I booked a limo service for my husband's surprised 50th birthday brunch. I'm 9 months pregnant, so I was trying to be creative and come up with something, new, fun, and grand enough for a 50th birthday that I could also participate in at 9 months. Originally, I went online to view the fleet, and I thought I was ordering the white stretch Mercedes limo because it was pictured when I looked at 10-13 passenger vehicles, but I had actual ordered the Mercedes' Limo Sprinter, which is like a party bus look. So, when it pulled up, I was not really expecting it and was a little disappointed.
But the chauffeur, Nancy Pride, was amazing! Very sweet, on time, and professional. Yet, the vehicle didn't meet my expectation nor the business side of things. The car seats were torn in several places, and the vehicle was not properly cleaned. There was still visible dust on the arm rest of the seats and counters. The windows weren't clean and one of the blinds were broken.
The ride itself was extremely bumpy for a 9 month pregnant lady, & I had a lot of aches and pains after. But I'd say the most disappointing of all was the business dealings and that it was not the luxury vehicle I'd expected. Apparently, there was some bad accident on the highway where the entire highway was closed. So what would have taken us 30/40 minutes, took almost 2 hours, so now we're 2 hours into our 4 hour ride purchase. No, it's not anyone's fault, but you would think there would be some accommodations for something like that considering it's not a routine traffic jam, it's an actually shut down highway that no one could prepare for.
But there was NONE! I ended up being an hour over and still had to pay full price for the hour. Although I really enjoyed Nancy, I'm not sure I would give Action Limousine my business anymore due to the condition of the vehicle we rented and the unwillingness to provide any kind of solace for our circumstances.

I will never use them again. When my flight was delayed the driver didn't wait and I was then left stranded on at LA Airport. Eventually they dispatched another driver after waiting for over an hour. There were red flags from the beginning with poor customer service - you would ask a question and they ignore. Very disappointing.

I highly recommend this company. Very professional and a wonderful rate. Had the Lincoln MKZ for Prom and it was perfect! The chauffeur was very nice. Had beautiful weather and so was given the red carpet treatment, it made for beautiful pictures. I didn't have to worry about the kids all night, they made for a special evening. The customer service from the office was superb too. I will be using Action again.

Chad was our driver. I could go on and on with the compliments. He was professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, accommodating, etc. We loved him. Rode from North Fulton area to and from airport. The vehicle was nice and clean as well as fun. Our daughter was impressed and wants to use it for prom. It was a terrific way to start off our trip and to return. We definitely plan to use their services again, and we'll ask for Chad!

Exceptional service with exceptional drivers. Never a late pickup in close to a decade of service. All drivers are extremely professional and always arrive early early. I use Action exclusively for my travel to the Atlanta airport and they are a great ride home after a long business trip.
