Amazing company. I've been using them for the past 6 years with NO issues of being late or not showing up. Very reliable and staff/dispatch is always eager to help. I've had different drivers and they were ALL hands down one of the best in the Chicago-land area. Clean rides. Friendly drivers. Never a disappointment. Always my go-to service with an A+ rating.

O'Hare-Midway Limousine was fantastic! We hired them for a shuttle service to our wedding, and to transport the bridal party. They showed up on time, and even came through during a crisis were we ended up having to leave the venue early. Would very much recommend them for transport services in Chicago!

I had high hopes. had a positive experience and wanted to be long term account. The driver they sent for the return trip really let me down. He wasn't the quality, didn't pay attention to speed limits and not the quality of the driver who picked me up at 2:30am nor was his vehicle in good condition. It's was When I texted no one bothered to respond. Kind of days it all.

What an amazing place. Visited as part of a tour and were given the do's and dont's. Also the reason why they seem to thrive in that particular setting. If you go please treat the life with respect. They are fragile and you have to understand the way to handle them.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Thank you for stranding us tonight at Ohare because you were short drivers. A simple phone call or email would have been the right thing to do. Best of all, I arrived with an ankle injury. I use to recommend this company to my customers - not any more. I canceled all of future trips. Worse yet, the first person we talked to lied.

My wife's flight was scheduled to arrive O'Hare at 7 PM. It was diverted and delayed because of the storms, arriving well after midnight. OML held a driver for her and got her home safely. They are reliable and professional in all they do. We have been clients for well over 30 years and never once disappointed. They are easily the best limo service we have ever used.

My ride to Midway Airport exceeded my expectations. Communication beforehand was excellent and clear, the car was on time, very nice, very clean, and the driver was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone travelling for business or pleasure.

Just had the worst experience with a woman in this office. I will say I have not used their car service but my son and a friends son (4 years old) were playing in the front and apparently were eating a flower and spitting it out (as kids sometimes do things that are crazy) this woman came out screaming at my friend and I saying she was going to call the police because we were neglecting our kids and she has a whole office of witness to our neglect. Screaming!

I was also holding my 1 year old daughter as she is screaming at us. I was appalled and she scared my son so much he said he never wants to go back there. It would have been much appreciated if she came and calmly let us know or asked us to have them not sit there if she really cared that much, instead she came out yelling and screaming. My husband travels a lot and let's say we will never even think about recommending this service or using it ourselves.

Was VERY satisfied. Service was very accommodating, we were leaving during bad winter storm, driver was early and got us to the airport with no issues. We were traveling with our kids, they held on to our car seats and coats and had everything ready for us on our return. When we landed, I recieved a text message from them letting me know they were ready when we were. They were transparent with their rates and drivers got tipped well for great service.

Never have had a problem. Always on time. To the airport, to our home trip to watch a hockey game. This last June picked up my family at 5 different locations to the airport, on they way back, there were there in 5 minutes.

The transportation along with my drivers were excellent. The customer service department was deplorable! I was treated horribly and almost spoken to in an interrogative fashion. All I wanted was fair treatment and the credit due as agreed upon by O'hare-Midway Limousine Service - Customer Service Dept. After calling 15 times I was assured I've already received this credit and was told it went through 2 weeks prior.

My bank did not have any information on this transaction. It was only until I was transferred to an IT Professional that I realized Customer Service only started the credit process but did not complete it. The IT Dept. was wonderful and exemplified the way a client should be treated. I hope Customer Service learns from this and in the future treat their customers fairly. ps. My family, friends and I have been using O'hare-Midway Limousine Service for over 30 years but I don't have trust with their ability to assist my needs. Debbie I.

This was THE WORST experience ever. I wanted to give zero stars but cannot do that. We had ordered a car for an early Saturday morning trip to the airport for our annual vacation. The car didn't show, so we called. Were told we would get a call back. We had to call again and were told the driver wasn't reachable. No offer to send another car or any sort of apology.

By this point, we had to get the kids and luggage in the car or risk missing our flight. Once at the airport we had no choice but to do short-term parking. The driver who never showed eventually called and left a message saying she was sorry but had some car trouble. That was about 1.5 hours after our designated pick-up time! To pour salt in our wounds, this company has been AWFUL about covering our $300 parking bill, which we incurred solely because of their error and horrible communication.

They simply offered us a free ride, as if we would ever use their services or rely on them again. We have urged our employers not to use O'Hare-Midway Limousine Service at all, costing them far more in business than the lousy $300 it would have cost to reimburse us.

Been using them for 30 years and in the last 2 or so their service has become awful. Frequent Interminable waits at O'Hare -- waiting 25-30 minutes when told it would be 12-15, as others waiting much shorter times come and go. Always the same one or two lame excuses--system problems, etc. i will never use them again.

Their customer service team is amazing - there was a little hiccup with the quote but it got worked out super quickly. We will be using them in 2 weeks so I will leave a review again for when they actually pick us up. But so far so good :

Easy to use and my driver was polite and friendly. Called service for pick up, waited maybe 5 minutes, picked up and dropped off. Driving performance was perfect and the vehicle itself was comfortable with tons of room.

I am only giving 1 star because they were on time. I would not recommend this company for a wedding to anyone. The driver had no idea of the plan for the day when we had a contract that was in detail with what she needed to do. She had no idea that she needed to wait after she dropped us off at church and passed our venue and made a big u turn in the middle of the road.

The driver was rude to our guests and wouldn't wait for them and just left at the exact time even we people asked her to wait. She had us walk in the rain to get on the shuttle. She was wandering around our venue 2 hours before she needed to be there. When we called to complain they told us she was new. That is not an excuse. All of my guests that took the shuttle from the hotel complained to me on how rude she was and that she was driving like a crazy person.

Nice drivers (although they talk too much). Rudest customer service ever. I've spent a lot of money with these people but it makes no difference. And they charged me a wait fee when there was no waiting involved. They lost my business but I'm sure they don't care.

Reservation online and prepay including tip.chicago o'hare airport pick-up.instructed to call on arrival with confirmation number.instructed to wait at limo pick-up at airport.provided car number and description.standing in the cold winter outside and waiting.some wait and picked up.a driver and a trainee in the front passenger.both large men with front seats moved up.letting them know that their seats can be moved back for the long drive.just a standard sedan, but didn't need that much leg room in the back.nice and easy drive up to linsonshire.roughly 50 minutes.bottled water in the back if needed.pick-up from the airport is bit hectic from the messy line of limos trying to pick up their passengers. finished with meeting and rushing out to avoid additional wait charges after scheduled pick-up time.finding a pleasant driver already waiting in the office lobby.enormous campus of office buildings, but the driver in the correct building lobby.enormous extra stretched limousine parked right at front.seated in the back with enough room to lay down and take a nap if needed.fully loaded with glassware and drinks.pleasant and comfortable ride back to o'hare airport.pick-up to airport is much easier and better

We have used this company on 3 trips to and from O'Hare, Sept 2013, Sept 2014 to and from. Each trip the drivers were excellent, courteous, well mannered and fun to drive with. They were on time, cars were very clean and we were delivered to our destinations promptly without fanfare. Uber is great within the city, short trips, but Airport to Hotel these are the folks you want to use. Can't wait for my next trip to Chicago, hopefully it's to watch the Cubbies beat St. Louis and move on to the World Series!

Professional drivers, decent rate and new vehicles. Limo down to concert was on time and worked out great. Pickup was right on. Great service have used them numerous times without an issue.

I would like to say first, the drivers are super nice and professional. Cars are clean and on time. HOWEVER.when I booked I was given info on pick up time and size of vehicle and price. I was charged for the trip to the airport correctly. 2 days before our return we were charged that amount plus over $40 more, on a day that we were not even returning.

My credit card flagged the charge since we were out of the country and they declined all further charges. Not a great thing to happen when you are traveling out of the country. My credit card company also called and texted to alert me to the fraudulent charge, but as I said, was out of the country and did not receive it. upon my return I called the company and asked about the charges. they said they always do a pre charge to cover the expense of the car.really.why wasn't that done on my initial trip to the airport? and why didn't anyone tell me this when i booked the trip? so sorry, they should have.blah blah blah. we will let "customer service" know about this.so customer service calls me, and repeats the same line, "we charge ahead of time to cover blah blah blah." I explained that my credit card was flagged because of this, and charges were declined while I was traveling out of the country and the "customer service" woman told me they would speak to the employee who did not communicate this correctly to me. scammers, scammers, scammers.beware!

I have used this limousine company on several occasions and every time they are very punctual, a few minutes early. The drivers are always courteous, opening the doors and polite. The cars are very clean and well kept. I used them personally last week for the evening. I had a friend in town and we wanted to do a number of things in an evening. It was so nice to have a driver and not worry about crabbing a cab.

And I loved our driver he was great! I called the O'Hare-Midway Limousine Service afterward to let them know how nice the driver and the evening was. What a great way to show a friend Chicago!

I wrote this review nearly 3 years ago. Within the last week, I have received two offensive and harassing emails regarding my review, both written by Yelp users with barely a handful of reviews between them. Could this be coincidence, or is this a disgruntled employee trying to get rid of a negative review? DO NOT support a company that employs scare tactics on dissatisfied customers.

Be sure to also scroll down to the bottom of the review page and check out the hilarious "filtered" reviews. Yelp has an automatic filter that hides reviews it believes to be fraudulent. Here's a suggestion--Instead of spending time harassing former customers, why don't you spend this time improving your business model? Once again, ZERO stars. P.S.- I will continue to update this review for each further harassing message that I receive.
