One of the best limo services I have ever used. Amazing customer service, easy to do business with. We used a party bus and limo for our wine tour. James was fantastic and the whole experience with Roadmaster Limousine was amazing! And also our Driver, Mike was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to everybody!

I was very happy with my experience with Roadmaster Limousine for my Wine Tours! They help me to plan to the perfect wine-tasting day for my birthday. It was a holiday weekend, and I had a large group, so I was worried that it would be difficult to fine wineries to accommodate us. They found some perfect places and our visit to each was perfect. Also our party bus driver, was very professional and friendly too. I would definitely use Roadmaster Limousine again!

The booking procedure, estimating, and affirmation were superb; simple and moderate with incredible development. The driver arrived just before the pickup time and checked in with me. Our driver was well mannered and wished my GF a cheerful birthday. He had the majority of the subtleties and areas to get our companions and to take us to supper. He was quietly hanging tight for us when we completed supper and was chipper and wonderful, expressing gratitude toward us when he dropped us off at home. Incredible services!

I booked a round trip with RoadMaster. I was very nervous as some reviews were not so great. The one that scared me the most was the one stating they never shows up, let me say how wrong they were. Luckily we had the same driver for drop off and pick up to Bayonne pier. Jean Michel was 30 mins early both ways he was professional, Courteous. The car was nice and clean. I highly recommend this company and will most definitely use them in the future. Thanks job well done

NEVER USE THESE CLOWNS! Last Saturday morning, my family and I were to be picked up at 5AM. At 5:01, with no car in sight, I called the number posted. Advised the answering service that we were supposed to be at JFK by 6:30, guy on phone left me on hold for 5 minutes and then came back on with some BS excuse that there was a problem with the car. The reason it was an excuse is because I called them when they were supposed to be there, they didn't call me. I THREW my bags in the Suburban and drove myself. Paid for 7 days of long term parking. The way i look at it, this guy Tony owes me money. keith

For my birthday this year, prior plans had fallen through and I had less than 2 weeks to book a wine tour for my group of 10 while sticking to a budget. Steve helped book my tour and I couldn't have been happier with how things turned out! Not only did he accommodate my group, but he was so attentive, efficient and easy to work with. I had to do almost nothing because Steve handled it all!
Our vehicle got upgraded the day of which was a lovely surprise. Our driver, Bob, was so friendly and kind. He walked us into each vineyard to make sure everything was there for our group. We got the gourmet boxed lunch and that was delicious, and 2 of the lunches were even tailored to the needs of my vegetarian and vegan friends. The day was perfect down to the last detail and I loved how I could just enjoy my tour without having to worry about a thing. Thank you Steve for a wonderful time!

I rarely write bad reviews for anyone, but I felt the need to write a review for this limo service. I would never use them. I have been in contact with so many companies getting quotes for my wedding and everyone has been helpful and extremely nice. This limo company is rude, arrogant, and they have very horrible people and professional skills. It is a very sad thing that someone would be so rude to someone trying to plan one of the most important days of their lives.

I found this company when looking for Long Island wine tours. I dealt with Tony and everything went very smoothly in planning. Tony was very helpful, knowledgeable about the wineries, and patient considering I had to accommodate the needs of several people. Tony planned an amazing tour and we booked a beautiful Sprinter limo. I would definitely use this company again.

Like some other reviewers, I found these guys after Googling "LI wine tours". I had discussions with a few tour companies but found Roadmaster/East End Wine Tours to be the most responsive and detailed. I dealt with Tony M. the entire time and he was awesome every step of the way. He laid out very detailed options for my group to choose from (winery with party atmosphere, live music, large outdoor area, etc.) and that was incredibly helpful.
I had some last-minute changes that I needed to make to the itinerary (some folks dropped-out on the wine tour a few days beforehand) and Tony was very accommodating. I'll definitely be using these guys again in the future.
