Drivers always on time. friendly, pleasant and extremely courteous. Excellent text communication with pick up reminders, etc. A Plus Coach, Inc. is a reasonably priced Livery Service with a wide range of vehicles that is very customer oriented. I would highly recommend them for any of your transportation needs. I would rate them A+++

Used A Plus for our wedding! We chose the Suburban for one hour. Pick up was from the hotel we got ready at and drop off was at the venue. Cost was only about $190, including tip, which was nice to not have to worry about that the day of. We were quoted $300+ elsewhere for just a 20-25 min drive! We seriously thought about doing Uber where you can schedule in advance for a large vehicle but saw horrible reviews about drivers cancelling last minute, especially if they find out it's for a wedding.

A Plus was a great deal and had good customer service. Very responsive via email and phone. We received a 24-hour confirmation email, and a 6 hour confirmation email that included the driver's contact info (name, cell, photo, etc). Very helpful although we didn't need it because the driver was on time, and nice. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. It could seat 6 (7 including driver) but we only needed 4 seats.

Joseph was our driver into Boston this past weekend. He was professional, courteous and willing to take photos (which is always nice for those memories!) He was on time, both for pickup and the drive home, and was very clear about how to contact him should we need him while we were out. His driving was safe and comfortable. I highly recommend A Plus Coach and if you can ask for Joseph as your driver, you won't be disappointed!

Joe was a great driver and really made our experience seamless and fun! I would highly recommend A Plus Coach and already plan to use them for upcoming round trip travel. The sprinter we used was big, clean and super comfortable.

Steve was an amazing driver. He assured us our kids would be safe and he texted me throughout the night to update us. Told us when they arrived and let us know when he was heading home with them. He supplied waters for the ride and the kids all said he was kind and personable all night! The Limo looked brand new! Talk about a reliable company when I was in a pinch. I had a huge family gathering flying in town and the minivan company I hired flaked. I quickly called A Plus Coach because I needed airport transportation from Boston Logan for 12 family members within an hour. A Plus Coach accommodated me without blinking an eye. Truly appreciative. You all saved the day.

Steve the dispatcher was perfect, finding the best arrangement for my trip. George the driver was also perfect, arrived on time, remained nearby to pick me up after my visit and was at the door minutes after my phone call to him. The rIdE was comfortable and performed safely in moderately heavy traffic. The experience could not have been better. I shall use them again.

The process start to finish was simple and easy. Everyone I spoke to with questions or comments was quick, professional and polite. Jim was beyond kind, attentive, professional and all around enjoyable to work with. He was on time, courteous and truly went above and beyond in every aspect of our trip. Would recommend A Plus and Jim to anyone looking for a professional car service!

I used A Plus Coach to get me to and from the airport on a work trip to Florida. For both rides, the cars were very clean and in good shape. The backseat is really nice as you have your own heating and radio controls. Both drivers were very professional and accommodating. In particular, we really liked Joe. He was such a sweet man and a great driver.

He called me as I was getting off the airplane to explain exactly how to get to the area he was in. It is difficult to find where the limos and transportation park, but Joe was very kind about explaining it clearly. When I need airport transportation again, I will definitely opt to use them again and request him. Update: I'm writing again a few months later to report I've used A Plus a few more times and their drivers are top notch. I've had Walter and Hamid for the most recent trip I just went on. They are all professional and communicate well. I highly recommend A Plus!

We needed a ride to Logan Airport early in the morning. Our driver Brook was prompt, professional and super friendly. Definitely will ask for hi again. The car was amazing too!

Excellent experience with A+. From my first call speaking to somebody in the office right up until when our driver, Brook, dropped us off. The pricing was exactly as promised and our driver was on time and extremely courteous and professional. The stretch limousine that they sent was brand new and absolutely loaded with everything and anything that you could imagine.

Cold water, Bluetooth, TV monitor, strobe lights, you name it! The car was brilliantly clean on the inside and out. I was quite surprised and happy when the driver arrived literally at the stroke of 4:15 as promised. Post Covid, I can't even get anybody to call me back let alone show up on time. This was such an important night for us for my wife's 40th birthday, so I needed the limousine to be on time so that we could make our reservation for the Cape. Needless to say, I certainly would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family.

I wouldn't bother calling another company. This is the company to use if you want professionalism, high-quality products, friendly office staff, friendly and ultra professional drivers and an overall great result for a more than reasonable price. A+ gets an A+ and I'm picky!

Great overall experience - no complaints whatsoever! COMMUNICATION was EXCEPTIONAL! No worrying about our ride being on time. When we booked we were notified that our reservation was accepted. 6 hours prior to pick up we received another confirmation. Lastly, just as our ride showed up we received another communication letting us know who our driver was and their cell phone in case we changed plans or got separated.

I will use A Plus going forward for all transportation needs and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking for Great Service and a Worry Free experience for their travel needs.

From start to finish working with this company has been super easy. The quote includes all of the fees and gratuities. No hidden charges or extras. They were very flexible and let us reschedule due to a COVID issues even though this was outside of their contract. Jeff was amazing! He arrived on time. He helped us set up the music and he was very professional and helpful throughout the day. We were on time to all of our stops. It was a great day and I will definitely be using this company again.

This was the best experience ever from Tony in helping book everything and Jeffrey was the best driver ever. He took great care of my family and I. He took us around Providence checking in before we got to each destination. He was on time, polite and beyond professional. He went well above and beyond. Highly recommend A Plus Coach! Service was fantastic. A member of our party took a fall during our time out, our driver Steve cared for and dressed the cuts, professionally just as you would expect an ER to do. Could not find that kind of service elsewhere! Will absolutely use again.

What could be better than turning Sweet 16 with a group of your favorite friends, a wild and zany hibachi dinner, and a drive through Boston to get ice cream? Well, a party bus, of course and even more importantly a top shelf limo driver like BROOK. He was enthusiastic! He was kind! He was professional! Thank you, Brook, for providing the extra TLC to make our girl's celebration amazing and wonderful.

We had Steve as our driver last night to Xfinity center. Whole experience was incredible. He made sure we had fun while staying safe! He went above and beyond which was greatly appreciated. Best driver ever!

I recently used A Plus Coach for an 8 hour round-trip drive from MA to NY and back for a medical appointment -- all in the same day. The driver, Grady, was completely phenomenal. He made a complex, tiring, almost-the-whole-day-spent-in-the-car trip feel as easy as a drive down the street with a friend. He's very personable, has an incredible sense of humor, and is a genuinely talented driver.

He made what could've been a very arduous passenger experience a total breeze. I've also had the privilege of having Grady as a driver for a round-trip airport run and he was just as terrific. He's a tremendous asset to A Plus.

We used this service for a party transport to Boston. We got the 15 passenger party bus and it was perfect. We could've stayed on the bus the whole night. Our driver's name was Bob. He was patient, dressed nicely complete with a bow tie, and even responded to my text to return to the party because another person missed the bus. Booking the service was fast and easy.

The person I spoke to was knowledgeable. I received emails and texts to confirm pick up time and our driver's name. Overall it was an awesome experience. We will definitely use them again.

I had a horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I rented a 12 person limo and it broke down in 1 hour, when the actual owner was contacted I requested alternate transportation just so we could arrive to our event, he hung up. I suggested Uber's. He said that would come out of our pockets and he would not reimburse us. We got to our destination 4 hours late and I paid the same amount. I understand cars break down but customer service should not break down. The driver was awesome but the owner was not.

From setting up the party bus with Brittany to the terrific driver (Ranaldo), we had a great experience with A Plus Coach. We rented the 32 passenger party bus for prom and had 28 kids onboard. The party bus was super clean and so much fun with the lighting etc. We added an extra stop the day before and received confirmation right away. Communication was great. And best of all, the kids had an awesome and SAFE time at prom. Thanks so much to everyone at A Plus!

We used this Limo company for our wedding in August 2016, I was not impressed with the guy I talked to when making the reservation, he said that I was required to pay the 20% driver gratuity at the time time of reserving the limo and "if I didn't like it to go somewhere else!". My logic is that I tip for the service provided, i don't know if I got good service until after the service is provided.

I reluctantly agreed so that i was able to cross something off my wedding task list. The car turned out to be smaller than I was told so the wedding party had a tight squeeze, I saw no red carpet to get into the limo that I was told there would be, there was 1 bottle of champagne so barely enough for a grooup toast (if I had known I would have brought my own).

With about 15-20 minutes left in the time we booked the limo for (3 hours) we arrived at a point to take pictures, close to the venue but far enough for girls in high heals not to want to walk. The driver insisted that we empty all of our belongings out of the car else pay an for an additional hour of rental. The service was not worth 20% and the next time I have a need for a limo it won't be with A Plus coach @ $240 bucks an hour!

My siblings and I were treating our mom to an overnight at Mohegan Sun for her birthday. We contacted a couple of local companies to inquire about transportation and their prices were really high. I called A Plus and spoke with Anthony. Since the trip would be on an off-day (a Sunday) he was great about the price. Our driver, Steve, was awesome. So accommodating and really gracious towards my 80 year old mom. He drove us to Mohegan Sun and returned the next day to get us. Both times he was on time and the trip was painless and enjoyable. I will definitely use A Plus Coach again!

Both the employees I talked to from this company were terrible. They were slow to respond, their responses made no sense or were incomplete. I would call them and they would reply via email. They eventually cancelled a meeting less than two hours beforehand. Overall poor communication and completely unprofessional. I would never do business with them, especially not for an event such as a wedding, when things just can't go wrong.

I'm not sure if some of these reviews are for the right company. I have used A Plus exclusively for airport transportation for business travel for the past three years (at least once a month) and have never, ever had a problem. My pickups are on time, drivers are courteous, office staff is super helpful and the cars always clean. I book online and pay with a credit card (including gratuity) at the time of reservation, so no driver has ever talked to me about money at all.

This is why i'm not sure some of these other reviews that mention payment are legitimate. As a business traveler, cost isn't as important to me as service and reliability, and A Plus delivers on both of those. The fact that they are also reasonably priced is also a benefit.

We took the limo to the airport. The driver was nice enough but was looking at his phone most of the ride. My daughter left her baseball hat in the car. We called when we returned from our trip. Surprise, no hat. I would think that they would look in the car when they drop people off. If he did or didn't who knows. End of story, the hat vanished. Not happy

This Limo Service was a nightmare! We get to the Limo and they would not take a credit card as a form of payment. The Driver has me call his boss and he says that we have to pay him up front in cash or we will not be able to use the Limo service we booked a month in advance. After going back and forth on the phone with the "Owner" he finally agreed to take a check, and write it to him personally (Sketchy).

After that was all squared away we were able to go on with the rest of our night. Which would have been a great time if the A/C worked in the Party Bus they gave us. 15 People in a vehicle, in a 90 degree day, in August, with no air conditioning. Thanks for a great night A Plus JOKE. The only good thing about this company, was the driver. He was nothing but polite and apologetic and he is the only reason i give this company even one star.
