Hired Clique to take my friends and I to a concert at Barclay's Center. They had an amazing price and were easy to work with. Day of the limo was on time and very clean. Driver was great and we were super satisfied with the experience. Would definitely consider hiring them again!

1- they didn't send a limo, they sent a van 2- the van had no AC. it was 90 degrees & trip was over an hour long! 3- van broke down in the middle of a parkway leaving a group of females stranded for hours 4- the owner didn't care to respond to calls or texts, didn't apologize nor tried to do anything to make things better 5- driver was nice but that doesn't make up for the above THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY- DO NOT USE THEM

Unfortunately it was a bad experience. 18 girls in a hot van in a very hot and humid day for one hour :. I felt bad for the driver because it was not her fault that the AC was not working. However, management never returned the phone calls or the texts, and obviously did not return the money. To make matters worse, the van heated up and we were left on the side of the hway!

The bus driver Debbie was really sweet and cared about our safety. However, the bus had no AC and was extremely hot! On our way back our bus over heated and we were stranded for about an hour. Management never returned our calls or texts. Terrible service!

We had a really good experience with our driver Ken last Saturday, very friendly an attentive. nice new limo too!

Limo service was great! Bill who took reservation for my daughter's prom was friendly and bob the driver was professional. Would hire again for limo service for future events. Thanks again.

Listen, I saw the review from some other client who used the service. I have been using Bill's Clique Limo service since 1986 and I have NEVER had a complaint about them.they are an extremely professional and PERSONAL service and they provide exemplary service to their clients. I can talk to Bill ONE YEAR between our conversations and he not only remembers me, he provides me with the most exceptional service I have ever had from ANY service I have ever used; and I have used many.

The OTHER services I have used have been far under par compared to the service I receive from Bill. No matter what the time between calls, I consider him my friend now and someone I rely upon for excellent service. ANYONE who says otherwise I would challenge to prove the complaint.they clearly must not have wished to pay for a SERVICE THEY REQUESTED, but tried to usurp the system in order to get a refund.this man could not BE more honest or have more integrity.he always takes notes as to what I am seeking in the limo and particularly takes GREAT pains to insure that the champagne is there and that the limo is extremely clean for me before I even SIT in the limo!

We've been satisfied with Clique limo, I'm a frequent traveler and use them all hours of the day and night. My schedule changes fairly often, they're pretty easy to work.with. Would recommend

I've had the worst experience with Clique limousine. I have booked three round trip limo services. First, the driver was 40 minutes late at the pick up and 8 passengers were waiting outside in the rain for the driver. Second, I was charged $100 more for each service than I was quoted by the owner. Limo itself was extremely uncomfortable. And lastly, the owner Bill called me at 10pm asking for my Identification, although he made several charges to my debit card already.

He insulted me and on top of that he said he recearched me on the Internet. Not only I spent over $2,600 I have been harassed and insulted by the owner. Please do yourself a favor and do not use Clique limousine services.

Everything was perfect from the time I emailed to get pricing information to the time the limo arrived. Bobby (our driver) was on time and very helpful with giving us ideas on how to spend all the time we had remaining after dinner. I couldn't have asked for this birthday surprise for my boyfriend to have gone any better. Beautiful, clean limo. Amazing driver. Champagne, beer and water. Perfection, perfection, perfection! I will use Clique for any future limo needs and only Clique!

They are horrible. Someone accidentally got sick in the limo the driver pulled over in the middle of the night in Queens. We offered to clean it. He cursed us out for 1/2 HR. We got to our stop and continued to curse us out and started yelling gay slurs. We cleaned part of the limo. Then they tried to add a toll to our bill (there was no toll). Very unhappy

EXCELLENT service. The drivers, the company, fantastic. Limo on time, limo driver great, great communication setting everything up. Just an excellent excellent job and couldn't have been better and more reasonably priced! Thank you again.

This company does an outstanding job making sure the customer has an excellent and memorable experience. I hired them for a vineyard tour out east for a birthday celebration and not only was the driver early and helpful but delightful in making sure we were having a great time! I would highly recommend this Limo company and will use them for all my future events

Used Clique Limo for my prom! The driver was excellent; 15 minutes early, very nice, and reliable. The limo was spotless- both inside and out. I was able to hook-up my iPhone and we all had a great time. Would definitely recommend Clique Limo
