We had a great time in Los Angeles with Marco our driver during the Holiday Season. Even though it was super busy, Marco got us to the main attractions we wanted to see and navigated the city with easy in our stretch limo. We were 12 people and had a great time! Would highly recommend Los Angeles Limo service, the company was professional and answered my questions in advance to ensure I had the right vehicle and time.

This is the first time our company has used Los Angeles Limo Service. I was very impressed with my driver, Walter. He was very kind and polite. He made sure that I had a wonderful experience because he asked for my preference for the temperature and music. The SUV was one of the most immaculate and well-maintained vehicles, that I have ever experienced.
I utilize car services in many states and Los Angeles Limo Service has an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish. Needless to say, I will be utilizing Los Angeles Limo Service on my future travel. Walter is awesome!

We have used Los Angeles Limo Service several times in the past and they have never disappointed us. Most recently we used them for a dinner party and all of our guests were shocked at how clean the limo was and how friendly the driver was. We will continue to use their services. I rented a party bus for my daughter's sweet 16th birthday party. The bus was beautiful, clean and spacious and the kids had a blast. The driver (Edmond) was super nice, easy going and totally responsible with the kids. The company's overall service was truly amazing from the first second I called them. The only reason I did not rate them with 5 stars is the speakers on the bus which the kids complained that were not loud enough.
After one of the kids was able to figure out the problem, it was all good and the evening was definitely a huge success! Thank you Edmond and Los Angeles Limousine company for your superb service! I'll definitely call you again for my younger daughter sweet 16th party.

This company does not even deserve to have one star. They completely ruined my birthday! I had ordered a 26 passenger bus and had coordinated with all my friends to drive around in Hollywood and bar hop. 30 minutes before the bus was supposed to be at my house the company contacted me to let me know that the bus has broken down by universal studies, mind you i live in orange county and they would not have even made it to me by 9 pm.
The owner of the company is a terrible business person I would never recommend this company to anyone. He called to tell me the bus broke down and there was nothing he could do, he had no back up buses and he also said he called 25 other companies to get a replacement which was a lie because I got on Google immediately and found a bus within an hour!
He told me that he found a company that had a 20 passenger bus out of Anaheim, mind you I had 26 guests and he said sorry it can only accommodate 20 people. So i processed to say, so your telling me that i have to tell 6 of my guests that they are not able to come on the bus? On top of that he also said it was more expensive then the larger one i had originally ordered. Here's his response "why don't you talk it over with your friends and tell me what you decide?" We came back 10 minutes later to let him know we wanted the 20 passenger bus and he said sorry its not available anymore you took too long to decide there is not a driver available for the bus.
This is the worst company to do any business with, I would never recommend them or book with them again because of how bad the service was. There was not even a back up plan incase a bus doesn't run properly. That is not good business! I hope everyone who reads this post takes my story into consideration before booking with this company!
