I have used Kee Limo for a number of years. They are very responsive and helpful. the drivers are consistently on time, courteous, knowledgeable and are good, safe drivers. The vehicles are immaculate and very comfortable. i recommend them without reservation.

My husband & I used Kee Limo Service for the first time for to & from JFK airport. We have never used a car service before. But without a doubt, we lucked out by picking the best possible company we could. Right from quote to dropping us back home, this service was top notch. Our drivers were Matt & Jed. Fantastic. On time, very pleasant, could not have been better. Dropped at the curb at JFK, picked up at the curb on the return, and brought our bags to our front door. The vehicle was very clean too. I would give MORE than 5 stars, that was how satisfied we were.

A long term client. Never any problems even with inclement weather, terrible traffic, airline delays, airport congestion, etc. Kee always managed the impossible and improbable. This last trip tried our and the super patient driver Thomas when we and 100 other passengers had to wait over an hour for our baggage because ground crew were unable to open cargo door. Left Bradley Hartford Airport at 2 am. Some ordeal but Kee was there. Bravo.

Kirk and his staff blew us away with their customer service! Great communication from the first inquiry, through working out the details and of course the transportation. We traveled with 2 other couples and the vehicle was exactly what we needed for our group & baggage. Our driver John was prompt, courteous, and dealt with the several flight delays and cancelations, on both ends of the trip, causing our return pickup to go from 9:30 to after 1am.

He was so accommodating and it was such a relief after the airline chaos to receive a text that he was at the curb waiting for us. The vehicle was comfortable and clean. *The best text was from Kirk, responding to my anxious message wondering if we needed to arrange other transportation due to the extreme delays. He texted me that they had been monitoring our flight and not to worry. "We'll be there". Thank you Kirk, Renee, and John!

The driver was great and the trip very convenient and comfortable. My only question was with a little miscommunication in reserving the trip. I could have done it all more easily on the website if I had been told to do that when I wrote to the company and also it would have been better to tell me right away that I had to ask for the driver to come into the terminal rather than picking me up outside. In fact I got that information only on the night before I left and had to make time to call from Italy where I was. However the service is great and I recommend it.

Recently I used KEE Limousine services for the first time, traveling to- and from New York. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From initial inquiry through the actual service, everything was spot-on. My driver for both fares, John, was on time or early, communication was easy, the rides themselves were terrific. I only wish I had discovered them sooner, but will look no farther the next time I require car transportation. Highest recommendation, easily.

Kee accommodated our large group with children, easily. We arrived on time allowing for a great start to our trip. We have used Kee a number of times in the past and always had good service!
