We've used Limo Star for all of our corporate events, primarily taking our clients to Vikings games and other professional sporting events! They are always early, super professional, clean, and extremely prepared to host their passengers. Their courteousness is unrivaled and we've used both their Black Car SUV service, as well as their party bus service with nothing but exceptional results.

They even provide a holiday light viewing tour which is just fantastic. In fact, after viewing lights with using their service, their driver was gracious enough to provide me with the route they traveled so I can take my kids around again to pass the loooong winter months in Minnesota. I won't even consider using another transportation service because the experience, safety, and client experience is unrivaled.

I ordered a limo for my daughter's wedding. I was happy to have spoken to the driver the day before to ensure the correct arrangements were set, as well as multiple notifications on the day of the rental regarding the limo's intended arrival time. The driver was extremely courteous and professional. I would definitely use Star Transportation again.

My son got me a surprise limo from the airport. When my plane landed, the driver, Steve, texted me. He told me which Baggage Claim area he would be waiting at for me with a sign. Very friendly. Steve took me on a direct route home. No nonsense, beautiful ride.

The bus was clean and well kept! Very nice inside! Our driver was great! He was from around the area so he knew where to go! The air conditioning for our hot summer day was perfect!

Not only was the shuttle (which we were supposed to have a limo) not stocked with the amenities they stated, we were toured in our neighborhood which we have already seen and took us to maybe 3 houses that were decently decorated. For the amount of money we spend $480 it was worth maybe $30. The shuttle was SO hot, the music was low, and just an ABSOLUTE disappointment. Tried to get ahold of the owners to let them know our disappointment and I had to call 4 times and no one bothered to give me a call back or follow up.

This was supposed to be a huge extra special gift for our twins birthday and all it was was a huge let down to us, our kids, and the family we dragged along for one long boring trip. Don't waste your money like we did.

I would give Star Limo Service 10 stars if I could! Everything from ordering the limo for our anniversary to the time we were dropped off home again was professional and just perfect. Mary took my order and followed up to get the details. Justin arrived on time and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better driver. I know there are 4 of us that will be calling on Star again for our rides in the future. Thanks folks.you made our 36 anniversary more memorable.

Fantastic experience! We hired Star Limousine for my wife's 40th birthday party. They did a GREAT job! The car was beautiful, the driver (Jim) was fantastic, and the service from beginning to end was A+. My wife got the red carpet treatment (literally) at our house, picked up some friends, dinner downtown, and then back home again. I was surprised that we got an 8 passenger vehicle with less than a week's notice.

But they pulled it off. I also want to mention that the woman (Katie) who took our order over the phone was great, super professional and friendly. We tried to book a car for a night of holiday light sight seeing. We looked up several companies on line and settled with Star. The advertised rate was reasonable and seemed fair. My wife booked a night and gave her Credit Card only to get a quote back that was double the rate that they advertised. When she called they said it's taxes and gratuity.

We went round and round with them and finally she had to cancel the reservation before they admitted that they were wrong. The other couple we were going to go with has a bad taste in their mouth and so do we. Sad to miss the lights but not sad that we weren't taken advantage of.

Their sedan service is amazing. I have used them several times and their drivers are always there early waiting for me and one trip there was an accident with traffic I wasn't aware of. The driver called me 30 minutes early to let me know so I could get to the meeting on time. Now that's service!

We used Star Limousine to transport a group of 18 friends to/from the airport for a trip to Mexico. Driver was great! He was on-site early at both ends of our trip.including early for our 3am pick-up from our residential neighborhood. We received email updates when the driver was on-site which was very convenient for the pick-up at the airport. The driver loaded/unloaded all of our luggage and was very friendly.

Cost was similar to each of us parking on site at the airport. Great value when you consider we had door-to-door service on both legs of our trip. I would use Star Limo again without hesitation.
