I deeply regret hiring 128 Coach to transport my 88-year-old wheelchair-bound mother, her aide and my disabled brother from my mom's assisted living in Hingham to her grand daughter's wedding ceremony in central Mass. I relied on 128 Coach to provide a safe, comfortable and worry-free ride for these passengers. To that end, I ordered a premium-cost Town Car, and specifically requested that the driver and car be available at the venue to transport her back as soon as she was ready to go. Sadly, their experience was harrowing and my aged mother is still feeling the strain.
During the 2.5-hour ride, the car started to make alarming engine sounds. The driver said he had to drive with feet on both the gas and brakes to keep the car from stalling on the highways and during the last 12 miles on rural roads with no cell phone service. He kept the car going to the wedding venue, where it completely died and needed to be towed.
The driver ordered another car to come, but when my mother was ready to leave the ceremony it wasn't there yet, so she had to wait about 45 minutes in her wheelchair on a dirt driveway with me, my brothers and her aide trying to ease her distress. She became extremely agitated (as did the rest of us) and said the whole day was a nightmare. Finally a newer looking Toyota pulled up from 128 Coach and my mother, her aide and my brother got in.
After they were buckled up, a second car, this one a premium Town Car, pulled up. If we had been informed that a larger more comfortable car was coming right behind the Toyota, we would have waited to load them (they were too exhausted to change cars at that point). Instead, two 128 Coach drivers rode back in the replacement Town Car. However, the Toyota did look newer than both dated Town Cars.
My mother's aide told me that on the return trip the driver drove extremely fast on winding country roads and that she and my mother were "panicked". Sonny, the owner of 128 Coach told me in response to this horrible ordeal that "cars always break down", and gave me examples of his other vehicles that had broken down. He charged my credit card for more than the initial quote for a broken vehicle, dangerous driving and a harrowing experience for my debilitated mother, her aide and my disabled brother. The experience with 128 Coach was absolutely the worst thing that happened during my daughter's otherwise joyous wedding day.

I would not recommend using 128 Coach or Kerri Limo as they are the same company. Unfortunately, from our experience the service quality is very poor. We booked our transportation needs well in advance of our planned meetings and corporate road show. The driver was late and we missed our first meeting. We expressed the importance of being prompt and did not receive an apology or service guarantee from the owner Sonny. We only received excuses. I would strongly recommend Boston Coach over 128 Coach.

I would not recommend using 128 Coach. The only reason I'm giving two stars is for the driver we had. I had found a limo company on Yelp (I can't remember the name) and they must have been bought out because when I called and booked a limo and motor coach bus for my wedding the confirmation was from 128 Coach instead of the other company I had found.
I had called several times to reconfirm times and what was needed. We explicitly agreed the bus would make two trips from the hotel to the venue, only when the driver got there he left about 20 minutes late on the first trip and said he was only making one trip, so the information 128 Coach had given him was wrong. Luckily, he came back and picked up the rest of the guests but due to the delay our wedding started 30 minutes late.
The limo they provided was fine, on schedule and stocked with champagne. The other issue came with the bus on the return trip from the venue to the hotel. Again, we explicitly agreed that the bus would make trips back to the hotel as needed so that older guests could return earlier than midnight. He ended up sitting for 40 minutes with 6 of our elderly guests in the bus waiting to go back.
When my father went out he said he was told he was making trips at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 - that was never even an option on the table when I spoke with the people at 128 Coach. Luckily, the bus driver was really nice (although that could be because of the tip we gave) and he came back to the venue to pick up the remainder of the guests later than we originally had him booked to. I would not recommend booking with 128 Coach.
