A-1 Airport Limousine Service

We use A 1 for trips to Chicago from the Western Suburbs several times a month. Extremely professional, polite, kind, engaging and on time. Very courteous drivers who will engage in pleasant conversation. Last week a cell phone was lost and A 1 helped us track it down in the car. Andy, our driver found the phone and made a special trip to return the phone to our house. He saved the day and our peace of mind! Many thanks. Great service.

I've been a customer and never had an issue in the past. Made reservations a week in advance. $220 for round trip to O'Hare. Almost as much as my flight. Pick up was no issue. Arrived at O'Hare last night. Text said it'd be "90 mins or less" before my car would be there. I called and they said it'd be at least an hour. If they were short drivers they knew in advance and could have let me know ahead of time so I could make other arrangements. Asked a manager to call me. No call. Took Uber home.

The wife and I had a flight to Hawaii @0614 from ORD. I wanted to do surprise my wife and do something special since we haven't really been anywhere big since COVID. A-1 was very professional, they verified 24 hours prior of our 0330 pickup time. They texted us that they were downstairs and the female chauffeur grab our 4 pieces of luggage with no problem.

The drive was nice with relaxing music on the way. The return Limo driver text us that he was there already waiting on us. He met us at the baggage claim (extra charge, but worth it) grabbed our luggage and again drive and relaxing music.

I have used them 6x and they make it easy to schedule and have always been early when picking me up (and I appreciate it due the the anxiety of making sure I make my flight). Getting picked up from the airport was easy too they pick you up right outside the baggage claim. All of the drivers have driven professionally and are very friendly. Thanks.

We used A1 for transportation from and to Chicago Midway. Both drivers - Mike and Ronn - were outstanding. They were on time, courteous and very professional. We had a family of 5 and had ample room. We would highly recommend this service.

The driver who picked us up was very friendly, I don't remember his name. He welcomed us to the Chicago, this was our first time in this part of the country, let alone the city. He told us all the different areas to visit and what to expect. Will definitely use you again when we come back.

Always reliable and arrives earlier than our reservation time. I like using A-1 for early morning trips to the airport since being screwed and delayed multiple times by Uber and Lyft.

We used A1 Airport Limousine over the weekend to get to and from Midway. Overall, I was very happy with the service from start to finish. The prices were very reasonable, it was easy to book online, and they were here just before the scheduled pick up. On the way home, it was very easy to notify them of where we were for pick up at the airport and they were there in about 5 minutes.

The cars were very nice as well as the driver. They called to confirm everything before our departure and arrival. We weren't charged until the transfer was completed and I was emailed detailed receipts when the charges were put through. Will definitely use this company again!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Had a scheduled pickup from the airport. When I landed and called them they told me that my pickup would not be for 45 minutes even though they had the flight number and everything was on time. This was the second experience like this. Never again.

We used the limo service from Ohare Airport to downtown hotel and return on busy holiday weekend. We have big family and do not fit in single Uber. A1 was fantastic and cost reasonable even for stretch limo. Upon arrival we got text with clear instructions and driver was waiting. Limo ride well stocked with beverages and nice sound system kicking off vacation in style.

We changed plans on return flight and A1 had no issues modifying plans. Once again driver waiting for us as we came out elevator from hotel. Customer service and driver excellent. Highly recommended based on our experience.

My company does a significant amount of business with this company. My limo was incorrectly booked in their system. I called to dispute the charges and re-book for the correct date and found the customer service to be atrocious. I put in a dispute and before the dispute was even resolved I was charged. I called back again, and was given a number of excuses that my charge would not be refunded. NEVER using this service again.

We have been using A-1 for all of our trips the last two years. The drivers are very nice and always on time! The limos are in great condition and clean!

Used them for 20 years to get back and forth to airport - doesn't get any better. Clean cars, always on time never an issue. My son and parents love the stretch limos. They are one business I can always count on.

I rarely write reviews on Yelp! but writing a review for A1 Airport Limousine service is a must. I've used A1 exclusively for the past 7 years and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. Their reservation agents are very professional and well knowledgable, their cars are always super clean, and their drivers are ALWAYS polite, professional, and courteous (my favorite drivers are Derek and Anna). I've used A1 to take me to the airport twice and was a great experience with on-time arrivals to my house.

I mainly use A1 for special events such as concerts and sporting events. Awesome, awesome, awesome experiences! Always on time for pickups at the house and they're always waiting for us nearby after the events end. Arriving in style with 8 of your closest friends to a concert is pretty sweet, and having a designated driver on the way home is a must. A1 is always my go-to company for all my transportation needs.
