This was the worst service that we could've possibly had to close out our wedding. The driver was wildly unprofessional. First of all, he met us at the venue with the nastiest, cheapest "champagne" I've ever tasted. Then, he smoked by the car while we were inside getting changed at our first stop to get ready for our honeymoon. Then he kept asking if we were done packing the trunk because he was running out of room.
As we reached our final destination, he drove UNSAFELY the wrong way down one-way streets, cursed aloud at other drivers, and commented rudely on what some women were wearing. THE KICKER: on our way to our first stop, he mentioned out loud that he left the red carpet at our venue, as if to hope that we could turn around to get it. THEN, we got a CHARGE on our account the next day for $250 for "EXCESSIVE VOMIT" on the red carpet that he forgot to take with him.
We weren't going to complain about the rest because we felt badly to throw a working guy under the bus, but this was the final straw: A BLATANT LIE to cover his own tracks for losing the red carpet. We are so furious and can't get in touch with the company. I honestly don't think even know what we paid $1700 for in the first place and now we got scammed for another $250. We would've been better off taking an Uber for $200.

This limo service is so very ridiculous and so unprofessional. The driver put us out mine you 6 young ladies in the middle of nowhere, calling us nasty names and when we got out the limo he drove away with one of the girl in the car. The is nothing like I ever experienced in my life. My friend who he droved away was so scared for her life, he kept banging on the glass to let her out and he let her out 10 blocks away from us.
This is so unbelievable. I do not recommend this limo to no one! This is so unprofessional. I paid 720$ for 5 hours to take us to dinner then to the rose Madison. We then paid an extra $165 for an additional hour. The limo driver took the longest route to take us back home. We have videos and pictures of my friends hang of she was banging on the dood to let her out.
This was by far the scariest thing I've ever experienced. And on top of that she charged my card without authorization. Valerie is very unprofessional. Nasty people and horrible service on top of that the Bluetooth for the limo wasn't even working. Stay away from this horrible stay. Their drivers are nasty and Valarie whoever she is.

Please be aware of this company and use caution if you decide to book them for your wedding or event. I was married in August 2016 and it has taken me a while to completely move on from the utter chaos and terrible experience that I had with Ecstasy Limo (EL) in New York on my wedding day. I found EL on a very famous wedding website. The reviews were ok.
They were not extremely expensive so my husband and I decided to use them to transport our large bridal party and wedding guests to and from all the various locations throughout the day. My wedding was in Manhattan. so with that comes many extremely important details that could not be forgotten about or overlooked. I provided an extremely detailed itinerary to EL weeks before my wedding outlining everything from the 2 hotel pick-ups in the morning (with two separate buses for the bridal party & the wedding guests) to the multiple drop-off locations after the reception. EL and I reviewed the itinerary and they assured me that everything would flow smoothly.
The morning of my wedding started out relatively smooth with no major hiccups with the transportation. After the ceremony at the church (around 4pm) my husband, our bridal party and I got into Bus #1. Bus #2 was taking our guests to the cocktail hour. Bus #1 was supposed to take us to Central Park for photos and then to the cocktail hour. What normally would have taken about 15-20 minutes given the traffic of Manhattan took 1.5 hours because the bus driver did not know where he was going.
My husband had to direct the driver where to go in order to get to the correct location. Once we arrived, the driver told us that he had to drop us off outside of Central Park and that we would have to walk all the way to our destination and all the way back to the bus. There were approximately 35 people, half of them with high heels that had to walk about 1 mile from the bus and then back to the bus. EL assured me, prior to my wedding day, that the driver knew Central Park, he did his research and he knew where to go.
Once we all got back on Bus #1 to head to the cocktail hour, it was 7:00pm. I had to extend our string quartet's playing time and pay them a few hundred dollars extra to keep playing until we arrived. 8:00pm we arrived at the cocktail hour that was supposed to end at 6:30pm. All because the bus driver got lost. As soon as we arrived, the venue ushered everyone into the reception area to start the festivities.
My husband and I never got to see/hear the string quartet, taste our gourmet cheeses and appetizers or mingle with our friends on the rooftop of our gorgeous venue. During dinner, my wedding coordinator came over to my husband and I while we were eating and said that Ecstasy Limo was demanding we pay an extra $500 for the OVERTIME that the bus driver incurred.
If we did not pay right then, they were refusing to send back the buses to pick up our guests after the reception. There was no way I could leave 150 people stranded in Manhattan at our reception venue with no transportation back to the hotels. Ecstasy Limo was blackmailing us. So, during our dinner at our reception, we had to call EL, give them our credit card number in front of ALL our guests and pay the $500 they were demanding for their own mistake. At the end of the night, the buses arrived to take our guests home.

Please beware of this company ECSTASY LIMOS In Ozone Park Queens. My wedding was yesterday and nearly ruined by this company. After the ceremony we were running a little over the schedule for the photographs for another location, we were aware of their hourly rates after being over schedule however that is not where the issue arose. The driver was extremely rude to my photographer, nearly kicking him out of the car twice without giving a reason.
The photographer was so flexible the first time he was kicked out, and found a ride with a nearby guest. After the ceremony, as we are preparing to go to our location for pictures, I am noticing we haven't left the church yet. My husband tells me the limo company will not let the photographer in one of the limos because of insurance, our photographer agreed to take an uber and meet us to our next site.
We still were not leaving the church. After talking with the office personnel and expressing my displeasure with how everything was turning out. The driver took it upon himself to CANCEL the ride completely. Then called me, the bride horrible names, slammed the door on my sister telling her to get out of the limo. The whole situation was completely embarrassing and utterly unprofessional. THIS COMPANY has no connection with brides at all.
I would hate for you to have to take an uber on your wedding day to the reception like I did. Did I mention I never got the photographs at my intended location. The cars aren't even that nice, detailed or clean inside for the amount they charge, and as soon as you sign the paper work, there is a NO REFUND POLICY so cross your fingers and hope everything works out for. Again please stay away from this company ECSTASY LIMO!

We used Ecstasy Limo for our Wedding in September 2017. Everything was perfect, from the customer service all the way through to the big day. I spoke with Valerie and she was great, she assured us that we would get the exact car (Classic Rolls Royce Princess) that we wanted and it would be on time the day of. We had such a tight schedule on our wedding day and our driver Woody was amazing.
He made sure we got everywhere we needed to be on time and was very courteous. He also had some champagne waiting for us after the ceremony! Overall the experience was great, we would definitely use Ecstasy again for future events!

This place has HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer service. The women on the phone was very rude and refused to give us an address to come in and speak to someone in person. They were not willing to give us offers on the phone for multiple dates and seemed as if they did not want to be bothered. Trust me it's not even worth the call!

I recently just attended a wedding on 3/7/15 and this was the limo service that my friend used to get us to the venue. The guy who picked the groomsman up from the house was very rude and standoffish. We asked him how to change the radio he wouldn't tell us, then we asked him how the lower the heat and he gave us a hard time about that too. After the actual ceremony and we were gonna head to the reception we were waiting there for about 10 mins waiting to leave.
So one of the guys says he wants to get beer for the die since we are just sitting waiting, the store was across the street. He gives him a hard time and says he is on a tight schedule. So the guy runs across the street, gets the beer, tun comes back and says lets go. But the driver is still just sitting there for another 10 mins doing nothing. Then when he starts to move the limo he stops and asks how many people are in there and wants to do a head count.
He said the limo won't move. Is this a joke? finally after 20 mins of sitting there we start to move, we hit a little bit of traffic and arrive at the place. When we get out I see the groom who was in another older classic car arguing with the owner of the company on the phone. The owner wanted him to pay $375 in overages because we were 8 minutes late. 8 MINUTES LATE! so obviously he was upset about that but then the guy threatens him that if he doesn't pay the overage right then and there that he will refuse to pick up the grooms parents and grandparents and drive them home.
As sure enough. He didn't! The groom had to get in touch with another limo service to have his elderly grandparents driven home along with his parents. Can you imagine dealing with that on your wedding day. I would never recommend this guy to anyone, and I feel bad that this guy tried to ruin my friends special day. What a shame. They are terrible.

My wife and I were part of a group of family and friends that went to a wedding on July 5th 2014 in Point Pleasant New Jersey. The wedding was for the Ficchi's. This company gave my friends probably one the most horrible experiences I could imagine. At the end of the night we were ready to leave Point Pleasant and were told that the limo could not hold all of us.
Then the driver proceeded in the Garden State at less than 40 miles an hour. Basically, the company drove slow to bring my friend to an overtime situation. At one point the driver stopped at a rest stop and said if he did not receive $240 we were going to have to get out of the limo. This was happening while the over was screaming at my friends wife on the phone.
My friend paid the money in order for us to get home that Saturday night. They even threatened to call the bride to compaint to her. Real class. In my opinion this company should not be in business if they can treat a client in that way.

We reserved a Princess Rolls Royce for our wedding on 6/21/14. Our driver was supposed to pick me and my dad up at 2pm at my apt, to take us to the church at 3pm. At 2:05Pm we received a call from the company asking us if we were ready because the driver was downstairs, we said yes and went downstairs immediately. Once we went down, the driver was not there.
We waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes and called the customer service. They told us our driver went to pick up ice and was around the block. We waited another 10 mins and no driver. We called again and they told us he'd be there soon. We waited another 5 mins. It was now 2:35pm and no driver. The ceremony was supposed to start at 3pm in Manhattan, we were in Queens.
The whole time we are standing, me in a wedding dress and veil outside my building with people passing by and staring. We called again and asked what was going on. The customer service person then proceeded to curse me out and when I told him we'd paid a lot of money for our car, he said " you didn't pay ****" then he said I should go **** myself and some other curses I can't remember.
Nice right? $660 for the car. Finally the driver shows up and turns out he was stuck in Brooklyn in traffic. Not what the customer service guy told us. We made it to the church at 3:25, my bridesmaids who were following us, got there even later. We started our wedding over 25 minutes late. We paid for the car for 3 hours, after the ceremony we went immediately to our venue and used the car for maybe an hour and 10 minutes, but were still charged the full amount.
We called to speak to customer service about our awful experience and they didn't even apologize, much less offer to give us our money back at least for the hours we didn't use it. This is the worst car company ever. Rude & disrespectful. I understand this is just another booking for them, but this was my wedding day, the only time I will ever get married and they absolutely ruined it.
What I don't even understand is why they would call them and tell me the car was downstairs, when the driver was in Brooklyn. I mean I really don't understand. When the driver arrived he said " I'm so surprised, the brides are always late and I'm always on time" Yea but not this time buddy, because I was on time and while I was paying you, you were cursing me out on the phone.

Deceitful and Dishonest are the words that come to mind when I think of this limo company. Very shady in their dealings with customers. My daughter read all the reviews and decided to book them for her Point Pleasant wedding. After our experience, we are convinced that friends had written the reviews and they are all bogus. The drivers deliberately go slow.38 on the Garden State Parkway in order to drag out the time period and charge the $240 for overtime.
They did this not only when driving the groomsmen to the church but also when we were leaving the venue and coming home. Joey had his driver pull over at 3:30 in the morning and insist on getting paid the overtime from us before he would move on. This is extremely poor customer service. Joey and Valerie were screaming on the cell phone trying to intimidate and bully us.
They were irrational and extremely condescending. As Joey was on the phone screaming, he said to me, "I don't get up at 2:30 in the morning for anyone. Not you. Not anyone." No one asked him to get on the phone. We simply wanted the driver to get us home at a reasonable time and a reasonable speed. We tracked the mph and he never broke 40 on the Garden State Parkway at 2:30 in the morning. Cars where honking for him to go faster. Atlantic City buses were passing us.
Explain to me how a service industry that deals with transportation mainly at night, does not communicate with anyone in the early morning hours. Does that make any sense? Brides beware, There is a lot of planning, time, and money that goes into creating your perfect day. As a parent, I would strongly urge you not to use this company. How they received the wedding wire choice award is beyond me. Don't let that sway you. Find another limo company.

I can't begin to explain how HORRIBLE this limo company is. I honestly made a yelp just to keep people from getting this company. let me begin. I found this company online for one of those specials for 12 hours for my prom. sounded very nice and the price was fair. then we had a deal that limo guy comes at 545pm and brings us home at 5 45am. so what happens not only does he not show up at 5 45 he comes at 630.! and prom started at 7 and came with a wrinkled shirt and was very rude to all our parents. so now prom starts at 7 and my prom was In Manhattan and from Staten Island all you had to do was take the tunnel and your there. not only did he not take the tunnel so he didn't have to pay for it he took the Manhattan bridge so I asked him what way he was taken all of a sudden he turns around with a nasty attitude and goes "your a women don't tell me how to direct" so my answer was excuse me and my boyfriend didn't hear until he said shut up and then they argued. so then prom mood was ruined we called the company and the owner name Valerie was also very rude. it was a horrible horrible ride. they did check our bags but we didn't bring drinks either the guys was weird and pervy. please choose another company this one is horrible OH AND YES he ended up taken us home at 345 because he said we only paid for 10 hours which the email said 12 hours! our after prom was ruined and we didn't want to argue and we just went home. I had 200$ in my bag for a tip but he did not see a dime of it.

I strongly do not recommend this service. Limos are nice and clean and drivers are polite, but they will rip you off. I've taken this limo service twice now and both times Joey has found a way to add more money to the fee at the last second. When you're already sitting in the limo with your party and he tries to charge you more its hard to walk away. He knows this and takes advantage of it. It's a scam. Plenty of limo services out there find another.

Avoid using these guys at ALL COSTS. Joey is VERY RUDE and condescending. We called to ask if we could drop off the deposit before he opened at 6pm and he called back screaming and cursing at me about how "rude" I was and continued cursing at me. We went to drop off the balance and he continued screaming at us about how rude we are and when I requested the deposit back he refused to give it back because "my contract says no refunds" There are plenty of limo companies out there, find another one.
