Pro Limo accommodated our last-minute booking request for transportation to Logan airport. The driver was on time in a late model vehicle that was clean and comfortable. Our driver was personable and professional, going out of his way to ensure our comfort. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.

Brian took great care of 12 of us for a wedding we attended. The following day when we couldn't find and uber or lyft to get us to the airport pro limo went out of there way to get 4 of us there with a moments notice. Special thanks to Phil for that ride. Pro Limo did a great job giving our family of four a ride from Logan to Osterville. Beautiful Escalade, perfect driving, on time and professional driving and booking. Competitive pricing. We had a great conversation with our driver, Dave. But we could have had complete privacy if that had been our preference. Pricing was competitive, and slightly less than other area limo services. Easy credit card payment including gratuity.

We have used them twice. Vehicles are new, clean and comfortable and the drivers are very professional. This last time, management went way out of their way to get a gift into the car before the pickup even though the car had already departed! This was above and beyond and we were so happy they did this. We not only will use them again but would recommend to others.

Just had the most amazing experience with Pro Limo when renting a party bus for a bachelorette. I can't begin to say how thorough, kind and wonderful the staff, driver and bus was. From booking, to finalizing the details with Steve, to communication, to politeness of our driver Daniel, to the bus itself - everything was amazing. We rented the mercedes sprinter limo for our wedding day and had a great experience! Brian was our driver and he made sure that every detail was perfect. He went above and beyond to provide us with the best service and experience possible. He was kind, professional, friendly, and detail oriented. When he picked up the groom, he escorted each member of the party from the house to the limo with an umbrella because it was raining.
He checked in with the groom to make sure that he had the rings and other important things that he would need for the day. When he arrived to pick up the rest of the bridal party, he worked with a neighbor to lay out mats so we could get to the limo without ruining our dresses. He was on time and offered assistance for each part of the day. He reminded us about the champagne included with the package and made sure to top us off when it was looking like our glasses were getting low.
We also had the pleasure of working with Brian later in the night shuttling guests back to the hotel. He did everything he could to make sure that the transition from one place to another went smoothly and that we were able to transport gifts and other things from the reception safely to my parents car. I cannot speak more highly of our experience with Brian and Pro Limo!
