Had a trip booked for five hours with them and they cancelled 15 minutes before pick up time. No explanation other than they didn't have a driver. Then the person on the phone hung up on me when trying to get more of an explanation. Absolute joke of a company!

Tom takes great care of our cars and offers top quality, professional limo service when we need to fly too! The only time they couldn't accommodate us is when we tried to get a car a couple hours before a night out. Even then, Tom worked after hours trying to line something up, but even chaffeurs get a night off now and then haha. Love this place!

Tom is an amazing stand up guy! He is honest and knowledgeable. Takes great care of our old lady of a car, which in turn takes great care of our family. Thank you!

Reserved sedan and van for pick up drop off for Florida trip. Was notified through email that our van was switched out to stretch limo. Not sure as to why. Left a message for a callback. Didn't get one Called the next day and talked to Tom to switch the stretch limo that we never ordered to a sedan. He made the change. Sent us a updated email with the reservation and price change.

Date of departure Tony was our driver. Tony notified us who he was and when he was leaving to pick us up Sedan was clean. It fit 3 tall, large people comfortably. Tony picked our son up in Norwalk, then us in Elyria, then drove us to the airport. It was nice not having to worry about the traffic or parking garage. Price for the car pick up and drop off was cheaper than leaving the car at the airport. With our experience, I would definitely recommend Tom's Crus for your airport transport.

This limousine service was horribly unprofessional. They were hired recently for a wedding that I was a part of. On the way to the wedding the driver took off without seats full, knowing that 100 people were waiting for a ride. The way home was much worse. Instead of sending the large passenger vehicle, we were given one sedan. For 100 people to get back to a hotel after they had been drinking, and when it was 40 degrees outside. The company had to know they were stiffing us especially considering no taxis or Uber's were in the area.

Tom's service was simply outstanding! They were at the airport waiting on me and the little over an hour drive was very pleasant and entertaining. The driver was courteous and professional. The vehicle was clean and nice. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a limosine service to call Tom's. If ever in the Lake Erie Ohio area, I will use their service again.

The Limo began smoking after our June wedding, to the point where we didn't feel it was safe to get back in the car. We called a taxi service for our wedding party, thinking I would talk to the owner after our honeymoon and get a refund since the service wasn't provided. The owner was awful and didn't want to refund us any money and said it was perfectly safe to get into a car with smoke POURING from the hood.

He yelled at me and fought with me and only after looking up Ohio codes and reading them to him did he realize he had to offer some sort of refund or lose in court. His check was 3 weeks late, and he only offered a partial refund. I would never ever ever do business with this company again. Their website states customer service is their highest priority, but it is clearly not.

The limo driver, however, was a really nice guy, but even he didn't make up for this awful experience. Though I must say the pictures by the broken down limo were the highlight of the wedding photos (it's sad that he thinks its fine to run a business like that).
