We've used Armonk Limo several times over the years but feel compelled to give them a shout out on excellent service for picking up my niece and her son from an international flight. English is not their primary language and we weren't even sure their phones had international service but all went well. Their driver John was able to be in touch as soon as they landed and got through Customs.
Then he was able to avoid traffic jams and was very personable. It was the best part of their travels from Europe, after a long day of traveling, they loved the spacious sedan and great driver.

Driver was professionally dressed and arrived on time. HOWEVER, I was not happy to be put in a smoker's car. Everything smelled. Driver did not assist with luggage until asked. He did not wear a mask, which is okay, but he should've asked me if I was okay with his choice. Company offered me a very small compensatory refund which was "put in the mail today"--and never arrived. Email correspondences were ignored. "Armonk Limousine" does not deserve to have the word "limousine" attached to their company name. Will not use anymore.

Professional limo car service with super clean Lincoln limos that are comfortable and well maintained. No squeaky ride with bad shocks - it is nice and smooth. As for conversation- the drivers are super nice and will talk to you the entire trip or very little if you want - as the customer "the more you talk to them, the more they will engage you back" They are worth the extra $25 for each leg of the trip. Premium service!

Unfortunately only one star. We arrived at JFK (called from my seat) and repeated again after having told them when I ordered the car we had no luggage to claim. They were not there when we came out at the car pick up. When I called their dispatch, I was told the car that had been waiting for us when I had called from the plane, was given to someone else and one would be there in 10 minutes.
After 10, Iit became another 2 minutes, and they said we needed to wait more time. We were told the delay was due to an accident and traffic. We took a NY yellow cab and said not to charge us. We did not have any traffic or see any accident.

Please note that this company seems to not have a concern in the world about drivers of theirs treating people like complete crap. A driver parked their car in the middle of a tiny parking lot making it impossible for other people to leave. I asked him to park his car in an actual spot and he told me I was not going to demand ANYTHING from him and proceeded to yell at me for doing so.
He then proceeded to scream at me and try and direct me on how to maneuver around his vehicle so i could leave the parking lot which was impossible. I called the establishment as his plates stated ARMONK20 and I found the company online. Spoke with management who seemed to care less that I was very upset to be spoken to this way and I informed themIi would be writing a terrible Yelp review as this is not how you treat anyone, especially a potential customer. I will let everyone i know that this company will apparently let their staff act anyway they want, with no consequences. I will never give them my business.

1) Drivers are always right on time. 2) Cars are clean, smell nice, etc. 3) Drivers are for the most part friendly, respectful, etc. (there was one driver who was WAAAAY too chatty, but that was one driver of like 30+ hour long rides) 4) Very easy and quick to book with them. 5) Emailed receipts for an individual booker like myself are nice (my company doesn't have a corp account). As a heavy business traveller, the above 5 criteria mean I have their number saved on my phone as "Car Service" and call them by default.

I phoned super excited to help my aunt who was scheduling her 50th wedding anniversary at St Patrick's cathedral NYC. She asked me to find a Van for 14 passengers. I called Armonk the nice reservationist Jeff gave me sedan and van quote. Good price. I gave my aunt the details. The next day my aunt called to solidify with credit card and the not so Jeff person doesn't know the equipment and told my aunt sorry nope we don't have 14 passenger vehicle for you.
I called back and spoke with the inexperienced yet very apologetic girl. She stated, it was me I goofed. Instead of saying can I phone your aunt and fix this she said NOTHING. I said listen not knowing your equipment is really bad business, take the price down or call someone else. She, the inexperienced reservation girl, either left me on hold for 9 min on purpose or the management of the company told her lose the customer no chance in righting this wrong now.
So I called every one else and told them Armonk reservation doesn't know there equipment. I will continue to tell this story. I will make sure no one uses Armonk for Van service. If you don't know your equipment you shouldn't be driving people around.

We used Armonk Limo for our ride to and from the airport for a school class trip. I was very happy with their overall service - setting up the reservation on the phone was a pleasant experience and the drivers were on time and very professional. Overall, everything went very smooth and I would love to have rated this company a 5. I was upset by being blinded by a $25 charge.
Not a huge deal, but it was the way it was done that seemed shady. Coming home from the airport, I asked the driver if it would be possible to drop a passenger off just off the highway on our way to our destination, to which he said "can drop you off anywhere you like". Total detour time, including taking bags out and hugs goodbye, was 5 minutes. When I was given a receipt I noticed a difference in price from which I had been quoted.
He then explained it was for the additional dropoff. All I ask is that be explained ahead of time. Maybe this is the fault of the driver and not the company itself, but I do feel that this could have been easily avoided if it would have been communicated and the practice is dishonest. I would recommend this company overall.

My reunion committee hired 2 vans from Armonk Limousine to transport about 23 older women from New Rochelle to Rye. Drivers John and Juan showed up promptly in clean vans, and were very professional and helpful in getting the women into the vans. We were delayed because one of the would-be passengers had a fall around the corner from the pickup place, and we had to care for her. John and Juan were very gracious in making sure that no one who was dealing with the distraction was left behind. I highly recommend Armonk Limousine for service, reliability and professionalism.

Last week I used Armonk Limousine to get to JFK for a 6:30AM flight. The car arrived 15 minutes earlier than agreed, the driver was helpful and courteous, and the car was clean inside and out. When I returned from my trip, Armonk Limo was waiting for me at the airport. My trip home was pleasant and carefree. I wish the airlines were run as efficiently as Armonk Limo!

I used this company to shuttle passengers from the hotel to the church for my wedding. The shuttle bus circled the block several times before finally stopping at the church. Fortunately, the other limo service I used for the bride was even worse and brought my bride to the wrong church making her 45 minutes late.

We just used armonk limo to go from bridgeport ct, to JFK, the driver was nice and early and the ride was excellent. they also picked us up at jfk when we got back home and again the driver was right on time and the ride was excellent. the price was great and the service was even better. We will be using Armonk limo on a regular basis from now on, and I will be recommending them to clients and business associates. thank you
