It was a horrible experience. Because it advertised as black owned, I definitely wanted to give them a try. For one, the salon was due to open at 11, came at 11:30, and the front door was locked. An employee had to come and open the door. I came for a full set and pedicure, and changed my mind after the tech made comments like "I'm not sure if I can do that." I wanted an almond shape nail, and the nail tech seemed to very new and inexperienced.

After noticing this, I opted for a plain manicure with white gel paint. The nail tech even struggled with this and blamed it on the consistency of the nail polish. I left the salon with a horrible manicure and clear polish, with remnants of white nail polish because the nail tech couldn't clean the nail polish off properly. I would not recommend this place at all.

I loved my experience! It was so cute and I was greeted as soon as I walked in; which was then followed by the option of water or wine to drink while I waited. It wasn't a long wait at all and I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Tyra! I'll be back and I would definitely recommend getting your nails done at this place. Service: Nail art

My daughter and I went here. We were serviced by Ester and Tara(I hope I got the names correct). But the experience overall was very peaceful and professional. My nail technician Ester educated me on healthy nail care, something I never gotten while getting my nails done. I'm very grateful for that. To top off my experience I learned they were black owned.

That's what made this whole experience even more valuable to me. I love this place and I definitely will be a permanent client. I've already recommended this salon to nearby friends. I wish this buisness much success!

We set an appointment last minute and they were able to fit my daughter and myself in. We did not feel rushed at all, this was my first time and we will be going back. Ashley and Esther we great and professional, they made us feel welcomed as soon as we came in. The place is comfortable and very stylist, our feet were in desperate need lol. we will also try more services. Thank you all for your wonderful service

Wanted to try a new salon and was in hopes for a cheaper price, compared to what I usually pay. I really did love the design till I left and started looking at them more and more and noticing the chips in the design, bumpy texture, and french tip that was pretty crooked:( I loved the employees and the company and how they care for you but the price($125) by unlicensed cosmetologist blew my mind a little for something that is not perfect.

When I could go to a salon that was ten minutes away from my home for a longer length and cheaper price. Hate to leave a review like this when they were so kind:( hope to come back one day when there is more experience.

So I've been here 3 times and I've really enjoyed the service, ambiance and cleanliness. Ashley is amazing and I appreciate her skill set and warm personality. Ester did my pedicure and took the time to explain her process which I appreciated and have never experienced before! Ester also gives the best massage I've ever had in my life, no slapping!

She actually focuses on pressure points and my feet feel so much better! Everyone is extremely professional and warm! I couldn't wait to come back to Ashley and I didn't even need a refill yet so that says a lot! The whole establishment is just a vibe and I feel very comfortable coming here. I called before and was greeted by name. When you're spending your hard earned money little things like that matter!

I love to be pampered and you definitely get royal treatment here. And that Stella Rose Red wine is everything! Thank you for adding a pop of flavor to this neighborhood we definitely have to continue to support minority owned businesses! I visited this nail salon for the first time yesterday for a pedicure, which was nice, and decided to add reflexology to my appointment. Being a hair colorist and standing for 9-10 hrs a day has really taken a toll on my feet. As Joshua began my appointment he began to tell me about the importance of taking care of my feet and began to work. He spent so much time with me constantly massaging my feet, using different tools, and explaining the benefits of reflexology and acupressure.

By the time he was finished, my feet felt relaxed and flexible for the first time in several years! Even after working all day today my feet still felt great! U R ROYAL is a clean and relaxing environment. The lady's that work in there is polite and welcome. Ashley whom did my nails and Jasmine that did my feet are Amazing at what they do. If you want quality work you'll definitely get your money's worth they go over and beyond to satisfy their customers. I love coming here, here you'll get pampered and you'll leave feeling money well spent.

I have tried this business three times and the past two times I've gotten my nails done the work has been subpar. The second time I got my nails done they were lifting and falling off the very next day, the third time it took 4 hours for the lady to finish my nails and the quality was poor. My nails feel rough and unfinished the design was poorly done, and she cut into my finger with her file. I really wanted to be supportive of this business however I'll cannot support poor quality I'm embarrassed for anyone to see my hands.

False advertising and misleading information to say the least. I'd have to agree with the other reviews UNPROFESSIONAL. As a previous employeee who brought flair and style with my nails designs to the salon I am sad they we have to be here. I have asked Tasha Grisset to remove my work from her business page as I no longer want to be associated due to unsanitary practices within her establishment but she has sense made threats and became extremely disrespectful.

She has since blocked me because she knows she is falsely advertising. Trying to get business off my designs. Wouldn't recommend working here and definitely wouldn't recommend getting any services. They have unlicensed techs working there, including herself. They have cut people repeatedly with nail files and cuticle clippers. And they use rusty nail tools.

I could go on but I'll stop here. 0/10 would not recommend. I'll attach my work so you all know she's scamming and you won't receive this type of quality work at her salon.

Nails were not cute at all. Nail tech cut my skin multiple times & never even apologized. My nails are not coffin anymore. Each nail is shaped different

So, I saw this place go up over the past few months, and finally decided to stop in. It's one of the few places that I have seen offer facials, and I do still want to try it. But that's not what this review is about. I came in for a pedicure, and the ladies were nice. I sat down, and my tech said that she is new to this. I don't mind, everyone has to start somewhere.

It did take a little longer than I was expecting, but it's ok. The color came out really well. However, there were some things that I noticed that other salons in the area have in practice that they didn't do or something off that might be out of their control. I mean this as constructive criticism, and not a tear down. 1. No foot sink liners, which help with cleanup/hygiene of sinks.

I came in while it was slow, so there was time to disinfect the foot sink after my use, but I'm a little worried that when homecoming season hits, they'll be risking things. I don't know if this is because they hadn't gotten these liners in yet or not. 2. Though cool water is nice, doesn't the state require the temperature of the foot bath water to be that near blistering hot?

I don't know if the hot water is wonky in the building or not. 3. Staff accidentally skipping/not having basic tools for pedicures of tougher feet. I'll chalk this one up to inexperience, but aren't you supposed to do a quick clean under the nail as part of the basic pedicure? Also, I'm fairly used to foot files as a part of pedis, so the scrub pad was new. 4.

More of a nitpick, but I would have loved to had gotten a take home brochure with pricing. I can understand that this is an in the future thing, and that the in shop board is in the process of being gotten. But it would be a great thing to have and advertise with. In all, not a bad experience, but also be aware that the techs are fresh out of school and patience and understanding will go a long way. Will be back later to try their facials.

First things first the decor is so freaking cute! The staff was so beautiful, attentive and sweet. I brought my mom with me she has a very low tolerance for pain and has difficult expressing herself sometimes. So a lot of the other nail shops around here aren't for her. The staff here was so amazing with her. delicate and patient she had such a great experience. There's a lot of nail shops around this area but now we finally found one we truly enjoy. All in all it was a really relaxing experience, you truly feel pampered, it's worth every penny.

Came here for the first time yesterday since it is close to my house. Didn't know it was a BOB, but that was a perk. The salon was decorated nicely. I was told it would be a 20 min wait which was fine. The nail tech finally arrived to do my shellac. She was really nice and attentive. As we were speaking she told me I was actually her first client that she has ever done, but assured that she knew what she was doing.

I know that everyone has to start somewhere so I still allowed her to do my nails. What I didn't realize was that they charged $35 for the shellac and an additional $10 for a "soak off". I've never paid $45 for a shellac manicure without getting my nails filed and hands and arms massaged with lotion. When I came home I had to file my nails because they felt like razors. In addition, two of my nails already broke so I'll have to make a trip to my regular nail tech to fix them and possibly redo my shellac.

Very unprofessional, nobody seems to know what their doing. It seems as if nobody cares about how their customers feel. Their services are very overpriced for the quality you get. I was so excited to try out this new salon since I only live down the street. So disappointed and I will not be returning.
