Working with North Country Limousine was a great experience for my wedding on 3/12/22! My wife and I used there services for a party bus from our hotel in Melville to our venue at the Heritage Club in Bethpage! Mary from the office and Sam our bus driver were both excellent people and made the day of run so smoothly. Mary really helped us figure out which serves would best fit our day and was so flexible when it came to a list minute time shift. Sam our driver was excellent, on time and so professional, especially since it was raining/snowing on the day. I highly recommend using them for your travel needs!

Highly recommend! From the first call with an instant quote. btw I called about 20 different limo places and only received a couple quotes, most other "limo" companies did not have limos.huh go figure. anyhow it was easy to book with North Country, they even called a few days before to confirm and then the day of they sent an email again confirming and providing the drivers name and cell#. Driver arrived promptly and was very friendly. He was super accommodating. I would definitely use them again! Thank you for taking the stress out of our trip!

First of all let me state that I did not get an opportunity to book this company for my daughters Prom. The price was the best we could find. The 5 star review is for the customer service provided by Jaime. On his day off the date we were in discussions about booking was taken when my wife called to book it. Jaime apologized for not being able to get us that limo.

Within a half hour another company called us to say that they were contacted by Jaime to try to help us with their Limo services. He went above and beyond what he had to do which is why I can't wait to show him my appreciation by booking my next event with him. I can't thank him enough. Outstanding Service!

I needed a shuttle for wedding guests at a hotel I waited a bit long to make arrangements. After calling several companies with no luck, North Country had some vehicles available. After making arrangements, several more guests booked the hotel so I need a larger vehicle. All they had was the party bus. Then last minute the bride asked if I can get a shuttle for a 2nd hotel.

North Country came through again with the original vehicle I had booked for the 1st hotel. Everything went perfectly, and those on the party bus had a blast. The drivers took extra special care to make sure everyone had a ride, and no one was left behind at the end of the reception. I also want to give a shout-out to Mary, my contact there. She could not have been more responsive and helpful.

Excellent service in October for my birthday. I can't remember the drivers name, but he was awesome. Her ran a little bit late to pick us up, but it wasn't an issue. He let us do our thing and didn't constantly remind us what time we needed to be back in the limo. Great time!

North Country Limousine was a pleasure to deal with. We needed transport to and from LaGuardia Airport. Easy to make reservations by phone with their Selden office. Our driver, Rafael, arrived early but didn't rush us - it was comforting to know he was there and ready. Rafael was helpful with our luggage, extremely polite, and excellent driver who got us to the airport with time to spare.

Our return was an equally great experience, particularly considering our flight was 3 hours late getting in due to a mechanical issue when we boarded. Our driver, George, contacted us when we were claiming our luggage and guided us to the pickup area. Ride home was comfortable, relaxing and welcome after dealing with the airline delay. All around great experience.

We used North country limo the other day. We had Mike as our drive. We felt so safe. We felt at ease. He was such a great driver we all fell asleep because we felt comfortable. He is an awesome driver. I will me using him again for my travels.

North Country Limo was perfect for our wedding on July 4th. The car was clean and the driver was on time and professional. He even drove us home after the celebration was over. The office staff never tried to over sell us something we didn't need for our special day. I'd recommend them to anyone.

What a great experience riding with North Country Limousine! For our ride to the airport, we noticed outside the window that our driver, George, arrived early. He did not rush us - he didn't even let us know he was there. It was so relieving to know he was there and ready when we were ready. The ride was comfortable to the airport and we arrived with plenty of time to spare.

For our return home from the airport, our driver, Rob, found us right away and we quickly left the airport and arrived home safe and sound. With this being my first experience with North Country Limousine, it is so refreshing to have the customer service one would expect without any issues at all. What a pleasure!

We used north country limo last night to go to the Yankee game. The driver was right on time to pick us up (actually 10 min early) and I don't know how he got us to the stadium so quickly but he obviously knew the best route to take and the best part is the limo was right outside gate 4 as we were walking out after the game. Mark, the driver, was amazing and Jess in the office was fantastic to work with, she was courteous and checked in to make sure everything was ok before our big night. I can not recommend North Country Limo enough. First class service!

Booked my 25th birthday with North country for my birthday in August. Everything w-: completely simple fromthe second i put the down payment to the moment the limo dropped us off. We did a wine tour and North country was perfectly fine with where we wanted to go. Chris was our limo driver and he was an asset to my birthday, he was extremely flexible with what My friends and I wanted to do that day.

He was easy going and we even bought an extra hour because we were having so much fun. I would definitely book with this limo company again and ask for Chris for any up coming event. Thank you for making my birthday perfect.

This is an amazing limo company. Me and 16 of my friends used this limo company for our prom. We all fit comfortably in the stretch suburban, with extra space to move around. The drivers are very nice and accommodating to all he plans that we had and the cars are clean. I will definitely use this company again for my next big event.

Rented a party bus from them. Bus was not registered, not insured, had fake plates and the driver did not have a CDL license. The bus was confiscated by the DOT and my party was left stranded for 2 hours while we called another company. The owner did nothing to help us arrange transportation and would not refund our money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I booked them for a trip both to and from the airport for 5 passengers. From the initial phone call to the follow up email after it was all said and done, they were extremely professional. They came highly recommended and I will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have used North Country Limo for everything from wine tours to airport trips. On my last trip to the airport, the LIE was closed due to an accident and I was worried I would miss my flight. My driver Tommy quickly rerouted us to a different route and got me to the airport with plenty of time to spare! I will continue to use North Country Limo for all of my future events, their drivers are punctual and friendly and the service can't be beat.

I saw an ad on FB for North Country Limousine and took a chance a booked them for a trip to NYC. I can't say enough about how pleased I was. The limousine was very nice, and clean. Our driver was prompt with picking us up, knowledgeable of NYC, and courteous. I will definitely be using North Country Limousine again!

We used this company for our wedding in October. Ashley was very helpful, responsive, and friendly in all correspondence regarding the transportation for the wedding! We ultimately rented out a sprinter van, party bus, and coach bus through North Country. Each driver was cordial, on-time, and helpful with each of the guests. The vehicles were clean and comfortable.

There were only 2 minor inconveniences of the day: there was an issue connecting the radio to any phone for particular music selections and the driver at the end of the night told guests they had to leave 20 minutes earlier than they actually were scheduled to. Great experience overall!

We rented out a party bus from NCL for sweet 16. I have to say they have the best prices while comparing to other companies. The service was excellent! Looking to book from them in the future!

We used NCL for our wedding recently, and I am pleased with the service. We had 2 cars, I can only comment on mine, as I haven't heard anything good/bad regarding the other ride. My car was on time (actually a little early, so that's a good thing) and he was polite & helpful. The car itself was clean for the most part. There was a few napkins left from a previous trip, but nothing major.

The radio or music situation in this car was an issue - probably the only issue - I was trying to connect my iphone via USB but it never connected, like it was searching for the connection forever, until I, finally, gave up. The radio was weird too, but ultimately we were gonna talk anyway, so it didn't matter. It was just annoying, like I am on my way to my wedding, I wanna start the party!

Overall - good. I am not sure how comfortable driving in lower Manh. my driver was, as this was a tight block, and it got a bit awkward when we were blocking traffic etc., but again - I got where I was going and on-time. I would hire them again.

The only Limo service I'll trust to get me back and forth to the airports. Drivers are professional and always go through the check list of key essentials when picking me up (wallet, phone, charger, passport etc etc). They know the roads better than a Nuvi, which is important when crappy LI traffic is getting in the way of your flight and you need some backroad magic. Limos are always clean and don't smell like that wonderful combination of cigarettes, alcohol, cheap cologne and breath mints. When you have to get somewhere on-time and hassle free let North Country Limo take you there.
