We used premiere limo service for our daughter's wedding this past Thursday June 23rd 2022. They shuttled our guests from hotel to venue. They did an awesome job! The driver, Jarrett, was very nice and reliable! Everything went as smooth as possible! Thank you for helping to make our day easier and safe!

We used Premier #1 for a trip to a Baltimore Oriole's game and we were beyond pleased with the service! Joe was a great driver and very friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough how happy I was with the entire experience! The 14 passenger mini bus was also very clean and luxurious - my whole crew was impressed!

Our son and his friends got dropped off at prom, Joe came back and picked us parents up while the kids were at prom so that we could enjoy the evening as well and get the most out of our money! I cannot praise this limousine service enough! We rented for my niece's 21st birthday. It was very clean and we got to each location safely. The driver was phenomenal! We had no worries and were so relaxed because of everything was planned out with a reasonable amount of time at each location. The gift bags and lunches were a great touch as well. I shopped around for prices before arranging with Premiere, and they were also the best priced in our area. This was a FANTASTIC experience. We already plan on using them again for a future day. Thank you Premiere; you made my day and my niece's birthday a wonderful time!

Robert was AMAZING! He made the experience for my cousin's bachelorette unforgettable. Not only did he make it to us in a complete blizzard, he had a smile on his face the whole time. Our route had to change due to closures from weather and he just rolled right with it! He was funny, kind, and so helpful! He opened every door, made sure we were all safe, and even offered to help our grandmother shovel! We are so thankful to him and if we ever book again would definitely request his services! Excellent service. They have exceeded our expectations on every level. The vehicle was amazingly clean and well taken care of. My only suggestion is to bring an aux cable if you want to hookup your phone. Our Driver Reggie was absolutely amazing and accommodating on our wine tour. 10/10 recommend and we will be going back!

We used this service for a father daughter dance. Their attention to detail and making sure the evening was flawless is second to none. The driver we had did anything and everything my daughter asked and did it with a smile. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to use the services offered. This company made memories for a life time for a little that could not have turned out any better.

Asked for a quote and had 4 people respond over the span of a week and the same person 2 times, even after I said I was no longer interested. Also needed a bus for 2 trips, one to the venue and one from the venue, for a total of 4 miles and it ended up being almost 1600$. Looking at other options.

The company was great to work with and the drivers were professional and friendly. The fleet vehicles were clean and comfortable. The only critique I have is somehow the schedule was delayed on our wedding day taking our guests to the venue. I was told later on that some decided to drive themselves or take alternative transportation because of it. Regardless of this small hiccup, I would hire them again!

Very professional and affordable. Ed was waiting for me right on time, had water and hand wipes for me in the car. Such a relaxing experience, great conversation, beautiful, clean car. Would definitely recommend and ask for Ed as your driver.

We booked the Lancaster Wine Tour for 8 people. We had lunch, went to 3 wineries, came back to Loxley's for dinner, stayed overnight at the Heritage Inn and had breakfast the next morning. Joe was amazing! He was on time, very professional, polite, and respectful. The night was perfect for my niece and her friends for homecoming! I couldn't have asked for it to go any smoother than it did. The limo itself was nice, not flawless, but it was nice.

Reggie was our shuttle driver for our wedding. He was nothing short of courteous and helpful. We could not of asked for a better person to shuttle our guests to and from our wedding. He made sure everyone got on and off the bus safely and even played music for our guests. I cannot thank him enough for everything!

James Devine was divine. Engaging and entertaining. Made the trip fun by sharing his knowledge of the area, stories and jokes. Completely professional from day one! We worked with Premiere #1 Limousine Service through our first, second, and third wedding date due to COVID-19. They allowed us to reschedule dates easily, they were the most responsive vendor, and allowed to modify our bus selection easily before our original date. Whenever you call them, there is always a friendly voice on the other side. We can't give a high enough recommendation!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was forced to cancel a bachelorette party due to CORONAVIRUS and the nation being SHUT DOWN and this company would not refund my deposit. I was told it was an "act of god" and I could only reschedule. Even the wedding had to be canceled so rescheduling was not an option- which I explained to Michelle and she STILL refused to give me my deposit back.

This company is trying to make money off of a sad situation and does not care about its clients. To say I am disgusted with Michelle and this company as a whole is an understatement. Hope my deposit keeps their greedy hands warm during this crisis when the rest of us are also struggling.

Had a bunch of us from work use their service and both to/from work the bus was hot. We all asked for the driver to lower the temp but the air coming out was like the air from the engine coming into the vent. I (I am pretty sure everyone else) were sweating when we got to work. The temp outside was in the high 60s.

I had the pleasure of using the Premier 1 limousine service during the December Yelp event through Sweetlights in Hershey. Approximately 25 Yelpers loaded into their Party Bus and were chauffeured through the light show. The bus was very clean and roomy and comfortably fit all of us. The bus also was loaded with mood lighting and storage for beverages and food.

There were TVs for movie viewing as well as a Bluetooth sound system which we used to play holiday music. The bus was also equipped with a restroom which is a necessity with that many people. The driver, JD, was extremely nice and helpful. He did everything he could to make us comfortable and the ride smooth. All in all it was a very impressive bus and would definitely recommend their company to anyone thinking of using a limo service!

Premiere Limousine provides a hell of a service and goes the extra mile. The 2016 NY City Xmas Bus trip was well worth the $50 a person. I was so glad to be able to have my cousin and some new friends with to witness a very important and happy day for my new fiance and I. I will be on the lookout for future trips and adventures with Premiere Limos.

Premier #1 Limo Service is outstanding. We booked them for a wine tour bachelorette party. They were very flexible when our plans changed and we needed a different size limo. There are not enough good things to say about our driver, Carl. He was kind, courteous, personable and informative. He absolutely made our day. Also, the vehicle was impeccable.

The entire experience from reservation to pick up and drop off was excellent. I booked this service for my parents on their return home from vacation. Curtis was prompt and courteous in all of his communications while I booked the car service. Becky was a great driver, and met my parents at baggage claim, helped them to the car and safely delivered them home, where she helped them carry their luggage inside.

The service allowed a stress free ride for my parents and for me knowing they were in good hands. I would recommend Premiere 1 to anyone, and will use the service again in the future.

We have used this company several times over the years. They always do an awesome job! We used them this month for travel to and from Jfk airport. The drivers were very courteous and friendly. We highly recommend them!

Used for an airport drop off at 4am. Easy online reservation. Excellent service. Very prompt, super friendly driver (Ginny). Very clean and comfortable vehicle. I would highly recommend!

This is our 1st time using Premiere and they were great. We were very satisfied at the Mercedes S550 awaiting us at our hotel. But the best part was our driver. We hired Premiere for our wedding transportation on May 18, 2013. They were absolutely spectacular! First, their rates were the best we found in the area and their selection of vehicles was larger than many of the other limo companies we looked at. Second, the week of the wedding they called to confirm all our details which I really appreciated since I didn't have to try to remember to do it myself! Finally, the day of our wedding, our driver arrived 15 minutes before he was scheduled to.

Not only did he check in with the front desk of our hotel but I received an email on my phone letting me know he had arrived. Our driver, Bill, was exceptionally kind and helpful. He helped me and my 50 lbs of dress get in and out of the limo multiple times and knew exactly where to take us for the ceremony and pictures afterwards without us having to give him directions.

The limo was very clean and well stocked with glassware for our celebratory drinks. I would HIGHLY recommend Premiere for any event, especially wedding transportation. They were great!
