Crystal Limos uses their website http://www.limodc.net/ to falsely advertise quotes that they will not honor. I used their website to get an online quote. I entered my starting address (airport) and ending destination + preferred car type. I was quoted $371.44 and agreed to pay this amount for my ride. I provided credit card / billing info. I then received an automatic confirmation email for the quoted amount/invoice.

The next morning I got an email from Crystal Limos that the rate was changed to $829.63 (more than 2.2x the quoted amount) without explanation. I asked that a custom service agent contact me to resolve this matter because based on the quote/promise of service, I had booked a flight. The flight has a 150 GBP change fee. Had I know the car service would be $800 vs $400 I would have booked a different flight.

The agent who called refused to listen to me, repeatedly cut me off and told me to "try Uber for that price." The agent also insisted that they had never delivered anything to me with the price of $371.44 and had no obligation to me whatsoever. The agent I spoke with told me that they always have to adjust the online quotes and seemed to suggest that this is a normal part of business.

It is not normal to double their bill overnight. If Crystal Limos cannot manage an online quote system that is reliable/accurate then they should not continue to operate one. I told them as much and they said they would note change their online quote site. I would not trust Crystal Limousine if you have a choice.

I recently used Crystal Limo and the experience was beyond frustrating. When I booked the reservation, I was told everything, including tip for the driver, was included in the price. However, upon arriving at our dropoff point at the end of the day, the driver told me that Crystal Limo does not tip the drivers and that the tip that I paid the company simply goes to management.

If this is the case, then this is honestly unacceptable. Who did I end up tipping then? What was worse is that I was then charged over $150 the next morning because we were supposedly " 45 minutes late, " though I had photo evidence (a time stamp on a photo at our destination) that showed this was a blatant lie. It took Crystal a week to reimburse me. I give two stars instead of one because the driver was very friendly and patient, but I do not plan on using this shady company ever again. Stay away.

I booked Crystal Limo for my wedding guest transportation to and from our wedding venue in Leesburg. The price was absolutely too good to be true, being a full $200 less than all of the other options in the area. Now I understand why - you don't get what you ask for! I'll start with the good - the driver was very friendly. Even when all of the bad things happened, he stayed positive and caring, despite being jerked around by whomever was running the schedule.

He was easy to contact via phone, thankfully. Now, the reason they're getting 1 star: First - their customer service is mediocre, at best. They use very poor grammar when communicating via email, don't read entire emails and therefor don't address all of the concerns, and when a complaint is filed, they don't even resolve the issue.

This is frustrating on so many levels! I was made to email no fewer than 4 times to get one question answered because they didn't address the full question. Second - The day of my wedding, my guests are at the hotel looking for the shuttle bus. This is the first day-of issue: They did not put a sign in the window like I was assured they would to make for easy spotting at a very busy hotel.

Second issue is that I had set up with them, and confirmed, a very specific pick up and drop off schedule to ensure all of my guests could be transported from one place to the other. This required a couple back and forth trips. I was assured this would be no problem and in the email confirmations I received, the details of the trips were listed. This information was NOT relayed to the driver.

Once he made the first trip and returned to the hotel, he thought he was done because the details were not provided to him. On the day of my wedding I had to be digging through emails to find the schedule that had been set up months prior. No one should have to argue with the company and provide proof of what was set up. That's terrible customer service.

The evening shuttle service went off without a hitch because we took it upon ourselves to go through the schedule with him. Again - this should not have had to be done. Then - a few days after our services, we noticed that the charges were billed to the card we had set up the reservation with instead of the card we had put on file. We had received a confirmation from them via email just a few days before that the card that was on file was the correct one we wanted charged and that it would be the one the charges were posted to.

I have this confirmation in writing and yet this is not what happened. When I contacted them about all of these issues the response I received was: "Hello, sir We apologize for the inconvenience on the day of service for driver and for also charging wrong credit card. Hopefully in future we can be more delightful to your needs and we will make sure nothing goes wrong.

We will also give you more discount off of any kind of vehicle you will like to reserve if you decide to use us again because we do not like our passenger to be upset and again thank you for using Crystal Limousine." That is a literal copy/paste of the email. Even after reaching out again because I did not feel like my complaints were addressed, they refused to respond.

This was in October 2015 and it is now March 2016 and they still have not responded. Not only were the direct complaints not addressed, but they weren't even able to address my GENDER correctly. I will NEVER ever recommend this company to ANYONE ever.

We asked very specifically for a black limousine for 10 people for my sister's wedding. We signed a contract that clearly outlined the specifications for the vehicle. On the morning of my sister's wedding, Crystal Limousine called and indicated that they were going to "upgrade" to a hideous white stretch-hummer. We were very clear that this was completely unacceptable to us and Crystal Limousine was extraordinarily rude and unaccommodating.

Their representative went as far as shouting at my father on the phone, after halfheartedly offering a lame excuse of mechanical problems in the original vehicle. We were forced to reluctantly accept the hummer, even though my sister was devastated on her wedding day and my father was brokenhearted to see his daughter so embarrassed. Needless to say, our family will never deal with this company again.
