Bill's Limousine

I had a party bus booked for my senior prom, i got a call from the company a few minutes before the bus was supposed to pick us up saying that our bus had broken down down the street from our set pick up spot. I was told that there was nothing they could do, when i asked for a new bus it would be at least a hour to get a new driver, and 90 minutes for the bus to be fixed, with no guarantee that it will be fixed.

By the end of the call we had negotiated that all 25 kids will find a ride to prom which was 45 minutes away, and the company would pick us up at the end of our prom. When we got onto the bus they sent it was nothing like the bus i originally ordered, it was a coach bus. To make matters worse, they had to send another bus because they were afraid that the one they sent over would break down.

So we had to wait another 45 minutes for another bus to come, that bus being even more run down. It was very interesting that they claimed that the bus i had set was a brand new bus, not even a year old. But they didn't want to check for issues prior to picking us up, leaving 25 kids without a party bus.

Recently had my bachelor party with Bills, customer service was outstanding. Kenya let me know how the billing worked, and when it was going to be taken out of my bank. receipt was emailed to me the exact moment. Had Shane as a driver and he was amazing, did everything we wanted and more. Definitely going to book with them again for our next occasion. Bus we rented was the sprinter van limo style and it was clean and stocked with water and ice, cant complain.

I've never been so satisfied with a business before! The limousine was absolutely beautiful, the Customer Service experience was outstanding (Kenya was amazing), and the price was so reasonable compared to the outrageous prices elsewhere! I can't wait to book again! - Megan

My experience was awesome from start to finish. I rented a limo for the vineyard tours for my sister's bachelorette. From the moment I emailed with questions, Sal was very quick to respond to any questions and very knowledgeable. He is personable and even offered some nice suggestions to help me plan the event The day of the event, the driver showed up 10 minutes early and was very pleasant.

The limo was clean and stocked as well. We made a few different stops throughout the day. The driver knew exactly where to go and just told us to call him when we were ready to leave for the next destination. I did not have to worry about anything that day except for having a good time. Professional, pleasant and personable people with fair pricing for the event! Worth it for the peace of mind alone!

We can't thank this company enough, and had the most wonderful experience! It was completely down pouring on our wedding day on top of the added stress on a normal wedding day. Sal made us feel so comfort us about our day. From holding an umbrella for each individual guest, his mannerisms made everyone feel at ease. He walked each bridesmaid from a location to the ceremony so that their hair and makeup wouldn't get ruined.

He even as far as perfecting the brides train when it was her turn to walk down the aisle. Our wedding party is still talking about how outstanding he was and how much he catered to each person so they had the best experience. Our day with Sal was unbelievably wonderful and it felt like we were treated like family.

Our driver Benny was one of a kind! He offered more than enough knowledge on the back streets of New York and was able to get us to our destination in one piece and in great spirits! Phenomenal job Benny!

We used Bill's Limo to travel to Apex Entertainment for our son's 16th birthday party. Bill's Limo was reliable, professional and very accommodating. I have now used Bills Limousine Service twice and both experiences were great! Not only were both of our drivers great, but they were friendly, on time, and professional. They were also very flexible with our plans for the day. Both were day trips to wineries throughout Stonington. When making the reservations-Sal was amazing! not only was he responsiveness but his pricing was the best value. Both party buses were great! Extremely clean and new vehicles, bluetooth capable. Bill's Limousine Service is FANTASTIC, PUNCTUAL, RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, and OFFER COMPETITIVE PRICING. They provided the wedding transportation for our daughter's wedding this past Saturday July 27, 2019 and far exceeded my expectations. They arrived early and provided the utmost in service to our daughter, son-in-law and their entire wedding party!

The party bus fit the entire 24 person wedding party comfortably. Bill's Limousine service was an assume experience used them for roundtrip service to and from Newark airport from Bloomfield Ct. for a group of 8 had plenty of room for our luggage for 11 day stay overseas. Drivers was on time both ways no waiting at the airport on return! The drivers were safe and welcoming I highly recommend there service thanks Kenya apperciate all your help you made our trip that much more relaxing not having to worry about transportation!

My wife and I have used Bill's two times to get to/from JFK and once for a special event. I checked several other companies and their prices were very competitive. I picked Bill's because they were friendly, responsive and local. The drivers are excellent. Our flight arrived early and they were right there because they checked our flight status. No wait. Great service!
