North West Limousine

Great service all the way around! This was rented for my daughter and her friends for prom. The driver was there early, very friendly, and was extremely concerned with the details of the night!. I WOULD RECOMMEND them to anyone and everyone I know in need of this service! Great job!

Pretty bummed with our experience honestly. The only real positive was that the limo was on time/early. There was no way to connect to a phone or anything for music, and all we had available was FM radio, it was static the entire time and couldn't find a station with any good music, especially being in the country. I thought this was very weird considering it is advertised as a "DJ party on wheels" on their website.

Couldn't connect an aux cord or use Bluetooth. Says that 2 bottles of champagne are included, but it was moscato. The limo was unbearably hot, not sure why the AC wouldn't have been on and cooling down for us to get in while he was sitting in the driveway for 30 minutes.he said it will cool down when we get moving, which it never did. The driver seemed irritated any time we called to be picked up, even though we had planned stops that they were aware of.

He wasn't friendly and didn't do anything to make our experience memorable or welcoming. I called the next day to see if something was left in the limo and didn't even get a call back to say yes or no. To me it just seemed like once they had payment, they basically "checked-out" and didn't care about our experience. Wouldn't book again mainly because of the music issue, kind of a buzz kill.

I do not recommend this company at all! I ordered the stretch hummer for my wedding party. They said it broke down on the way to the wedding and picked us up in two separate limousines splitting my bridal party. While I appreciate the fact that we were transported at no point did anyone contact me to apologize and when I contacted the company to ask for the difference between a limo and the stretch hummer I was told I was lucky we were picked up! They are so unprofessional and greedy! They ruined a portion of my day don't let it happen to you!

Great Service! I used Northwest Limousine Service on my wedding day and highly recommend them to everyone. They are a reliable company who cares deeply about the little details and wants you to have a good time. Not only did they show up on time, have a nice clean limousine, and helped my grand parents in and out of the vehicle, they also were on my side and supported me with everything I needed. They made my special day PERFECT. 10/10 I will use them again very soon!

Extremely professional and punctual service. the 6-8 seater was MUCH nicer than expected. I was expecting an older town car type limo but the one that arrived was very modern and updated and it surprised me that it was only $60/hr. Jeff was amazing. The only problem we had was the bluetooth not working correctly and no one knew where the USB port was so we could try to listen to music. Overall i would highly recommend.

Northwest Limousine was very professional for my son's prom! I was able to book the limousine at the last minute and they were still able to accommodate us! Thanks again Northwest Limousine services for bringing our son and his friends home safely!

Northwest Limousine was easy to work with from the day we got in touch with them. We reserved a Limo Bus for our 14 person wedding party and that was the perfect size for us. Our driver was prompt and made it so easy to church to pictures to the reception. I would highly recommend Northwest Limousine as a quality, affordable option.
