Absolutely worst professional experience I've ever had. 5 months before our confirmed date with Mike we were told that we were not in the books and they were now sold out. When I asked to leave a deposit a year ago they said it was unnecessary because we were referred. I highly recommend silver star or top class for transportation needs.

After setting everything up with Mike 6+ months in advance, I did not receive the buses I expected the day of. When I was shown around the fleet I saw this beautiful party bus that my bridal party and I were going to ride in. The day of, a converted RV showed up from Cross County Limo. The driver was horrible and did not help anyone on or off the bus.

One of my bridesmaids fell getting off the bus at the church and cut open her knee. The buses and drivers that actually came from Beverly Hills Limo were outstanding! But, the big party bus was not what I agreed to and when I asked Mike about it he stopped answering my messages. I am extremely disappointed. **BEWARE OF THEM OUTSOURCING FOR BUSES**

Absolutely terrible. After our shuttle driver just inexplicably didn't show up at the church to take guests to our wedding reception (leaving people scrambling to find rides from strangers), when he did show up at the end of the reception several guests were concerned that he seemed "off" and was driving very recklessly. Then the dispatcher and manager both tried to make excuses for him, without once offering an apology. I'm still in disbelief at how little they seemed to care. Please do NOT hire them.
