Royal Limousine

ZERO stars! I have never gone out of my way to write a review but Everyone needs to be warned NOT to use George for any limo service. I ordered a hummer limo for my birthday and he sent an old rusting Escalade limo that was disgusting. The air didn't work, it smelled awful and the windows were peeling and foggy. When I confronted George he told me that this "was a treat". Unbelievable.

If it could be 0 stars that would actually be my ratting! I was not at all satisfied with the service- limo was on time, driver was nice, BUT I rented the White hummer limo the limo was dirty outside and inside. one of the doors did not open. Had to use only one door to get everyone in the limo. A/C was NOT working at all, I was told it would cool off after we drove off. which was a lie! Limo dirty inside- had dry leaves on the ledges of windows. definitely was not worth the price paid! Don't waste your money with this company. Definitely was a disappointment!

This company don't have word, we called three times and Owner George give us 3 different prices, he is a very rude person. We have all the text messages (as evidence) confirming the information, when my mom go and meet with him he says "i don't remember say that. if you don't like my policy/price go to another place".he is the most arrogant person we have meet, this business don't know the word customer services.

We had a Bachelorette party for 10 in February. I called to reserve a party bus for us, but they booked us in March by mistake. Almost didn't have a ride for our party, and the owner had to scramble to get us a limo instead of a party bus. Not what we asked for, and the limo seemed dated and not well cared for.

Royal Limousine came through for our group. As President, our organization was hosting a special award ceremony for a dozen participants and needed the "Royal Treatment" which is what we received. Thank you for the extra touches and extending service so graciously. We appreciate the thoughtfulness of your company.

We felt like stars! I'm a pageant host and as part of a special event we needed a limousine for all contestants and judges. Loved our we felt like Royalty with Royal Limousine! Elegant and beautiful! Will be sending our next pageant your way! Thank you!

I tried to book an hour of a 10 passenger limo and the guy over the phone told me they make more money for the people who actually book more hours and that he wouldn't lie to me and say its not available but that it's not worth the business for just an hour. my money just wasn't enough for the company. And they pride themselves in helping make special occasions better but money is the biggest factor.

I had a wedding that was paid in full and then was postponed. Owner George was very rude. He double booked for my wedding day and after practically advising of getting a lawyer that is when he decided to send someone to cater to my wedding party. I was following up and he made it seem like every thing was good to go. Day before wedding he advised I should be happy he is trying to send someone after he advised he already provided service when that was not the case.

To make matters worst day of wedding they arrived late left my bridesmaids and went for the groomsmen first which made the wedding start late. They came and picked the bridesmaids in a hurry after. When wedding was about to be over they started calling an hour early for us to leave reception as they booked another event when I paid for my hours. They left ME the bride behind when it was time for pick up and drop my brides maid and grooms me at only one drop off when they were paid for two drop offs.

This was literally the worst service and then the owner had the audacity to call me as to why driver wasn't tipped. both driver and owner was horrific! Think twice before booking this company! If I could not have given any stars I wouldn't give it
