I made a reservation with Danbury Limo to pick up myself, my wife and my 4 year old son from LaGuardia and have them take me to North Salem, NY. I received a confirmation that they would be bringing a booster seat for my child and they would meet our arriving flight. My flight was delayed and I called to alert them. I was instructed that they had my flight number, were monitoring it and was no problem.
We arrive, I call as instructed and am met by the driver. No booster seat. I show him my reservation for the booster seat, he says nobody told him. NYPD nearby confirms toddlers must be in child seat or booster seat. Driver takes my bags out of the trunk and says he can't help me. I have him call his boss who says, "Your flight was late, the car left early, we forgot" I say, "What are you going to do?" He says, "Nothing we can do." I said, "To be clear - you are telling me you are abandoning me at LaGuardia two days before Thanksgiving with my wife and child" Which is exactly what they did. Danbury Limo - you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Anyone that any sense of decency would have either apologized and gone a bought a booster seat, sent another car, or helped arrange an alternate car service. Please avoid this company. Absolutely zero professionalism.
