We used On The Town Limousines for my son and his friends for prom. The driver Trish was phenomenal! There was a mixup in the pick up location, but Trish and the office were wonderful about staying in touch with me and ultimately making the ride to prom fun! We would definitely use On The Town Limousines again!

An unexpected snowstorm led to transport issues on our wedding day (limo bus stuck in a snow drift, thankfully with no passengers at the time!). I had given specific instructions as to the route to take since it was not the GPS first choice, but apparently those instructions did not make it to the driver. (Later, that GPS route choice was what led to getting stuck in the snow.) The driver worked so hard to make our wedding day transport as easy as possible, though, and we appreciate her dealing with what was a crisis for us.

Everyone needs some great stories from their wedding day, and we have plenty to look back on thru the years, ha ha. Thank you to our driver Kimberly, who was committed to bringing us all safely back and forth between our ceremony site and our reception, and she was so kind in what must have been an extremely frustrating time for her. Becky was wonderful to work with as well, and I highly recommend this limo service!

We recently used On The Town Limousines for a trip to and from the airport and we had another wonderful experience. We've used them several times before and they will always be the ones we call when needing any transportation. Our drivers this time were Mark and Brian and they were both fantastic! We love the texting communication from the company and the driver -- especially the one letting you know your driver's name and phone # so you can communicate with them when necessary. THANK YOU!

Great experience with a professional car and driver. On time, great conversation, clean vehicles, a must hire. they even keep our car seats until we returned from our travels and brought them back for our pickup! Excellent! Thank you so much, you have a forever customer.

We hired a small limo party bus for our daughter's 16th birthday for a day out in Annapolis. They showed up before the arrival time, the gentleman was friendly and professional. The party bus was clean and nice inside. Everyone had a great time! We'd definitely recommend them and would use them again for future needs.

We celebrated birthday/New Years. Mike the driver was accommodating and fun. The air system in the limo was extraordinarily noisy, making it impossible to talk when the blower came on. Other than that, it was great!

I used On The Town Limousine for an airport transfer for my family and I to travel to the airport for the Christmas and New Year holiday season. This was our first time traveling the entire pandemic. The service was phenomenal, On time, great customer service, Our driver was friendly, I felt the scheduling was easy. I appreciate the reminders via txt they sent at 48 hrs, 24 hrs and when the driver arrives. The company has great COVID-19 protocols. The driver wore his mask and my entire family did while traveling. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

We used On The Town Limousine for a weekend trip to the Gaylord National Harbor. The service both directions was absolutely PERFECT! The drivers were on time, courteous, professional and friendly. Lenny and his team were phenomenal to work with. My elderly parents were coming in from the midwest for Thanksgiving on the busiest day of the year, and we needed a limo to get them to us. Working with Becky from On The Town for our wedding was a completely positive experience. The initial quotes she provided were prompt, our calls to confirm details were always informative & thorough, and the pricing structure was transparent. Leading up to the wedding weekend, Becky checked in right when she said she would, with helpful clarifying questions & requested exactly the info they'd need for day-of.

Most importantly, the day-of experience was 100% painless. Both rounds - shuttles from the hotels to the venue, and shuttles from the venue back to the hotel - occurred without any need for involvement on our end, and guests reported a completely positive experience. We would absolutely recommend On The Town to friends, and really appreciate Becky's help throughout.

We were so pleased with On the Town Limousines. Our Driver, Mark was extremely professional and very courteous. The front door service to and from each stop was such a convenience. Our party was a Sweet 16 and included 8 girls ages 14-17, so you can imagine the giggles and squeals. Mark seemed to really enjoy taking care of our entire party and even told us when we asked if this was hard to deal with so many teenagers in the car, he said, "They were great and this is my dream job, so it was a great night." He was very professional, dressed in full formal attire including the polished hat and that truly made this a night these girls will never forget.

He took great care to make sure everyone was comfortable, safe and most of all having the most fun they could. I could not believe the affordable pricing options when I called to request the limo service and the vehicle options was awesome! We used On the Town Limo for our wedding in September and it was awesome. We needed 3 shuttles for our large wedding after originally only reserving two. Becky was able to accommodate us and work with us to set the schedule to exactly what we wanted. The drivers showed up on time and were courteous to all of our guests. Didn't have to worry about anything. Becky was awesome, would recommend to anybody. Easy.

We used this service for a wine tour for my Mother's birthday. The customer service and timeliness were excellent. Our driver Frank was friendly and helpful in every way. He even circled back to one of the vineyards when we realized we should have actually purchased some of the wine. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely use this service anytime I need a driver. I would also request Frank as my driver.

This was the best customer service I have received in a long time. Henry was outstanding. We took our kids and their friends ( 12 in all) to see the lights at Seneca Park. They were loud, excited and A LOT to handle. Henry was on time. He was so gracious with all of the kids. They must have asked 75 times to turn the lights on and off, change the radio station and turn the volume up and down.

The ticket both tried to charge us more for entry to the park than they normally do. With all of the loud excited kids in the back, we were just going to give them the extra money. Henry was firm with the attendant that he takes his customers into the park often and that we were being over charged. When we came home, Henry was patient with taking photos in front of the limo bus. He was such a pleasure to talk to. From one small business owner to another, bravo! Because of Henry, we will use this company again and again.

My experience wasn't all bad service was A- from the setting of my reservations and the driver with a few issues. Big issue I had was with how out of date the vehicle was. Well my experience goes ordered a surprise 4 1/2 night out bday pick up for my fiance. It was in my contract to be notified upon arrival so I can set up the vehicle. 1 min, 2 min, 3 min.5 min past pick up time and now I'm looking out window like wtf?

So sure enough dude is out there but kinda pissed 5 mins of my time is gone and would he have called if I didn't look out window? Anyways rush out greet driver set up vehicle with ballons and wine. Truck was already supplied with ice/wine flutes and beverages which was great. Grab my fiance she's surprised as I wanted her to be. He greets her we get in she is speechless great we out.

As were driving he gives us a crash course on buttons and functions we have control of. 1st was the partition and my fiance was on her Beyonce swagg "Driver roll up the partition please" lol. He was really talkative and we were trying to drink and listen to some tunes. Speaking of they still used a shorted out itrip which was a pain in the ass to find a station and play music which was the only mode it had outside of am/fm basic radio.

We made it work but the big issue was how fast the driver was going. We had a spill because the truck hit a sharp curve very fast and the wine spilled on my fiance's outfit luckily it was dark enough not for it to be noticeable and she shrugged it off. Maybe that glass before had a little influence? Anyways after that he was kool he got us to our event super early lol.

So we actually talked with him and he gave us a verbal tour of area, place and events that went on there. After our event he picked us up dropped us home with time to spare. He was really a good driver forgot his name even made unplanned stops for us and still had time left over. I would use them again since prices was affordable maybe a party bus event!

I used On The Town Limosouines for my anniversary. While the driver, Michael, was tremendous, I was sent a limo that wasn't fully functional. On an anniversary the goal is to have a continuous evening of romanticism, intimacy and privacy. While in the limo, that was stripped from me and my S.O. because the divider between us and the driver would not go up.

There were other things that did not work but that was the only thing that mattered to me. This did detract from my evening. Sadly, it is not the main reason I suggest you do not use this limosouine service. After calling repeatedly and asking to speak to someone who could help (I was informed it was the owner, Len or Lenny, alone who could assist) I finally got to speak with the owner.

Mind you, the time I finally got ahold of him, I still had to call him. With that said, the conversation with the owner left me under the impression Len had never spoken to a customer before. I was calm during my conversation but was met with an extremely rude person. I never received an apology that he never called me or that the limosouine wasnt fully functional and took away from my evening.

It is expected a limosuine will be able to provide privacy with a divider. If that wasn't a major factor in getting a limosouine I could have spent $200 less and gotten a town car. If you do have an issue while using this company its no guarantee you will get a hold of the owner. And when you do, expect hostility and unprofessionalism. If the owner had even been remotely kind or apologetic or professional this review would have been a lot more kind.

After my conversation with the owner, Len, it is not this company's inability to provide a fully functional limosuine that will ensure I never use this company again. It is the sour taste in my mouth after speaking to the owner that will make sure I never give this company another penny.

I worked with Becky at On The Town for my wedding party transportation, and she was exceptionally helpful. She was always prompt to respond to my emails and phone calls, which was very important to me as an out-of-town bride. She sent over a sample contract for me to review and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. She even held a reservation for me for a few days before I actually signed anything, just because she was almost booked up and I asked for a few days to look over the contract.

The only thing for which I'd give them 4.5 stars would be flexibility- they allowed me to shift the pickup / dropoff times by 30 minutes on the day before, but I was committed to the amount of time required. Just make sure you think through your day-of timeline before signing the contract, because I signed before I had my final timeline for the day in order to secure the bus, but it didn't end up being the just-right amount of time.

I rented the Congressional, and it was a great decision. There were 15 people on the 18-passenger bus, and it felt exceptionally roomy. The driver showed up on time and was professional the entire day. We had already settled the final amount and it included tip, so I didn't have to carry cash for him or worry about writing another check. I appreciated that as well- the less I had to think about that day, the better!

The bus was clean and well-stocked. Becky made sure there was ice and water on there for us, as it was a hot August day. She was also very helpful with suggestions for that day, including how much food and drink would fit in their coolers, how many she thought I should bring, and even helpful tips for the types of drinks to have on the bus (nothing dark! Club soda for spills!) I am so glad I chose On The Town because throughout the whole process, Becky and her team were exceptionally helpful and professional.

I am on to wedding number two and have reached back out to On the Town Limo. When it comes to scheduling the transportation I can't say enough about the level of knowledge and professionalism from Becky.

I confirmed a 4:30am pickup time for my father from my home in Montgomery County to Dulles International Airport. They took a credit card number, sent me a confirmation e-mail, and told me we were all set. The morning of, with no car in sight, my father had to call the number at 4:30AM (his scheduled pickup time), only to be told that the driver's car had broken down and that it would take another hour for them to pick him up.

I am extremely disappointed for a number of reasons: 1) they didn't call beforehand to let their client know of the mechanical issue 2) they don't have any reserve vehicles? This was a regular sedan (base model)-surely they have to have more than one? 3) I haven't received any type of apology from the company for this major inconvenience.

I was referred to this company and thought that I would get top quality service for the top dollar they charged me. Since they are so unreliable, I will not be using them ever again.

We used "On the Town" for my daughter's wedding that was between Christmas and New Years day in 2014. Bottom line: They were great. VERY professional. Clean buses and limos. Dependable and decently priced (I used a different limo / bus service for my older daughter that was based out of Washington DC and that service was an abomination! Summer wedding. bus had no AC. UGH!) I would HIGHLY recommend "On the Town" Very easy to deal with and they made the transfers from the hotel to the wedding venue enjoyable

Went to a wedding this past weekend, and it was great service. Really made the event smooth sailing since it was a barn about a half hour away from the hotels. I also left my bag on the van at the end of the night and Deanna was eager to lock it up and mail it to me which I extremely appreciated. Great place to do business with!

We booked On the Town Limos for a shuttle service from our wedding reception to a nearby hotel. The entire staff was very friendly and responsive--they actually called to confirm the reservation twice! They showed up on time and really did a great job. I called a couple months out with concerns about how many people would actually be using the shuttle (it was WAY less than my original estimate) and they encouraged me to keep my reservation as planned with the reasoning that more people would use it than I think.

Once I got the final head count from the hotel, I called again and cancelled one of the vehicles. Unfortunately, at that point it was too late to cancel without incurring the cancellation fee. I was a little miffed about that, especially considering my concerns before that, so I'm taking away a star in the Value and Flexibility departments. No one wanted to leave on the first shuttle, so our driver had to sit around for about an hour waiting.so I've got to give him props for his friendliness and patience!
