Jeanne & Steve we're very sweet people. Helped me with exactly what i wanted. Great prices. Excellent customer service! Had a party of 17 rented a party bus that was amazing. We had the pleasure of having MR. RON be our driver for the evening, From the beginning quote to the end of the service, everything was FANTASTIC! Jeanne is wonderful with being responsive via email/phone, and was such a great help. Any small requests and changes that happened throughout the night, RON was in contact via text. The party bus showed up with red carnations for our BRIDE TO BE, as well as outfitted with cups, napkins, ice, water, soda and they even decorated the interior for us.
They allowed us to decorate as well with our own balloons! I am so glad to have found a reputable company in the LeHigh Valley which we will use from now on for all of our future LIMO services! Thank you again for making the FIRST POST PANDEMIC TRIP OUT for us a BLAST!

Great overall experience! Driver was fantastic and flexible with an extra stop not on the itinerary. We had the large white party bus. It was clean, had a sink, drinks and cups included. The only downside was that we could not hook up to the Bluetooth system for music. This would have been a huge issue since the only music was a CD on repeat. Luckily, we were able to find this out early and grab a bluetooth speaker from the house. I would highly recommend this company, you cannot beat the price and the staff is super nice.

Absolutely horrible experience. The day started with arrival of a limo which had rips in the seats and was full of trash. Empty beer cans, champagne bottles, food wrappers, etc. And on an especially hot day, trash means flies. And lots of them. The limo also did not have working air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the summer. While they attempted to fix the A/C, we were told there was nothing they could do it about at the time.
You'd think that the A/C is something that should be tested prior to each rental. Throughout the day, we were on the phone with the owner and were told they "would make it right"; as there was nothing they could do at the time, they told us to just "enjoy the day". After 3 months of not returning my calls or texts, I'm left to leave reviews in hopes that I'm able to guide others to avoid using Elegant Arrivals. Do not use this limo service. Take your business to a company with good customer service who will provide clean and operational vehicles.

I will never use this company again. The owner is a nasty person, I don't know how he stays in business. I set up a pickup and return for 5 people with 10 pieces of luggage, he said no problem he would send a brand new Suburban. He sent a mini van, I called him on the spot and he denied saying that, I had it right on the contract. We did get luggage in, but it was crowded.
On return trip I told him we needed a bigger vehicle, he said I would have to pay another $100 or he would not pick us up. He gave me 5 minutes to make a decision since we were going out to sea on our cruise. I called him when I got back and he hung up on me. The owner, Steve Miga is so unprofessional and the service is horrible. I would advise people never use this company for anything!

So far we're having a wonderful time! Everything is going as planned; the limo driver was very pleasant and courteous, explained how everything worked on the inside of the vehicle, drove very safely, even gave us some good advice about where we were going that day, I would definitely recommend this service and will definitely use this company again!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! I paid almost $1500 for a trolley for my wedding which BROKE DOWN trying to get people back to the hotel and I had to have one of my guest's tow them up the hill to get running! The company offered me $100 back! This place has horrible customer service, I feel bad for the office people that have to deal with such a lousy company and boss for that matter who wouldn't even talk to me on the phone. I would NEVER use this place EVER again! BEWARE!

BEWARE! I was recently in a wedding in which the bride rented transportation from this dreadful company. The website looked great and the only perk of having champagne, beer, and sodas would never have covered for the absolute horrible experience we had. The trolley was outdated, the door didn't properly secure shut (a piece of wood was wedged in to hold it closed).
The back half of the trolley was all open with no windows, *never noted anywhere* and everyone who had just had their hair done was out the $70 for hair. Then it gets EVEN better! The trolley, after being late getting guests to the venue. BREAKS down after the event. Yes, breaks down. In the process of taking guests back to the hotel. A guest was kind enough to TOW the trolley to get it going again.
The bride and groom both had to help arrange other transportation on their WEDDING NIGHT. The company was just horrible and useless! PLEASE STEER CLEAR of them. I wouldn't want anyone else wedding night ruined.

If you are even thinking of using this company, don't take it OFF your list! We went to a wedding and the bride spent$$$ on this company to transport her guests to and from the wedding. The trolley broke down on a hill, full of guest and started to drift backwards! We got the guests off the trolley and my husband had to tow the trolley up the hill with his Ford F-350.
Thank God it did not go backwards or there would be a lot of injured people. She called the company and they had no back up! We had to get everybody that was not drinking to go get vehicles come pick up the guests and drive them back to the hotel! DON'T use this company!

Over paid for a very, very old limo to take my bridal party to my wedding. The limo broke down on the way to the ceremony. The driver was able to somehow get it started again (thank you for that) but gave us no assurance we would make it. I feel you can draw your own conclusions about this business from this story.

Although our driver was very nice my wife and I were unhappy with this limousine company. Although the trolley was nice we were told beer and chapaigne would be included since we were taking the trolley to our wedding venue. The beer they included was natural ice! "Naty ice" is such a horrible beer I don't even think college kids will drink it anymore. It was embarrassing that I have that quality of beer for my wedding party. Not to mention we were told we would get something going respectable such as coos or bud light.

The absolute worst limousine company in the area. We rented a limousine for our daughter's prom. The owner's wife told me which limo we would be getting by looking at the website. The limousine that pulled up that night was so far below the level or standard of the one shown on the website. It looked like it had been spray painted on the bottom, the window tint was bubbling and peeling, it had spinners on the tires and it was smaller than the one promised.
The kids were smooched inside which is a clear safety hazard above all things. I called the company and just like the other reviewer stated, they said the one on the website was in the garage. Of course we had no recourse at that very moment or means of getting these kids to the prom so we used it, embarrassingly enough. They stated that it says in the contract that they have the option to substitute if limo promised is unavailable. Ok, but wouldn't you assume you would be getting at least something on par? It's a bait and switch and apparently not the first time this company has done this.
In fact, they've been taken to court and the plaintiffs won. This is deplorable and they are such a dishonorable company; they should be put out of business! We're not done with this but please do not use them!

While I was extremely worried when looking at the reviews, this company isn't as bad as everyone says. They were very easy to work with making the reservation and the itinerary. But, for my prom, because I read review of them being late I changed my pick up time from 6:30 to 6:00. To my pleasant surprise, the limo driver was there a little before 5:30 and he had no issue waiting for us and was extremely polite.
I do have a few (very small) complaints. First, we could not control the windows and also the air conditioning inside the limo did not work. Second the "red carpet" is more like a very small, dilapidated and dirty red rug. Lastly, the driver did get lost for a few minutes both ways. Although, he was extremely apologetic and cooperative. Overall, this company is very good for Proms at least.
They reassure your reservation the day before. I don't have any experience with their other services. But I would absolutely recommend this as a "bang for your buck" limo service. I would recommend this company and use it again.

TERRIBLE. Not worth it to save. I read the bad reviews. and still booked. Don't make my same mistake. It is cheap for a reason, and not worth the hassle and filth. Rented a limo for a bachlorette party. Spoke directly with the owner and he told me he was going to give us a great deal. which should have been a red flag from the beginning. I was told the price was $375 for an escalade limo for 5 hours (which claimed to typically be around $700) and that we should set aside whatever we felt reasonable to tip the driver.
The limo was 45 minutes late, no call, no apologies. After speaking with the owner on the phone I was originally told that it was not that big of a deal - because we were getting such a great deal. I asked to be refunded for the time lost and FINALLY after a half hour of speaking to the owner was told we would receive a voucher for the lost time. NEVER RECEIVED IT. Called about it later and was told that it was not in their policy.
The limo that arrived had broken air conditioning that was so loud we could not hear our voices over it and no cold air came out. The limo did not match the description and pictures we were promised online - the carpet was peeling and stained, the limo was filthy, AND THERE WAS A BLOODY PAPER TOWEL INSIDE. Did I mention the foul odor? Our luxury red carpet package consisted of a bottle of champagne, 2 PBRS, and a Natty Ice.

WORST limo company! I hired them for my best friends bachelorette party and they ruined our dinner reservations! 1.)They were an hour late 2.) The driver didnt bring the red carpet that I paid for 3.) The driver was speeding and all us girls were flying from side to side of the limo 4.) The windows & radio didn't work 5.) The limo was dirty and smelled horrible! Worst part is the owner won't even return your emails or phone calls when there is a problem. Think twice before you use them!

I used Elegant Arrivals for a ride that was taking my entire family to the Philadelphia Airport for my WEDDING which took place in St. Thomas, UVI. The driver picked us up at my then home in Sellersville, PA. (I'm divorced now-maybe the limo ride had something to do with it) Sellersville is about 45 minutes from the Philly airport without traffic-we left at 5:00 AM.
I swear it took close to 2.5 hours to get there because the driver was driving about 25MPH-I was wondering why all the cars were passing us on the highway. It turns out that the driver put fresh WATER in the windshield washer bottle-it was about 25 degrees outside-guess what, the water that was sprayed on the windshield froze and he couldn't see.
He refused to pull over to scrape it off and didn't care if we made our plane on time to Puerto Rico. In fact, we didn't make check in-it was only because of a very nice clerk for United that we made it and also the fact that the pilot held the plane and asked some people to get off (with vouchers) that we were all able to get to Puerto Rico on time. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I use Elegant Arrivals. There was such a "I don't give a crap" by the driver that I wanted to lay him out across the hood of the car.

DON'T DO IT! I made reservations thru LIMOS.COM & was assigned Elegant Arrivals. I'll keep this as short & precise as possible. Our ride home from the airport NEVER happened! Apparently our assigned driver had never done an airport pick-up. After confirming our ride home a few times, we arrived in EWR to a message from our driver saying he had been stuck in traffic & was running late.
I thought "OK - That's fine", since our flight was running 20 minutes behind, by the time we managed to secure our baggage & get snacks for the ride home (having traveled over 4 hrs. from Puerto Rico), we should all be outside at pick up around the same time. WRONG!. After waiting 15 mins. more outside I called the driver who said he was still going to be "at least a 1/2 hour longer".
Already unsatisfactory. I've used limo services plenty of times & know that they arrive early- being late for a pick-up is completely unacceptable. But- things happen- so we'll be patient. Cut to 2 hours later, multiple phone calls- once we even had the driver speak with a cab driver in the pick up area to give him exact directions!- We watched him drive by twice, on the wrong ramp, telling him he was going the wrong way! - Finally after an agonizing 2++ HOURS standing outside the Newark airport close to midnight at this point with 2 young kids, we had to hire a cab. YES A CAB! to Philly suburbs-- Cost us around $300. & numerous meltdowns by a 5 year old. SOON WE WERE JUST GETTING THE DRIVER'S VOICEMAIL! NO ONE EVER EVEN FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL & I'M PRETTY SURE THE DRIVER DIDN'T EVER EVEN BOTHER FINDING HIS WAY!

YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! *Also- Side Note: The reservation was for 4 People- 2 adults, 2 kids for a "Stretch Limo for 8-10 People", some descriptions said 6 people. We were headed to an island & packed lightly- bathing suits & cover-ups basically. We each had 1 bag. 2 average to medium, 2 small carry-on size.
The trunk didn't even fit them all! There were smelly gas cans & 'junk' cluttering the entire trunk so that we ended up having to ride with our bags in the [outdated] passenger area. This is a vehicle for 8-10 people?!?! I think not. ~~Signed, STRANDED IN NEWARK! I'll Post an Update as to our Refund. So far I was told everyone was gone- call again tomorrow. When I called the man knew exactly who I was so why wasn't I ever contacted & dealt with?! Besides being Inadequate, this just screams Poor Customer Service!
