Alpha Limousine

The driver showed up ahead of time to ensure he knew the right drop off location for my proposal. He was very professional and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Five stars isn't enough to sum up the superb job they did!

We rent from Alpha limousine on Nov 13,2021 for our vowls renewal and I did everything by phone. They were very profetional and even send me a picture of the lomosine. It was amazing how they handle everything. The chofer was on time and he was very charming. He did a great job and make us feel like part of his family. They give you quality, good value and profetionalism. Can wait to rent again from them. I highly recomend Alpha limousine for your event

Alpha Limo was just what we needed for an evening from St. Pete Beach into Ybor for a delicious dinner at The Columbia. This car had the Rock Star driving the car! Kevin was a hoot to ride with. Very professional and a class act from Point A to Point B and back. We were so impressed, that we hired him to come and pick us up from our location to the airport at the end of our stay. Alpha Limo is great, but Kevin made our ride a truly class act. If you're using Alpha, ask for Kevin. Tell him, Tom said so!

This limo service is very unprofessional and insensitive! While transporting my family for a funeral, the service of the limo was in horrible condition. The tires were noticeably bad the minute we started driving. It felt like they were uneven or bald. 20min later we catch a flat tire on 75 south. The driver barely knows how to change a tire. So we assisted him.

Come to find out the spare tire was also bad and warped. We knew we couldn't use it. But the driver insisted it should be fine. We repeatedly told him no it wont work. But being that we were on a time constraint. He felt the need to rush and put the bad tire on there. This tire was so bad you could tell that they haven't looked at these tires in months. 15min after replacing the tire we catch another flat.

If the company performed regular maintenance and actually looked at their vehicles this would have never happened. These tires didn't get bad overnight. Especially having a spare in horrendous condition. When my mom and auntie called the owner TERRY. He just made things worse. Showing no customer service skills! No compassion for the situation! No accountability for HIS companies inability to properly service their vehicles.

The tone of his voice was demeaning and rude. "I'll hang up on you if you don't listen" were his exact words to my mother. Continuously over talking her. TERRY doesn't have any respect for his customers! On a day when we just wanted to lay our loved one to rest. TERRY and and his God awful manergerial skills did not help. THIS LIMO SERVICE WILL NEVER BE RECOMMENDED BY US! ZERO STARS!

We had such a great experience with Alpha Limousine. Our driver, Jerome, picked us up in the morning and drove us all day. Our day had not begun well, but he had such a positive attitude and was such a great guy, that our day ended up amazing. I highly recommend Alpha Limousine.

I hired this limo service for my wedding this weekend, THEY WERE FABULOUS! From the first call to set the reservation I was treated with respect. I had two sedans for the family members that had come in at Tampa airport. The drivers were waiting for them and treated them great. We also had a limo van for my husbands bachelor party, it was beautiful and the driver Debbie was great with the men.

For our bridal party we had a stretch limo for our big day, the car was new, arrived early and again our driver was Debbie. I would highly recommend this limousine service for anyone who wants a car. I give them a A+ for service.

Horrible experience. The limo that picked me up on my wedding day had no a/c. Driver did everything he could do and was a nice/helpful guy. But, I had to call and demand that a different car go to pick up the groom and groomsmen they argued with me for about 20 minutes insisting the same car would be fine to go get them. I took a 30 minute limo ride in an 85 degree hot box and did not get an apology until the next day. Made my day way more stressful than needed.

I booked a stretch MKT for my bachelor party. We were set to go to Top Golf but they had a 7 hr wait. Ending up going to Hard Rock instead. If we didn't book a limo, the night would have been a disappointment. Instead we had our own private mini venue with the limo and our driver was very professional and accommodated all of our requests. Tracy was my driver and the experience was unbelievable.

The stretch was superior and loaded with luxury! I would definite recommend this company. They have a strong understanding for luxury and vast knowledge regarding care for their clients.

Alpha Limo was amazing to work with. From the front desk, owners and drivers we had the best experience. Our wedding day was so much fun and Alpha was apart of that amazing day. We were lucky enough to enjoy the Rolls Royce and a super fun party bus and both drivers were amazing to work with. Alpha Limo was truly accommodating to our needs and wants and delivered above 5 stars! Thank you for making our wedding day amazing.
