Great Bay Limousine

We used Great Bay Limo for our recent wedding day! We had moved the wedding once due to COVID, but every person we spoke to along the way was awesome! All of the staff were professional and easy to work with. I received multiple updates along the way and even I emailed/called to ask questions, they were on top of it! Our driver was also super nice and outgoing day of. I recommend GBL for all your needs!

We'd highly recommend GBL for your wedding transportation! We had a small wedding of 35 people on a lake in NH that had no available parking, and had hit a wall trying to figure out how we'd transport all of our guests from their various rentals to our ceremony site, then our reception, then back to all of their different rentals. That's where Great Bay saved the day!

We rented two 14-passenger vans that allowed our guests to party all night long without having to worry about driving themselves afterwards (which was HUGE peace of mind for us). The drivers were punctual, kind, and so professional- not to mention very skilled at driving down the tiny dirt roads around the lake! April was so helpful in getting our wedding schedule organized and to the drivers. Thank you for keeping our wedding day on time and stress-free!

I had to book a last minute, emergency airport trip for my mother on a Sunday morning. They were able to make it happen with one hour's notice and my mother had great things to say about the driver and service. Highly recommended!

I was planning a charity camping adventure for some of the families at Cross Roads House. Due to a medical emergency, my participant number changed. Karrine, the Office Manager, made the exchange to a smaller vehicle for me seamless - even though an exception for them. Karrine and Great Bay Limousine is the best!

We had skip as a driver 07/27/2021 for my granddaughter's ninth birthday. For adults two kids in an afternoon out. Skip mean the entire experience amazing for my granddaughter, The adults and my second grandchild that was there all had such an awesome time from the loud music to the stopping at the store and the kids singing along with music skip did nothing but laugh and make it a point to tell us to have nothing but a wonderful time.

Our driver, Greg, was amazing. I had no idea what to expect and he made me feel special as the bride. He also was on point during the photo session after the ceremony. There was branch in the way in the. background while my husband and I were posing for photos and Greg came out of no where to remove the branch that no one else noticed. He was really great all around, I would absolutely recommend this company for your wedding day!

Incredible experience with Great Bay Limo. Booked a couple of weeks in advance, excellent customer service! Our chauffeur, Marc, was fun and accommodating! He had fun lights and great music playing in the limo for a bachelorette party. We rented a 14 passenger bus for a friends bachelorette in New Hampshire last weekend and Great Bay Limo was excellent. They were incredibly responsive to emails and phone calls, and they were very helpful in booking the right vehicle for us when our top choice wasn't available. Ray was our driver and he was 12/10. He was professional, on time, and he didn't mind the 6 hour sing along we had as we drove the Kancamagus. We HIGHLY recommend renting from Great Bay and be sure to ask for our new BFF Ray!

We rented a bus for our wedding, and the service was fantastic! Mike the driver was beyond accommodating- worked later than planned when someone forgot a pocketbook and had to go back to the venue, and helped locate and return a cell phone that was left behind. Mike played music and made the ride fun for everyone! As a whole the company was excellent at communicating, and the prices were very fair. I can't recommend this company enough!

Great Bay Limo was GREAT! We ordered an 18 person hummer for our wedding party and their school bus (painted black & white) for our guests! Worked out perfectly. Both drivers were prompt and professional and made our day extra special. Red carpet & champagne and all! Would definitely recommend to any and all people looking to book for their events.

When we got out of the church and before we got in the limo, the drive made it a point to stop us for a picture and to pop the champagne. He said "On behalf of Great Bay Limo, we wish you years of happiness". Very sweet!

Bought a 3 hour package deal for after my wedding. The price was very reasonable. Setting up the service, Anise was very helpful in getting us what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable in their services and what would best suit us. On the day of the wedding our chauffeur arrived to the venue early and from the beginning was extremely helpful with making sure our experience was the best possible.

We stopped along the way at a couple of stops for more wedding photos with our photographer. The chauffeur was an excellent assistant to our photographer in preparing and posturing us for our shots. My wife and I both agree the limo was one of the high points of the day. It was that good. Overall the service was excellent, the limo was clean and spacious, and our chauffeur was an absolute professional and more than just a driver. I would highly recommend GBL if you're considering hiring a limo for your special day.

Great Bay Limo is my go to limousine service in NH. They are always on time when I need limo service to and from Manchester-Boston Airport. Occasionally, I fly into Logan airport and they always have a limo ready and waiting. Chauffeurs are polite and helpful. We used Great Bay for my sister's bachelorette party and had an absolutely perfect experience! Our driver, Fred, was wonderful: punctual, easygoing, friendly, and helpful. We went to a winery and finished there with plenty of time left on our limo reservation. Since we weren't from the area, we asked Fred to take us around wherever, and he drove us along the beautiful NH coast and stopped at Hampton Beach for 20 minutes so we could dip our feet in the ocean. It was really the perfect touch on an already great experience. It was also the best hourly rate I could find and champagne was included. Highly recommended!

I've worked with this company a few times for work events. The first time, I had to call and coordinate multiple round-trip rides over multiple days, and they were right on time to each one. Anise especially is always very kind and helpful-- I'm sure everyone else is, too, but she's the one I've worked with most. She even sent photos from the driver of our group with their limousine! They've been a dream to work with and I highly recommend. ETA: I found this company after trying to use a local Boston company that was going to charge astronomical prices to go between Logan International and Portsmouth. Great Bay charges reasonable rates.

*UPDATE* I heard the management's response to the incident below. Ultimately they cleaned house, made appropriate reparations and the manager was apologetic. *Original Review* I was a groomsman in a wedding and the groom set up for Great Bay to pick us up after dropping off the bride's side of the bridal party. But the limo driver never came.

After a half hour, the company confirmed that the driver was right around the corner, but after waiting another ten minutes, we had to drive ourselves to the ceremony to avoid being late. Never use this company if you want to ride in a limo. If you are up for a gamble, go for it. I'll update my review when I hear about how they handle this failure in the aftermath.

I used Great Bay Limo for the first time for an airport run for a business trip last week, after a couple of abysmal experiences with what used to be a good business -- Regal Limo. Great Bay was terrific -- efficient, friendly, professional, on time, easy to deal with. It'll be my "go to" airport transportation for work trips when the bus just doesn't work for me.

We rented a sedan for dinner on a Saturday night. Greatbay called me and asked if it was okay if they upgrade to a stretch for free. I graciously accepted of course. Limo was luxurious and clean. Fran was our driver and was personable and professional. I will use them again for sure.

There aren't words to describe what having a limo generously donated by Great Bay Limo and their amazing driver Bruno meant to our friend's daughter fighting cancer.
