Nj Limo Bus

Terrible, terrible, terrible service! Stay far away from New Jersey Limo Bus and all partnering brands (Classic Limo Bus). I reserved and paid for a limo bus, as part of a surprise for my daughter's 21st birthday to New York City, and was not notified until one hour prior to pick-up that there were no drivers available for the service. I was told another driver with a partnering brand would transport my daughter and friends within two hours and NO ONE SHOWED UP.

All of our plans and reservations were cancelled as a result. I could not comprehend how a reservation I booked a year ago could be cancelled the day of pick-up! I am still so disgusted. I was unable to get in touch with any one at NJ Limo Bus for the next three days, and when I was able to speak with someone they had no record of the situation, nor were they able to process a refund! I was given false contact numbers for "supervisors" and my issue was never resolved. DO NOT BOOK WITH NJ LIMO BUS BY ANY MEANS! Do not waste your time and money!

Ok so I was told about them from a close family friend & I went to the office & I met the owner of the business he took my information & took me to the lot & showed me the buses. I chose the one I wanted & he gave me a great deal. So of course the bride is always late on her day but there were no complaints, no rushing. They were very hospitable & even provided champagne. They were the best I'll try & find pictures to insert. But go ahead & book with them you won't regret it. I'll upload pictures when I export from iCloud

So glad I was able to find this place for my daughter 16th birthday party. We rented a party bus for her and her friends to spend the day in Princeton. The driver provided his cell phone and called to let us know they arrived safely and called to let us know when they were on their way back. My daughter day was truly amazing with their help. They were reasonable and accommodating. Definitely a great company and higly recommended.

Hired this company 6 years ago for my wedding. I had an awful experience, the wedding had to get cancelled and when I contacted the owner he refused to give me any money back what so ever. He was very rude and I will never use or recommend this company to ANYONE. I actually totally forgot this company even existed until they started pestering me through email to leave them a review. Joey Brasco and his team at NJ Limo Bus give you the luxury, clean, red carpet experience (yes he actually rolls out the red carpet) while being fair with the price. I used them for my wedding in 2016 and have recommended them to everyone ever since. They never disappoint!

Fantastic experience with NJ Limo. Had a pleasant experience with the owner, she provided several options On which vehicle we wanted to use and flexible payment options. The vehicles were in good shape. The drivers were professional. And we even got a toast and a speech from our driver. Highly recommended.

Oof this was a disasterrrr Booked two buses months in advance to transport 130 people for a spiritual retreat. The day comes and we waited over 3 hours for the buses just to find out that only one bus was sent and as a "substitute" for the second bus we got a party bus and a party sprinter (a van). The 55 adults barely fit (had to have been illegal) and fitting their luggage in as well was impossible considering these vehicles have no cargo space.

The customer service was TERRIBLE as she wasn't even concerned with what had happened. You'd think, they had learned their lesson for our return BUT the same vehicles were sent AGAIN. Horribly unprofessional and extremelyyyy frustrating. The last thing you want to deal with after planning an entire spiritual retreat for 130 adults. Very disappointing. Don't recommend

I don't usually write reviews but wow.could not have asked for a worse experience. We booked them months before our event and confirmed the week before. The day of pickup only one of the buses we booked came. We waited 3 hours for a party bus and a party sprinter to show up. As I was frustrated speaking to customer service on the phone, not only was she dismissive, but was didn't care to understand the issue and acted like she was doing us a favor by send us this last minute backup.

We had 55 adults and their luggage to fit in these vehicles and we were literally sitting on our luggage and even on the ground on top of it for a 2 hour ride. Also want to mention that this was a religious event, and having a party bus was completely inappropriate from the company. You'd think that after this issue and discussing with the company after arriving that we wouldn't have this issue again.but then comes our ride back and same vehicles show up.

The driver of the party sprinter told us that he was just called for this drive a few hours prior. You would think that they would have this sorted out so we don't have an issue for the second time, but this showed how little they care about their customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Absolute FRAUD of a company. A JOKE. I was apart of a group who was supposed to use them, one of us got COVID and exposed others so we couldn't go. On the phone they said they would refund us, but of course, as all shady companies do, the did not and said we were lying and charged us for the deposit and ride (1700). We never received the service nor did they extend it to us for another use.

They wouldn't even change it to a smaller bus for those who still wanted to go. Or give an option for another day. Theres a million better and more qualified limo companies in NJ. LOOK ELSEWHERE. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE, SHADY. Also nice that after each negative review they miraculously get a 5 star experience.

I would give no stars if I could. I used this company on a Friday night and Sunday morning. Both times the limos were late. Not starting off very well. Sunday morning I was contracted and promised a jet door passenger limo, with red carpet and champagne toast for the bride and groom. Instead, with out my consent, or heads up phone call. I was greeted with a dirty, smelly, filthy SUV limo that showed up. NO red carpet and champagne toast has promised and contracted either.

The music did not work, the lighting wires were hanging, the carpet instead was stained and very discolored, the rims were all marked up and had no hub caps. The limo was in pictures and you could see how unmaintained and filthy the vehicle was. I contacted the office and was given a run around, finally spoke to, who I was told the owner. Man who spoke broken English and blamed me, saying they could change the car at anytime, and called me a liar- when I told him the condition of the vehicle.

I offered him and the office staff pictures and they declined. I lost out BIG time! Over $2500, with fee and tip for both trips. Save your money, do your research and go for the company with better customer service and reliability. Ruined the wedding day for us!

DO NOT USE THEM! They are the worst company ever do not use them do not trust them. Booked a trip 6 months in advance and shortly after it was booked, I let them know via phone that the time for the flight had changed significantly, and was told they would track the flight and not to be concerned. I received an email 5 days before we were scheduled to leave with the incorrect pick up time based on the original flight time.

I explained to the women on the phone from a 3rd party vendor who does scheduling or confirmations that the time was incorrect and she gave me the email to use for changes. I sent and email and tried to call and it finally after no response called back to cancel and made other arrangements. It was not until the night before the pickup when I heard from the company and told them I had cancelled it and they needed to refund my account.

To date they have not refunded my account. By the way I highly recommend Jersey Limo : (732) 866-6666 they were very professional and easy to work with even last minute. Mario our driver both ways was terrific.

Insanely terrible service. Never book these guys! On 09/03/2021 my close friends reserved a coach bus a 50th birthday party. The driver was supposed to come at 5pm they never called or gave any indication the driver was stuck in traffic over an hour away. Luckily we called NJ Limo Bus LLC after the bus was already 20 minutes late to find out what was going on.

At that point they found out the bus was never going to make it in time. Everyone ended up having to drive, find a ride or carpool to the venue. This was a really big deal because this bus WAS NOT CHEAP! If you are in business as a transportation company you have to show up on time. If this had been a flight everyone would have missed it! It's insane to me that they never even called ahead.

Now they are refusing to refund the $2756 for a service they never provided! Bottom line steer clear of this company if you need a ride to anything important. God knows if they will show up and you are going to have to fight in court to get your money back!

Absolutely atrocious service. On 09/03/2021 we reserved a coach bus for my 50th birthday party. My husband, my friends and I were all waiting at our house at 5pm which is the time that we were supposed to be picked up. 5:20pm rolled around without hearing anything from the driver or company. We called and we were told that the driver was still a half hour away.

At this point we were going to be late to the party if we waited around for the driver to get there so we had to scramble to find transportation to get everyone there that was supposed to take the bus. The driver eventually showed up at the house around 6pm, but we were already at the party. The driver never continued to the destination to bring us home at the end of the party.

I attempted to e-mail and call to talk about what happened but I was run around to different people. I was finally put in contact with the manager who told me they had no liability for what happened and when I tried to speak he spoke over me and ended up yelling and swearing at me. They have not returned my e-mails either. We will be contacting both a lawyer and the better business bureau as we were charged $2756 for services that were not rendered.

We ended up booking an 18 passenger stretch limo (Escalade) for my daughter's sweet 16 and the vehicle was in horrible condition. It's upsetting to pay almost 2 grand for a vehicle to arrive in terrible shape. There were scratches from door to door, the door was completely rusted and the side step was rotted and close to falling off when the kids would attempt to get in and out of the car.

The owner had the nerve to say this was one of his best vehicles. He was also extremely rude and didn't want to accommodate us for the vehicle condition. I definitely wont be using this service ever again. Go with Romantique, you'll be better off. Their vehicles are in tip top shape. This company should be ashamed of themselves. You make all this money but yet you don't send your vehicles out to be serviced when repairs are needed? I wish I could post the pics and video footage that I took of this limo. They should be embarrassed.

Best limo/party bus service in NJ. I rented a 24 passenger party bus for my boyfriend's 21st birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The driver was early to the pickup location and was very timely and friendly. The limo was spacious, clean, and the lights and interior of the party bus set the mood. The owner, Sheikh, is an amazing and professional man who was able to accommodate all our needs and make this birthday super special. Would 100% recommend, and I will be getting future services from NJ Limo Bus LLC.

We used NJ Limo for my sister's bachelorette to AC and it was perfect! The driver(s) picking us up and taking us back were wonderful and courteous! The limo was awesome and super clean! The girls had a great time! The owner Sheikh was very accommodating and super kind! 100% recommend!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRR. My friends rented the 28 passenger Party bus for my birthday and it was AMAZING. The lights, the music and the fire place really set the mood for a fun party. Worst limo experience ever. We took a limo for 20 which was really only suitable for 10. The limos stunk of cigarettes and the air conditioning did not work. On top of that the windows would not roll down. We took this limo for a family wedding 2 hours away and it was supposed to be a good time. As you could imagine by the time we got to the venue everybody was nauseated and on the verge of vomiting.

When I spoke to the owner of the company regarding this he completely blew me off and hasn't returned any phone calls or emails. I'm extremely disappointed with this service and I wish I had just merely driven myself.

I rented a 50 passenger party bus for my wifes birthday. The bus was amazing and huge! My wife was in love! The manager Lucile was such a pleasure to talk to and was so easy to book with. The driver was on time and very professional. Overall such a great experience. Will 100% book again with them and have recommended them to all my friends and family. If you're trying to find a party bus/limo company NJ Limo would definitely be my recommendation.

I hired the Sprinter party bus for my daughter's Sweet 16. The driver had no idea how to operate the sound and lights system. Needless to say, we had 15 very disappointed teenagers, and a very stressed out mom. Since he arrived exactly on time-not early-we wasted 15 minutes trying to figure it out, never did manage to utilize all of the features, and were late for our reservation.

I called to tell them how disappointed I was, and they agreed. Then, we waited another 20 minutes to be picked up because the driver had parked far away and encountered traffic coming back to get us. I understand traffic happens, but I was surprised to see them hit me up three days later with an overtime charge! We did return 30 minutes late, but that was due to their driver causing a delay twice.

I'll pay the charge, but BUYER BEWARE! I would not recommend. They get 3 stars for being on time, polite and safe, but they lose two for their sketchy billing and zero fun vibe.

Caused the wedding to be delayed due drivers tardiness leaving hotel and making wrong turns causing guests to be dropped off late and delaying wedding about 20 minute. They then sent a smaller bus after the wedding. We ordered 50 pax bus, they sent 32 pax bus which added more trips to get all guests back to hotel. They claim it was done as courtesy but really it was more of a inconvenience and was not told to us prior to happening.

They also caused a friends wedding to be delayed a half hour. They take no responsibility for their actions and refuse to admit fault. You know it was bad when the owner of thr venue takes time out if his day to speak to driver.

We can highly recommend NJ Limo Bus for wedding transportation. Their vintage Princess Roll Royce was beautiful, clean, and most importantly, on time. Unlike several other car companies, Sheikh & Traci were honest and responsive throughout the process and the photos of the car that they showed us matched the exact car we received. Well worth the price for comfort and security and we highly recommend.

Rented a party bus for 13-15 people for my birthday. Our driver Russell was amazing. He arrived 15 mins early with a smile. Took us to the vineyard in PA with no issues. Rented the bus very last minute and was still super simple, emailed them and gotta a response within a few hours. Would book them again.

What a great company to work with! I booked them for a birthday event; they were nothing but professional, punctual, flexible and completely catered to our needs. Would highly recommend to use them if you want luxury buses and wanna party on the go! The drivers are open to you doing what you need for a good time. They even changed our bus last minute when we had 4 extra people join our event! These negative reviews are probably just people who were being unreasonable!

Cant speak for others in here but We had a very well experience, on time and excellent service by the driver Nabil. I was going to rate it 4 star due to the fact they didn't do repair to front bumper damage and the jet door which also was the center attention had damages to it. Besides that we all had a positive experience. Nabil is awesome at what he does and the owner is also a great guy. Thanks guys. Will definitely hire you guys again. Karim

I do not recommend this company. I was part of a bridal party for wedding in July where the bride and groom hired this limo service service to take us to the wedding venue. They had paid for a red carpet service and champagne toast, and had reserved a limo for 12. There was no red carpet service. There was no champagne. We had to run back into the house to grab one of our own that was being saved for later.

This was an experience we all were looking forward to and were very disappointed about. After the fact, the groom had great difficulty dealing with the owners and after 2 months have not still not received the refund that they agreed to provide. Also, the limo felt cramped and there were only 11 of us (most of us on the smaller side) and I don't see how this could have been comfortable for a full 12 people.

A party of 12 would most certainly be elbow to elbow the entire ride. Look elsewhere for your limo needs. Based on this company's history of reviews, it's obvious that this was not an anomaly and chances of disappointment are high.

WHAT A DISASTER! I hired this company for a bachelorette party the beginning of July 2018 for 15 people to drive us to the finger lakes from NJ. The quote they provided was very affordable and the communication was great. The bus arrived on time, the driver was friendly and helpful and helped us load all of our luggage into the back. We were on our way!

Smooth sailing. When we arrived 5 hours later at the finger lakes home we rented, we went into the back luggage area outside of the bus and noticed that 4 luggage's were missing, particularly mine. I found this odd since i watched him put my luggage in last and close the door. Time went by as we searched the entire back area and they were no where to be found.

The situation turned to complete chaos! Girls crying, jewelry, makeup, clothes for the weekend were gone and we had no idea what happened! We were furious! I called the company to explain what happened, that either the back door was not locked properly and the luggage fell out, or it wasn't closed and locked and someone stole stuff out. If our luggage wasn't located, it was thousands of dollars lost that they were responsible for.

The owner/manager was TOTALLY unprofessional, laughed at me on the phone explaining it was our responsibility and that we probably left the luggage back at the house where they picked us up from. He was the biggest asshole I have ever spoken to and I ripped into him on the phone. By some miracle, some amazing utility worker on the highway in Penn found 4 bags on the side of the road and was able to get them to the nearest police station. Unfortunately, the bags had been rummaged through, by who we don't know, and jewelry and a few other items were stolen, but overall the bags were intact and full.

The driver did end up going to pick up the luggage in penn and bring them back to us in the finger lakes. At the end of the trip, they sent a much larger bus than what we paid for to, i guess make up for our "troubles" Overall, we never received an apology from the owner, no taking responsibility for the items that were stolen. We assume the driver never locked the back door properly and some of the luggage fell out. It was completely unprofessional. Honestly i should have filed a lawsuit against the company. Based on the owner's actions alone, i will never use this company again.

Limo driver was great. Only problem was they showed up with the wrong bus. I asked the driver if this was the right bus when he arrived to pick up the groomsmen, he said yes, I even said, hey is this the wider bus? He said yes. When I paid for the bus, joe had two 40 passenger options, the narrow or wide aisle bus. I chose the wide isle bus and he assured me that's what I was getting.

To give you an idea, it's suppose to be a 40 passenger bus, I was suppose to have about 32 -35 people. I wanted the extra room for everyone. Once almost the whole bridal party was in, turned out there wasn't enough room for everyone. I had to ask people to drive separately. There was only 27 people in the bus and it was packed. There's nothing I could have done at this point, if I tried to call and get the correct bus it would have ruined our timing.

And my day. I tried calling Joe the next day but he was being very dismissive and kept trying to get me off the phone, he said he had to go to something for his daughter (which I get, family is always first), he assured me he would call me back during the week to resolve, he said they might have made a switch last second. it's been over 4 months and I still haven't heard from him.

This is based on what I have observed and experienced at my wedding and since joe has not reached back out to me to resolve this, I have to decide what my next steps will be. I really hope it's not the case of once they have your money they don't care. I would not recommend them.

Used this company for a great trip to NYC with good friends! they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating to our large group. Communication between with the office staff was excellent, they were on time for arrival and the driver was fantastic. The bus had a bathroom and plenty of area to bring food and drinks! Very clean and on the newer side.

Comfortable seating area with surround sound music, disco lights, lots of fun. Driver gave us his cell so after the play we called him and he promptly arrived to pick us up with a smile. Would def recommend.
