We could not have been happier with our Crestwood experience for our wedding. Their team was flexible and accommodating as our plans changed right up to the last minute. Their service was exceptional every step of the way and the prices were far better than their local competitors. I worked with them as a driver. They pay very less to the drivers. We work very hard to earn but they take out too much from paycheck which is not fair

This company takes 40% commission from the driver and if you asked them they will say no our commission is only 30% Just checked your paycheck and you will figure it out

New driver careful their prices are very low. Even work with uber is better than this company. Their SUV jobs 65 miles $118.00.

A group of 3 of us went from Manhattan to New Jersey to a restaurant for a small birthday party. The chauffeur arrived ahead of time in a very clean Cadillac Sedan. The driver was a very polite, genuine, and courteous person, which we appreciated very much. The service was very safe and enjoyable, I would highly recommend Crestwood to just about anyone for any occasion.

Drivers be wear they do not pay your wages correctly. Customers be wear they will charge you a ridiculous amount for any trips and waiting time. The worst of human beings. Do the world a favor and do not use their Service. I asked a driver that if his tips gets to him he said they give him 40% of the ride income and he has yet to see any tips.

Driver late due to poor communication from dispatch. Owner Marion Portnoy is disgustingly rude, condescending and a joke. Will not ride again and definitely do not recommend.

Worst customer experience ever! Very unprofessional company. I booked a car to go to the airport with my one month old baby for an international flight. I added an infant car seat in the reservation and even add a note saying that my baby was 6 weeks old and needed an infant car seat. The car driver arrived at our place with a car seat for a 2 years old kid that couldn't match the size and the safety of our baby.

After 15 minutes discussing with him (he didn't even know how to install or remove a car seat) what could be the best solution we finally decided to use our own brand new car seat (even if we didn't want to travel with it). The company said that they will store it properly and use it for our return. When we came back our car seat was missing the safety cushion inside it that is supposed to keep the neck and the shoulders of the baby safe in case of accident.

I called them to tell them the car seat was missing a part and asked them to look for it. The women I had over the phone treat me really bad and said I was a liar. This person didn't want to help and couldn't care less about my disappointment and request. Such a bad experience!

A very unsatisfactory service. The driver was not waiting for me where he was supposed to where the 40 other drivers with name signs were. But I still got charged a meet/greet fee. I had to enable roaming on my phone to call the service to see where he was. He said he was outside so I walked out to where he said he was waiting.no name sign anywhere.phone again and he is inside now.so he meets me finally 40 minutes late and they charged me a wait fee of $25 for his incompetence.

Then he takes me to an old Toyota corolla (though I booked a limo service) in which the seat belt didn't work and made me regret not grabbing a taxi. Finally when we got to my hotel he didn't have a visa machine or an amount and wanted me to sign a blank visa slip. I refused and now today I got a receipt with all the bogus wait, meet & greet and built in 30% gratuity charges. I do not recommend this service to anyone. A taxi would have been much more satisfactory.

Do not use this service. Very unprofessional drivers. Ours tried to call into his office (after we were on the freeway) and state that we had eight bags, when we only had 5 in the trunk (I guess he couldn't count). When we protested, he pulled over and told us that he would leave us on the side of the road and we'd pay anyway (you can't make this stuff up).

After we got into a pretty unpleasant conversation he called into his office who told him to take us to the airport. Once we got to the airport he demanded I sign a blank piece of paper. When I refused he shoved me out of the way, injuring my arm, and try to take our bags. So I signed it and walked away. The office staff did give us a small discount and said they were sorry but I never got a call from management or anything remotely looking like a followup call.

To me, they did the bare minimum in a situation that to me rises to the level of near legal action. I know this seems too terrible to believe but it is completely true and so it's shocking that the company didn't seem to take it seriously. Avoid at all costs.

I used them back and forth today from Manhattan to Queens today. The cars are hi-tech, clean & on time, and the drivers speak English. An automatic 20% tip is added to your rate.

Worst ride in history. Trying to go from JFK to Manhattan. Driver got lost twice went through Brooklyn to get to Manhattan. The ride took 2.5 hours. Take a taxi the drivers here don't know the way around.

Awesome service! Reasonably priced (actually their black car service is cheaper than Uber), cars are spotless, and they ALWAYS show up on time. Been using them for 3 years without fail. Definitely recommend.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of Crestwood Limo Service. We had used these based on their advertisements for their ability to provide car seats for both infants and toddlers. Over the course of a weekend we used them both to drop us off at LGA and to pick us up there upon our return. On our trip to the airport the car seat was broken (straps would not adjust to secure our baby placing her at extreme risk).

On our return trip, we had requested a meet and greet which did not happen (driver showed up over 30 minutes late in his car in the end) and the car seat was sitting in the trunk. The driver stated he didn't know how to install car seats so I had to do it myself. The seat was in extremely poor condition and was missing the LATCH straps that were supposed to be attached to this model of seat. Use a different company.

Awesome service and very cool car! I made a reservation for a JFK drop-off and everything went really smooth. Everyone was pleasant on the phone and driver showed up early. He was well mannered and the car was awesome and super clean. Will definitely use them again. Can't stand these new uber drivers that don't know where they're going.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! To start with the driver was disagreeable about where we wanted to go first. (I spent days figuring out the best route for us and the time fame that was suitable for it) I think this made him slightly mad so when he took off too fast and had to stop about 20 yards away he hit the brakes so hard that it threw me in the floor.

After he pretended not to see what happened he became very cordial and informative and the rest of the (3) hour ride was good. I do need to mention he fell asleep on the job while waiting for us at Ground Zero. My bill was supposed to be $315. ($100 an hour and the $15 was for tolls) I was billed $545.30. He told me the gratuity was to be paid directly to him so that's what we did.

He lied. They billed me $80 more for gratuity because they charged 4 hours instead of 3, $49 for tax they never told me about a $1 charge for? which brought 'their version' of the bill to almost double what it should have been. I called the company and was told the manager would call me back the next morning. It has been 3 days and it is still not resolved.

So I fear they do not plan to resolve this satisfactorily since the manager has not or will not call me back. I have e-mailed as will with no results. I had saved for months to treat some missionary friends to a tour of New York which had never had a limo ride before.

We used Crestwood a couple of times because it's one of the few that brings a carseat, which would be helpful so you don't have to lug yours to the airport. However, each time, the seat was not installed, but just lying on the seat. We are paying something like $65 more for the carseat, and the driver has NO CLUE how to install the thing.

The cars are old, so there isn't even always a latch system. The seat is totally wobbly, and the child would fall out easily, and he says it's good to go. He spent a good 45 minutes trying to tighten the belt around it, then Crestwood charges me for an hour of waiting time. WTH. And, Crestwood refuses to check online for your flight status.

That means if you are in the plane, sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours waiting to take off, you can't turn on your phone either, and they will charge you 2 hours of wait time for pickup, because they will not look online for your flight status. Why do they bother to ask you your flight number and airline then? The carseat is the main issue though - as it happened more than once, we decided to stop using them.

If you have a child, please find another service - Crestwood cannot be counted on for the safety of your child. The last time, the driver spoke no English. I asked him if there is a latch system. He points to the belt IN the carseat, and says, Yes, it locks. Lock system. So he wanted me to put my child in the seat, belt her in, but not have the carseat belted into the car! What a big pain. Not to mention, as 2014, they are charging $125 ONE WAY for a trip from Manhattan to the airport with a carseat. What a colossal waste of money.

On a rainy night, a few years back, I saw a beautiful Nubian woman run past me on Queens blvd, as I stood outside the stand. She was distraught and I tried to see what was wrong. I had a limo from Crestwood drive me around to find her, with no luck. Years later, I saw this woman on TV, at an Olympic opening ceremony. She is the princess of Zamunda. The car service and driver were ok too.

WORST EXPEIENCE EVER! my town car was LATE getting me to the airport so I missed my plane. They over charged my credit card and when I called the owner Marion Portnoy, she told me there was nothing she could do. They refunded my money, but I still missed my plane. AVOID!
