Had such a great experience. I had to organize a trip for my company with multiple pick ups and drop offs throughout the week. I am out of state and was not with everyone in PA during the trip. They made it so easy and I didn't have to worry. They were even flexible and accommodated the group when drop off addresses and times changed last minute.

We contracted Diana's limo service to transport our party of 8 to Reagan National airport In DC. They were timely, courteous, friendly, and Very reasonably priced. We rented one of your Limo's to take us to Atlantic City last week. I wanted you to know the trip was wonderful. Our driver Jim was also outstanding. He made our trip comfortable and he went way out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of. I can't say enough good things about Jim. I would recommend Diana's Limo with high marks. I booked an airport dropoff & pickup for my parents and this is hands-down the best car service in the area. Both vehicles were immaculate clean, the driver was right on time and the professional service during booking was amazing. If you've have ever had to book travel for someone else, you know that reliability is the number 1 concern. The personal service at Diana's gives a real peace of mind that there will be a clean, comfortable ride, ready with a safe and friendly driver. My parents were thrilled with their ride and I will be booking here again.

They completely forgot to pick us up to take to the airport. i called got no answer so no they do not answer the phone 24 hrs. left a message with a number and 3 days later, I had to call them to find out why they did not pick us up. They said they forgot. If they had just called to tell me what happened It would been so much better service.

Good drivers and vehicles but poor management communication. Did not receive written itinerary or proposal with contact information prior to service. This led to a misunderstanding of total cost and then had to ask multiple times for an invoice on the back end of the deal. If you are using this company for corporate services, be prepared.

We used Diana's 14 passenger van for guests at my daughter's wedding - trips back and forth from the hotel to the wedding venue. We were very pleased. The van was on time and the driver dressed up and professional. Our guests commented on how friendly the driver was! Highly recommend. Before the wedding, I called Diana's quite a few times to make sure the times and arrangements were set. Someone answered the phone just about every time--refreshing in these days of voicemail and automated phone menus!

Just used Diana's limo service to take my girl and her two children to see a concert in DC. We had a great time and a big part of that was due to how wonderful the service was. Jim was our driver and we couldn't have asked for a better one. He went out of his way to make sure our trip was outstanding. Will definitely use this service again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I used this limo service for the first time and found both days what I expected; clean car; courteous, professional driver; on time, and was able to find locations I could not help identity. Lisa was great to work with setting up reservations and confirming. It was as advertised and I would recommend to others and use again. I was able to enjoy my nights out safely and without worry to drive myself.

What a great company to work with. I booked them to drive my parents to my daughters wedding and it couldn't have gone smoother. My parents are older and needed extra help and Scott did an amazing job of getting them to and from and helping them from the house and them back to the door when he returned them home. I would highly recommend Diana's Limo every time!

I have utilized Diana's several times this fall for trips to and from Washington Dulles airport. Each time I have found the driver to be helpful and friendly. They arrive on time and help you gather your luggage to put in the car. They have up to date gps which helps you avoid accidents and long travel delays. They have been competitive in the their pricing for airport transportation. Highly recommend!

I recently needed a limo service for my daughter's wedding in Gettysburg, PA. I found Diana's and the rest was riding in comfort. With three Grandmothers in their 80's, a bride and six bridesmaids I needed a way to shuttle them all between the Church and Reception. Our driver arrived and fulfilled this need completely.
