Please don't use this car service. They will not uphold their service contract. I rented with this service a FULL ONE MONTH in advance of my daughter's prom. The day of my event, the WRONG VEHICLE arrived. When I called the service, I was given the run around and told someone would call me back in 15 minutes. I had to call THEM back and make demands.

My daughter arrived LATE to her dinner reservation. I've called today to see how I'll be accommodated and an employee actually said to me "well I don't want this to start my day off wrong". Like she LITERALLY said that out of her mouth. You ARE taking a huge RISK if you use this service. BTW, this IS NOT a fake account or fake review. I'm a real person who received real bad service from Ambassador.

Great experience! Pick-ups were definitely on time, actually early, the drive was great and the driver was professional and cordial and very accommodating.

Ambassador Limousine was extremely accommodating towards my needs. The limo driver himself was punctual, courteous, and beyond professional. The car was beautiful on the inside, and also very clean and well stocked with water and cups. I would highly recommend this company for any car service/wedding needs!

I am very happy with this service! I received transportation to and from the airport. I liked the fact that they confirmed the reservation by email and even texted me when the driver was on their way and when they were there to pick me up. Definitely, this is a reliable company and worth every penny. Professional and friendly. Searching for a service I felt comfortable with in the Atlanta area was tougher than I thought it would be. Ambassador was wonderful - very professional from the person that answered the phone through the drop off service. We were picked up on time, and arrival to airport was timely. The return trip from the airport to our home was superb. Stephen was waiting on us to arrive, and was great. We will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them. Their pricing is great. Vehicle was in great shape.

Our driver was very professional, and our experience was enjoyable. We reserved a limo for my daughter's birthday brunch, and we arrived at our destination on time. Our driver also arrived on time as well. I had a previous reservation but had to cancel due to Covid-19 for my son's prom. I was able to use my reservation for another date and the staff worked with me. I will use them again in the future.

FIVE STARS FOR GLENN WILLIAMS. I was a wedding guest this past weekend and told the bride I would assist with travel logistics getting guests from the hotel to the venue. When the shuttle arrived, I introduced myself to the driver and went over the shuttle departure times with him. That driver was Glenn Williams. I had the best experience working with him.

He is pleasant, professional, understanding, and was always in the right spot at the right time. If you book with Ambassador Limousine Service, ask for Glenn! He went above and beyond taking multiple trips to bring guests back to the hotel after the wedding. He also communicated with me throughout the night. I felt at ease working with Glenn.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a limo company for my mom's 50th birthday. Trust me when I say that this company is disrepectful and unreliable. Your employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. if you can't do the job on a certain day, maybe communicate that, instead of acting arrogant and saying you'll check your emails then fail to reach back after we communicated with you numerous times, and you won't get reviews like this.

Also they tend to do so-called "research" on such reviews to label accounts as "listed falsely" because they are unable to take responsibility or ownership for terrible customer service. People have the right to review any kind of contact with your company. Claiming fraud when it is simply a potential customer disappointed in your customer service, in my opinion, is an act fraud. You'd think with 25 years of identifying yourself as a "reliable and reputable company" you would prevent such disputes as well as handle them better.

This company is run by a liar and conman, named Amin. He promises you one type of vehicle but sends another and then overcharges you. I flew in some clients from out of town for a business dinner and specifically asked for a certain type of limo. He said they had it and promised it would be on time. Well it was on time but it was no limo, it was a bus with all the seats facing forward and smelled like cigarettes, there was crusty food all over the table and the driver (who admitted he'd never worked with Amin before) didn't know how to open the door, turn on the lights or even work the radio!

It was embarrassing to say the least and after we tried to bring it to his attention that night he ignored our phone calls and the driver said he couldn't get a hold of him either. If you're looking for a professional service with nice cars, this aint it! Stay away from Ambassador Limousine!
