Legacy Limousines

I used legacy limousine yesterday for a trip to DC for lunch and shopping. It was a last minute decision to get a car/driver for the day. They were prompt to respond and send over a copy of the contract. We opted for 8 passenger limo for our party of 5. We all fit very comfortably. Our driver Wanda was wonderful. I would use them again in the future.

We rented a limo for a birthday dinner. The limo driver, Steve, arrived early and was very patient. There were 9 of us and 2 stops before dinner. We played great music on the way to dinner and felt safe the entire time. Steve was pleasant, professional and waited outside for us the whole time. We ended up extending our time with the limo and Steve couldn't have been more accomodating. I would definitely recommend Legacy limousine and will use them in the future, and hope for Steve as our driver.

I wouldn't recommend using this company. For one the driver kept break checking, doing wide turns, and was lost around D.C after asked to do tour. Not to mention I asked about additional pricing and he said they would reach out before charging my card. Well, I never got a courtesy phone call and my card was automatically charged. Also after calling and giving feedback about my experience the lady on the phone just gave me excuses! Do your research and go with someone else. I wish I would have!

I rented a limo for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. the limo service was excellent, the driver arrived on time and got us there in time for our dinner reservations. She gave us a small tour of DC which was great and unexpected. The driver had such a great personality which made the experience that much better. i wouldn't hesitate to use Legacy Limo again and will surely recommend them to anyone.

Never disappointed when we use Legacy! Their prices are reasonable and are extremely courteous when making reservations. I originally made a contract with Diamond Limo for my wedding on May 4th 2019 for a white limo and for the limo to carry 16 passengers. On my wedding day I was informed that Legacy had took over Diamond limo. A black limo showed up and it carried less than amount we were orginally expecting to carry for my wedding party. The best part of my experience was the driver Todd that we had. He was awesome and very accommodating. I will think twice before contacting them for future events.

Called for a quote, lady was rude, condescending and their prices were higher than other local. They didn't return calls and made you feel stupid for asking questions! Found a much better local company. diamond limousine was GREAT!

We used Legacy to take my husband from the Central Valley to SFO and back home again on a business trip. They arrived on time both directions. very professional. from booking to drop off, we had a seamless experience. We will be using them again.

Legacy limousine was awesome for my 40th birthday celebration. The price was very reasonable. Keith was an amazing driver, he was prompt courteous and he was so much fun. I would highly recommend Legacy!

I would like to complement our driver, Vinny. He was wonderful. We recognized how friendly he was from the beginning of our trip and he was extremely attentive. We barely made it out of the venue and he was ready at the front door. We believe he did above & beyond what we expected as a driver. Thank you very much for your services, we were very pleased. Let me start out by saying. I love this limo service. Legacy limos provided far more than a safe ride to our concert. Our limo was elegantly decorated for our occasion. We had the best driver ever.he was more than a driver.he was a bodyguard and made sure we were all safe and accounted for since we had alcohol involved. That means alot to us that we could enjoy ourselves and know that we were in good hands. I had the best experience with Legacy and I refuse to use another limo company. Thanks Legacy!

Mike as always taken good care of us. I have referred plenty of people to him. The drivers are always welcoming and friendly and ON TIME! They accommodate to all of our needs and additional stops for the rest room! Bus is always clean, warm, and plenty of room! I will never use another limo company!

I wanted to make sure that I sent a review. I want to express my gratitude to Legacy Limousine. The Limo was a great size for my event, it was clean and well stocked. The driver was on time (even a little early), very courteous and attentive to our time. I'm glad that I made this a surprise gift and the gift turned out GRRRREAT! I will definitely hire you guys again. Thanks again.

Pros: They weren't horribly expensive, easy to book and we did get to and from our destination. Cons: The driver left with all our belongings, no apology and no explanation. You seriously could not pay me enough to ever use this company again. Our driver got lost on the way to our pick up and called, which I appreciated. Then he definitely was NOT familiar with the area at all and started heading out of the parking lot the wrong way and my bridesmaids had to give him directions to the church.

At the end of the ceremony I had asked someone to put a box in the limo and the limo was nowhere to be found. I had the wedding party check around the church and the driver was totally gone with all the bridal party's bags, phones, etc. Fortunately the photographer had her phone and was able to get in touch with someone at the office to get our driver back.

The driver never offered an apology, explanation etc and we later heard from guests that they saw the driver at Cheeseburger in Paradise (nice to know that he was grabbing a bite to eat on our time). I didn't want to make a huge fuss about it since it was the wedding and there was still a reception to go to (which he didn't know the location of either).

I called the following Monday, found out that the driver had lied and said he was parked on the side of the church and that since technically we arrived at our destinations on time, that no partial refund would be given and the driver would be suspended for 3 days (because that really does SO much on a weekday). So unless you want horrible service, your driver to get lost and disappear with your belongings and no explanation, I would definitely NOT use this company.

I recently used Legacy Limousine for a birthday party. The driver was so pleasant to the kids and even had a DVD playing for them in the Hummer. I made changes the night before and was surprised that they answered at 10pm! They were friendly and personable. I will definately recommend them to all my friends!
