pricing was great. Not really for anything else. so 3/5 stars.

This was the worst experience ever in renting transportation. Not only did they arrive late, the ruined my daughter's surprise 30th Birthday party. The party bus ordered and paid for was not sent. They sent a stretch SUV which we were all tight fitting in and my son was sitting on the floor. They said that the party bus's AC went out even thought I confirmed everything the day before.
Then the driver went out of his way to go back to the place if business to change vehicles without informing us. We were very late to the event whereas some of our guests left and later was charged an overtime fee because we did not have enough time at the place so we ended up staying later. The company did refund some money but compared to what I paid, it was not enough.

Get your fleet checked prepared before events. The trolley we rented for our wedding caught on fire while driving, and the back door was locked so we were almost trapped inside. The driver did not help at all. There was no compensation. The police and tow truck operators had to drive us away an hour later.

Today is my wedding anniversary, and every year I get to remember how my new husband, wedding party of close family and friends and I almost died in a trolley on fire on the Garden State Parkway South. As we were heading to take our pictures after the wedding ceremony, the trolley started to smoke. The driver, Mike, was not going to pull over but my husband advised otherwise.
By the time we made it to the shoulder lane the front of the trolley was engulfed in flames. The back door of the trolley was locked, so we all had to risk our safety to run out the front door of the vehicle. We thought it was going to explode so we stood far away. There we were, a bride, groom and wedding party stranded on the highway during our wedding.
The emergency response workers had to split us up and drive us to our venue in different vehicles: police cars, tow trucks, etc. And I had already paid in full and tipped the driver - never saw any of my money back. That trolley is not road safe. Even before the fire the seats weren't bolted to the bottom and people were shifting all around. Riders be warned.

I was referred to this company by a friend to reserve a limo for my daughters prom. The office staff was very Friendly and extremely helpful. I ended up reserving the Range Rover out of all the limos they had and I must say the Range Rover was beautiful! Everything turned out as perfect as I had imagined for my daughter and I am very happy we were referred to them! Thank you D&G! I will most definitely use you service again and refer you to all my friends as well!

Do not use this service. Its a scam! The driver Andres perez was completely unprofessional. I scheduled the party bus to come for 7:30pm and at 8pm we called him and he said he was about 10 mins away. Tens mins pass, now hes "around the corner turning into my block" mind you, its already 9pm at this point. Every time we called him he says his gps isnt working and he ends the call.
So we continue to call and now all of a sudden he gets in an accident with a lady and he has to wait for the police. So we decided we will walk to him since he was "around the corner" a while ago. Soo we asking for his location and hes cursing and hanging up on us. So now its 10pm and he calls and says if we dont hear from him in 30 mins to tell my friends to go home.

We used D&G for our wedding on 10/6/17. Howie was our driver. He was great. Very courteous and patient since the ladies were taking forever getting ready to leave. He even text my maid of honor the night before to confirm everything which I thought was really great! The limo was perfect and the price was right! Thank you D&G! I will definitely recommend them and use them again if needed!

TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE. The company is run by a person who does not care AT ALL about making you happy or giving you what you ordered and paid for. We went with this company based on the specific limos we wanted for our wedding day - a stretch Range Rover and Trolley and we got NEITHER. They didn't bother to call or tell us about either and said the "A/C" broke.
On both? The day of? I don't think so! Safe yourself the trouble if you have any preference on what limo you receive. Called multiple times to try and have the owner make good on this and he keeps ignoring it and saying he'll send a check. Horrible customer service!

They say that the bride should not know whatever goes wrong on your wedding day. Except for your limo being late picking you up and getting lost aka going to the wrong address and cost us picture time at our venue. Yeah, that was exactly what happened the day of my wedding. Our driver was late to pick us up and she ended up at the wrong address that wasn't our venue or even close to our venue.
My husband now, also gets car sick. so that ruined half of his night too. He was nauseous once we finally got to our venue. which was an hr 30 min after we were suppose to be there. Then being late also cost us time that we were going to use to take pictures our venue. So we had less pictures taken at our venue then we wanted to, because we now had to rush it before it rained again. Thank God though, this was the only vendor that let us down.

Howie the driver is the man! Immediately made my wife and I feel like celebrities as he warmly welcomed us into our beautiful retro, white Rolls Royce. The champagne was cold and the back seat was very roomy. Howie was affable and charming and was thrilled to be a part of our day. Also a great driver! Perfect personality for somebody with such an important job - being inside a confined space with 2 newlyweds. Also my wife mentioned that Amanda from customer service was EXTREMELY helpful. Highly recommend!

Used this company for my April wedding. Driver was earlier than our pick up time. He helped my bride and guests safely in and out the vehicle. They are very courteous and the Range Rover was beautiful. Only company I found with a Range Rover. Office staff was polite and explained everything in detail. They even called to confirm all locations to make sure there were no problems the day of. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. They were phenomenal. Thank you D&G for making my wedding day wonderful!

I paid for three D&G limos on my wedding day. PROS All limos arrived on-time The limos looked great Bride/Groom and guests all arrived safely CONS One of our limo drivers arrived looking like he was dressed for a BBQ. (i.e. shorts, t-shirt) The air conditioner on the stretch Range Rover barely worked. Driver told me it was "cranked" and said something about the compressor not working great.
He also waited until everyone was inside to turn it on, so most of the ride was sticky and uncomfortable. The same driver also attempted to charge one of my groomsmen a $120.00 overtime fee, except we were actually on-time. When my best man asked to see the paperwork, he pointed that out to the driver. The driver apologized for the error, but it all seemed so shady. Also, if you're expecting the driver to pop the bottle of champagne for you and your bride or guests, this isn't the company for you.
While opening and pouring the champagne myself, I pulled a napkin out of one of the glasses that had a large coffee stain on it. At the end of our night, another driver charged me a $15.00 fee for waiting an extra 15 minutes at the pick-up location, even though we still arrived at our destination within the scheduled hour. On a more minor note, the receptionist/manager at D&G isn't the most cordial person. Her negative attitude wasn't appreciated. All in all, no awards for customer service here and while everything was on-time, I'm not sure I'd use them again.

Very happy we selected D&G Limo for our wedding day. I previously used them for a friend's bachelorette party in NYC and the driver, Jonas, was awesome! For our wedding day, we rented the 22 pax limo bus for our bridal party and it was perfect! It was extremely roomy, comfortable, and came with a few bottles of champagne. The driver was great!
He arrived on time, kept us on schedule, and made the day a complete breeze for us. We filled out a schedule for the day-of and the driver really stuck with it. I'll never use another limo company!

Wanted to thank D&G and Bill our driver for a great experience on for my daughter's Sweet 16 celebration into NYC. Bill was a real professional - your company is lucky to have him. I was not in the car with the kids, my sister and cousin followed them into NYC and at no time were we worried at all with Bill in the driver's seat. He was knowledgeable, courteous, timely and very friendly. A+ There was not one problem with the entire day. I would not hesitate to recommend D&G if anyone ever asks me for a limo recommendation.

Driver was very good. Now a word about their contract. The company states gratuity included. This means tip right? WRONG, Here is the response I received when I inquired about the driver saying they do not include the tip in their price. So I tipped her think I may of been taken, but it was not the case. Just seems deceptive wording in the contract and not great for the driver who should be tipped. We were very thankful for D & G limo helping us after our party bus cancelled on us last minute. They came to the rescue and offered a great limo at a comparable price to the other party bus we had scheduled. Our driver was very nice and accommodating. The only bummer was when we got stuck in traffic for over an hour, so that put a damper on our evening and was sorta a buzz kill--certainly not anyone's fault, but I do wish the driver would've been more familiar with alternative routes, as opposed to what felt like driving around in circles. Either way, I'd definitely recommend them again, and will go straight to them next time I'm planning such an event!

I wanted to find a limo to take my husband and our 14 guests into the city for his 50 birthday. After calling a few limo companies in the area and finding that the prices are so similiar, I chose D&G Limo as I was impressed with the Manager, Rich. The driver was prompt and courteous and the large super stretch Denali was amazing. I felt like we were inside of our own mocing disco. Even our 75+ parents loved it! The soda, water and iced tea and lots of ice was so appreciated. After our boat ride, we returned to the limo to find that our driver had cleaned our serving plates of the food we brought for the ride.
That was above and beyond. The next day, Rich from D& G emailed me to find out how everything went. He isn't the type that once you sign the contract, they forget about you. I would recommend D&G limo for any type of occassion. Check out the super stretch denali on their website. Its very very COOL! For my next limo, I will only call D&G, I was that satisfied.
