On Thursday, January 6th, 2022 James, a certified and highly acclaimed Gateway Global Connect chauffeur, arrived masked and provided us with the ultimate travel service experience from Belmont to the wine country in Lodi, California. Our excursion began at 8 am and culminated in the late afternoon. We traveled in comfort and style in a spotlessly clean and disinfected Lincoln Continental 2019.

Besides his professional demeanor, faultless manners and attire, James's profound love of life and service were exhibited through his sensitivity to the needs and wishes of his two charges. Due to Jame's depth of skills, practical background and the use of the vehicle's installed mobile camera, we always felt safe throughout the day. James received the TLPA's (Taxi Limousine Paratransit Association) Chauffeur of the Year Award 2009, for which he was acknowledged and recognized by the national ground transportation industry.

Since then James has trained and educated aspiring chauffeurs in the finer arts of his professional occupation. Thank you, James, for being such a warm, attentive provider for the two of us!

I started using Gateway Global about 2 years ago for my companies VIP clients. At the time, I was using two or three other companies, depending on the company that suited my needs. However, after using GG, I will never work with another company. I have NEVER had an issue with this company! They are always ready and waiting, pickup is seamless, and service can't be beat.

All the clients rave about the smooth ride, with friendly service, but most importantly how clean everything was! Mirror like shine polish, spotless interior and extremely high safety standards. I once had a client leave their shades behind, nothing to expensive, but the Chauffeur went out of their way 3 cities over to personally deliver them back to the client before they even checked into their hotel.

I would have to say the best part about the company is the phone operators though, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention Tina and Sales Manager Catalina. They are the epitome of 5 star service. I have worked with Tina almost every time I book a ride, and we have gotten it down to less than 3 mins. Although the companies online service is super easy to use, I really enjoy their personal and friendly service over the phone.

I often reach out to Catalina for my larger corporate events we used to host pre-covid and I would never have to think twice about any contract she drafted! She is fast, accurate, and fair. Always booked the right ride for the events, and with prices that were amazing for the service offered. If you are in need of a driver for any occasion, Gateway Global is the company for you! Great pricing, clean and polished vehicles, and most importantly amazing staff!

The driver is just for the money in the guest's pocket, get off the vehicle and ask for tips directly, very bad driver, very bad company, absolutely can not tolerate

The driver of bus GM33 was very bad at driving and also needs to re-learn the rules of the road. You move over when you're a slow vehicle in the fast lane. That's not just California law, so this bus driver doesn't know CA road laws. Big red flag.

I was recently recommended by a friend to use this company for my friends bachlorette party to napa and the service is amazing! I actually booked the wrong date and didn't find out until the day of the party. I was really fortunate to have a nice lady pick up my call at 5am and make the changes for me and she saved my friend's party. We all had a great time and our driver Sherif was very professional and helpful. Overall i think gateway global has amazing staff and great service. I definitely will use them again next time. I hired gateway global to bring my wife and friends to the pink concert in Oakland arena and I couldn't be happier. Our driver was Thomas and his professionalism was second to none. From the time he picked them up at our home to the time they left the concert he went above and beyond to make sure they were safe and that they had everything they needed.

The SUV was very nice and clean, the driver was very good at his job, we had text messages, emails from the company every time there was a pickup or drop off. I honestly could not be happier with the service. I am glad I hired this company and didn't use an Uber. The experience was so much different. Anytime I need a car for an occasion I will call this company. Easy process and superior Customer service. Also; Thank you Thomas. My wife won't stop telling me how great you were the whole night.

THOMAS IS THE BEST! My husband got a car service last night for my friend and I. ( I refuse to take uber for safety reasons). We had to go to Oakland for the PINK concert. Thomas showed up to my home on time. He got us to the concert on time. He waited for us the entire time, and when we left the concert he was right in front waving and calling my name.

I felt so safe and extremely spoiled. The service that Thomas provides is definitely 5 star service. I hope that the company appreciates employees such as Thomas because it's truly a reflection of their company. The car we had was clean and brand new. Water was provided. The air temperature was perfect. Zero complaints. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend this car service to my friends.

Incredibly professional and caring customer service - I lost some important items on one of their shuttles on an event they were managing, and although it didn't turn up on any of their shuttles, they still offered to drive me around to search for myself the busses they used for the event, and even to the event ground itself to check. They really care about customer service!

The drivers, vehicles and service at Gateway is top notch. We sourced various companies for an executive event in the Bay Area and Gateway was the best match. The vehicles are always clean and new and on time. Rick knew all the roads and traffic patterns. James was a very friendly greeter. Mario, Carlos, Dong and the entire team of drivers got us all around San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Almost 40 years. You've gone from Gateway Limousine and Executive Service to Gateway Global, , too bad you went big. You were a good service 40 years ago. but I wouldn't put my worst enemy in your care. Limo driver was foul-mouthed, arrogant, and downright rude. I was embarrassed by your service.

I recommend these guys. They are about half the price of everybody else in the area and the service is spot on! I booked an 8 passenger van for a party night and I could not be happier. Juan picked us up and put up with our drunken shenanigans all night with a smile. The van was immaculate and comfortable (Mercedes).

I shopped around and found this company on Yelp w/ good reviews. I spoke w/ their Sales rep and he setup on RES for a Exec Sprinter Van. The driver, Fabio, was friendly and he was early for the pickup which was nice. He drove us around SF bars and put up w/ some drunk dudes BUT provided excellent Customer service all nt long. I give GG 2 thumbs up & would highly recommend them. I also feel bad since at the end of nt, I was too drunk to recall our tip so i think we didn't tip enough sorry Fabio-! Used this limo service for three VIPs this week. 5 minutes past the appointed time, not seeing the SUV, I expected some contact from the driver. No call, no text, no driver information was offered, though MY cell number was listed in multiple places on the reservation. After driving the VIP clients myself in my own car, I called the dispatcher to see what happened and was told the driver had been sitting there and I would now be charged a cancellation fee. Uh, so I paid for an invisible car? Text me the driver's number! Ok, so if the driver is sitting there and I am standing there and don't see him, I should call the

Had the worst experience as i was being taken to the airport to catch a flight i said hello to the driver And gave him my bags he didnt say anything back no hello ok cool. Another person says hi he didnt even acknowledge. Now i know hes a problem so now we get to the next hotel and the driver decided to take a break to smoke for 20 minutes he didnt say anything or i will be back nothing.

He disappeared and went for a smoke but I COUGHT HIM I SURE DID! Well thats not the end after he came back i didnt say anything so we are by the airport he gets into an argument while driving he starts laughing as he thought putting our life in jeapordy was funny! He cursed at the driver next to him and said " F*ck You come get out and fight me and pulled over" like are you kidding me dude holy crap?!

You guys need to do better background check on who you hire! I have pictures of the driver but for my own safety cant share since im a regular customer and not by choice believe me!.

I used Gateway Global for my wedding in January and I'm extremely happy! At first, I was really worried about the shuttle service. Admittedly, there was not a lot of communication required between me and the client services manager Janelle, but being the Type A person that I was, it bothered me that I wasn't entirely sure if everything was completely ready for the wedding.

Plus I had a weird schedule and I worried that the driver staff simply wouldn't understand what I wanted. But thankfully, everything went exactly as planned. Unfortunately, I couldn't quite remember the name of the limo driver that drove me and my bridesmaids to the ceremony from our hotel. Though he was a great guy, he was simply overshadowed by the wonder that was our shuttle driver, Fabio. Fabio is the best. It's as simple as that.

He was extremely attentive in making sure that everyone was on board and that he was on schedule. When we all got to the ceremony site, he was also extremely attentive to making sure I didn't get my dress on the limo tires so that the dress wouldn't get dirty. He even helped me pin back my dress accessory thing. My guests also loved him - although I partly think that's because it was the end of the night and the best man was just really really drunk. He even tried to start a Fabio chant. In the end, I'm really happy with how everything turned out.

Literally, a few days before a multi-continental flight, my executive asked if I could help find a ride to and from the airports. At first, we were thinking taxi or Lyft or Uber, but my executive is a VIP, and I needed to make sure that he was on time to every location that he had to be at in the different countries. This was my first time trying to hire a car service for someone who isn't me.

I needed a reliable company that works in all the countries that my executive needed to visit. I received a referral from a really good friend to contact Caroline Cua. I contacted Caroline, the Vice President of Client Experience at Gateway Global, and she was extremely helpful! I divulged all of my worries about international travel, and my need to have everything be perfect for my executive.

She assured me that Gateway's car service is always punctual and extremely professional. She was able to help me through my unorganized craziness that I needed her help to sort out. Caroline was able to schedule 8 trips either to or from different airports in 3 different countries for my executive's trip. During this trip, I was such a PAIN!

I had to request changes, and Caroline was extremely friendly, she was able to help me out (given the proper allowed time before the pick-up days). I would also like to thank Joel Amato for letting me consume so much time from her. My executive was very pleased with the service. The first day, he texted me right away to inform me that his chauffeur arrived at the perfect second.

The pickups at the airports were so professional, with signs that make then easy to find. We are very happy with the reliable service, great prices, professionalism and extraordinary customer service. I'm so glad that we've found our new favorite car service! Thank you Gateway Global!

Wow, first time taking this shuttle to the airport and got major attitude from the driver. I just had to put my luggage on the shuttle and was asking to make sure it was going to the airport. The guy just kept complaining that I was making him 5 minutes late and didn't even bother to help with my luggage. What a jerk! Seriously, then he had the nerve at the next stop to tell me that I had made him 5 minutes late.

I used gateway limo for our July wedding and working with the company was a great and easy experience! We worked with Amy throughout the planning. She was really quick with emails and helpful to find the right vans that fit what we were looking for. We ended up using 2 7 passanger vans to get to the venue and one 14 seater van on the way back. The vans were huge!

They have pictures on the website but I still wasn't expecting them to be so big. When the vans picked us up from the hotel they had signs saying Mr. & Mrs. (Last name) wedding party. It was so cute! The vans were really clean and on time for each arrival. I recommend gateway for a wedding! We also used them a few years back for my 21st birthday and rented a party bus. Same great experience then!

We used Gateway mainly for shuttles for our wedding guests to get to and from the venue from the hotel. We did also use a limo for transportation of the bridal party to the venue. They were a really great service to work with - specifically Amy. We let her know what we were trying to do and she made suggestions of vehicles and timing that would work for us.

The drivers were very friendly, professional, and punctual. The vehicles were even nicer than I expected. Although it was pricer than I expected, I found that they were about average for the services, and beat out some of their competitors in terms of price and customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

I worked with Amy Zhen to book a 23 passenger shuttle for my 30th Birthday wine tasting trip to Livermore Valley. She was detailed, very responsive and was able to provide me with a presentation of their fleet in PDF format. The quote met the price point I was looking for and I definitely made the right choice in booking them. Our shuttle was clean and comfortable.

No complaints about the vehicle whatsoever. Our driver, Ahmad, was pretty quiet but was professional throughout the whole trip. I wish that he would have called upon arriving to initially pick us up but all in all Gateway Limousine was wonderful. I'd book them again in a heartbeat.

If I ever won the lottery and needed a driver for anything, I'd hire Gateway Limousine in a heartbeat. Professional, prompt and all around awesome. Thank you Connie, for EVERYTHING! He caught my semi-inebriated butt when I tripped and fell out of the car in my 5 inch Louboutins. Not my best moment, mind you, but Ed was there for me and was gracious about it without laughing his head off. Now that's service for you.

Limo me up please. Thanks to Miss Connie's gracious and generous gesture of holiday giving and Mr. Walter's meticulous planning, some of us were able to get to Yelp's Holiday Party in one piece. Fabio, our driver, played my Eminem's CD while making a pit stop for chips and sodas. We sang, we took pictures, and we partied. It was so much fun.

Water was provided. Our driver was very courteous, professional, and most importantly COOL. He was down like Charlie Brown. Transportation was a breeze and we got to our destinations in a timely manner. Yes! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gateway for your to and fro party bus! Woo hoo!
