This company does not respond to customer concerns. They received a speeding fine when picking me up and do not want to pay the fine. Details are below. Good Morning, This is a follow-up to my phone call on Tuesday, June 21st regarding a speeding notice I received in the mail from Lake Meade Property Owners Association that occurred on Saturday, May 21st at 10:09 am when your driver picked me up at my residence at ***************.

The property owner is responsible to notify any visitors or vendors who proceed to their residence within Lake Meade if they have received a speeding violation notice as a result of exceeding the posted speed limit of 25 mph. In this case, your driver was clocked at 33 MPH which has resulted in a $75 fine being levied against me as the property owner.

As we discussed in our phone conversation, I would greatly appreciate if you would take care of this fine since a lien will be placed on my property should the fine not be paid. The Lake Meade Property Owners Association accepts checks or credit card payments and can be reached at *********** I have attached copies of the fine documentation showing the recorded speed and picture of your car's license plate.

I have also forwarded to you in a separate email a copy of my reservation showing the pickup and drop off details from 5/21/22. Please contact me with any questions at ***********. This is not our fine and we won't be paying it. I would recommend next time when using a car service to warn them of Lake Meade's policy. There's a large difference between safety & unethicalness. There are posted 25 mph signs in the development as well as there are signs when you enter the gate that speeds are radar enforced.

The fact that your driver was caught speeding through a speed warning device that clearly showed how fast they were going and was caught on camera should be evidence enough. What's your reasoning / excuse should one of your drivers be pulled over by a police officer? Are you going to have the passenger in your car pay the speeding fine since they were in the car?

I was very pleased with the communication. I had to change the itinerary a few days before and they were accommodating. I ordered to pick up a senior friend to pick up and delivery to a party. Rob was the driver and kept me informed to arrive at the party on schedule. The price was the best I could find after calling around, but professionalism was still superb. Thanks guys.

Used on 2 different occasions, both last minute accommodations. Very professional experience. The vehicle was very clean and very comfortable. Beautiful layout, 2 tvs, ease to use, iPad etc. Very family friendly as well, both drivers were extremely accommodating and were awesome with my small child. I have been using Londonderry Limo for several years. The price quoted is the price paid. They tell you up front you will pay for tolls! I use them to go to airports or hotels the night before a flight. Drivers are professional and friendly. I reccomend them to everyone.

Call around and compare prices before you hire these folks. The quote they gave me was super high, and included extra travel charges and fees that really seemed out of line. Maybe they have specials that they offer to others, but they were way out of my price range.

Professional, courteous and prompt service with polite drivers. I have used this service between New York City and Pennsylvania, and I highly recommend it. Very pleasant from start to finish; I have used independent drivers in the past, and none matched the caliber of Londonberry.

We rented from Londonderry Limousines for our daughters wedding. Because of an unexpected family members death, we needed to add a trip to BWI and Hamstead Maryland. The company was so accomadating and fulfilled all our last minute requests. The drivers were friendly well dressed and kept us aware of their status and always arrived on time. The vehicles were very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. Will use again in the future.

Easy to work with. Booked a ride for our daughter who was moving to the area. Driver Randy was so good to work with and took great care of our daughter. Randy even gave her important information about the area she was moving to that was really helpful. He made sure she was safe and went above and beyond to make sure she had everything she needed. Would highly recommend!

Recently hired this company for a Birthday night out. Great service - prompt, professional, kind.vehicle was spotless!

Have used these guys a few times for airport rides and they are awesome! Drivers have been so personable, professional, always have good local restaurants/activities to share, and are always on time (or generally early). What really put them over the top is when they picked me up on zero notice early in the morning, when I had reserved the wrong pick-up time by mistake! While they always offer amazing service, they REALLY saved the day that time. Can I give more than 5 stars?!?

I hired a car to pickup and return my parents to their 60th anniversary celebration. The driver, Jim, was very kind, professional and accommodating. It made them feel very special. I was working out of state and unable to attend, but Londonderry made the process easy. I received email confirmation, reminders and driver contact information. I've been using Londonderry Limo for a few years to transport my family to Harrisburg Airport and home. I have always been completely satisfied with the prompt pick-ups and courteous drivers. I would highly recommend Londonderry Limo and wish I was able to use them for my own needs (I live in Massachusetts!)

Great service. Recruited their services recently for an awesome night out on the town for myself and my family. They are located in Palmyra but have a dispatch in Lancaster, so everything was easy to coordinate. Will definitely use their services again the next time I want to use a limo.
