I am part of a university recreational club that pays ~$10k each semester for transportation at the same time at the same place every week. More often than not, JED's buses do not show up, arrive late, or are canceled the day before. The people are always nice and I wish I could write better things, but I would recommend looking elsewhere for reliable bus service until things are improved at JED.

Very unprofessional and very unorganized company. When you talk to them to book the bus, they are definitely helpful and willing to communicate but once you sign the papers and they have the money your issues no longer matter. My husband and I got married on September 18th, 2021, the bus was on time picking my husband up from his destination, but the bus broke down.

My husband had to try and fix the bus on his wedding day, the bus was late to pick up the girls at our hotel. They sent another bus but by that time I was indeed late to getting to the church. We paid for a nice bus and got one that was not what we paid for. The driver could not drive she almost hit a semi-truck and could not drive something that size.

We ended up being late to the reception all because of the issues the company was having from the beginning. That Monday I called to talk to a supervisor, and I kept being told someone would call me. It's been 4 months and I still have not heard from them, not even an apology for the mishap. Very unprofessional and definitely not worth it the trouble. Please choose any other company!

Very nice people that work there very friendly and helpful but so much stuff at that place doesn't work and that's terrible and people blame the people that work there and it's just not their fault so get that stuff fixed especially the sweet iced tea machine it's brand new and it still doesn't work come on folks you got a business to run

JED was super easy to work with. They were more flexible than other transportation companies so if you are a bride who needs more of a 2-3 hour transportation window versus the standard 5-6 hour window that most other companies require, then JED is the one for you. The prices were reasonable and all of the employees from booking to our driver were all very kind and personable.

Brian at JED was awesome! He was very responsive and helped me pick the right vehicle to transport our large wedding party and their guests in style the day of our wedding. Our driver was on time and the sweetest man ever, which always makes it more comfortable for everyone riding along. They were affordable compared to other transport companies in STL, and came highly recommended from multiple different planners I was interviewing prior to our wedding. Super happy with our choice to book them, you will be too!

I have never had such an amazing bus driver for an event or wedding that I have been apart of. If you are lucky enough to get Bull as your driver you are in for a 5 star experience (seriously go request him now). From having water for me while I waited to enter the church, to having champagne for my husband and I after the wedding, to helping our photographers throughout the entire photo session to bringing bags of drinks from the bus to the park for everyone to stay hydrated for 2-3 hours of photos.

He was truly a pleasure and none of our friends, family or vendors could stop singing his praises. On top of that, the 48 person bus was spacious, clean and cool. Perfect day!

Critical: Quality Went to Brandon on 9/25/21 to see a play. On the way back home this Bus is making Ear Deafing high pitch Noises like 500 Cats in a close room with Rocking Chairs Squeezing Their Tails and The Cats are Screaming to!. We Rode 4 1/2 Hours with that NOSISE!

I will never use another company in the St. Louis area. After several great experiences hiring them I made the mistake of going to another well known company in the area. The unprofessionalism from the other company prior to my reservation was so bad with no confirmations and only texting to book to changing the agreed upon prices caused me to cancel my reservation and run back to JED. They got us all taken care of and I won't go astray again!

We used JED Transportation for transportation to a Christ in Youth conference from St. Louis, MO to Cleveland, TN. They did a marvelous job! Their customer service was superb. The drivers were very friendly, the bus was comfortable and clean. It was just an all around pleasant experience. We will definitely be using them again.

I came here to leave negative five stars. I try my best to show grace and understanding but the series of events that led to this makes doing that very hard. 10 days before my wedding I get a call from the sales rep. He told me they have this "great new bus" that held 43 people and offered it as an "upgrade." Even though he was persistent in trying to sell me on it, I declined the offer.

We had booked their 50-person ultimate limo party bus more than a year prior. We had 42 people planned to ride the bus, so we wanted to stick with the bigger bus we originally booked. This was for a wedding, we had 42 people, plus dresses, plus coolers - we needed all the room we could get. At the end of the conversation the man said to me, "well someone's getting switched" and "well this is the bus you would get if anything were to happen" - those phrases immediately made me nervous.

I asked him if he expected anything to happen, he said, "oh no we never expect it" and then very hurriedly got off the phone. I told my fiance about the conversation and how uneasy it made it me. So, he made a call to the sales rep and the sales rep "reassured" my fiance that no changes were made, and we would still get our 50-person bus. But as he was explaining the conversation to my fiance, he spoke as if I was crazy for feeling uneasy and how he didn't know why I would feel that way.

Well sir - I felt that way because of the comments you made (see above) and because my wedding was 10 days away and he tried to sell me something as an "upgrade" when in fact it was smaller, not right or our situation, and didn't have limo/parameter style seating. Fast forward to 8 days later, the Thursday before my wedding and a few hours before my rehearsal dinner.

I get a call from the same man, telling me the 50-person bus was not available because of "mechanical engine issues." He could not explain the issues, nor could he offer any other solution other than a charter bus. Through our conversation he switched his story. He first said he found out about the bus issue the week before and then when I questioned why I was finding out two days before my wedding when he knew about it the week before, he switched his story saying he was only made aware of it that day. So, did he find out about it the week before or that day?

And either way, why were we not notified until TWO DAYS before our wedding. He could not answer our questions and kept on going around in circles not answering any of the questions we had. He was very unapologetic, condescending and rude. As if we were crazy for being upset that our bus was unavailable within less than two days' notice. He also made comments such as "you won't find another bus this big in the city" telling us we were essentially out of luck.

Not only that, and call me CRAZY (he sure did) but how could those two events and phone calls not be related? There was a reason I felt SO uneasy on May 5, when he first called me. I knew in my gut something was going to happen and I told multiple people how uncomfortable I felt and how I was praying nothing happens because that first phone call put me on edge.

But SURE ENOUGH, 8 days later something did happen. And I wasn't surprised. I was very disappointed, but I had a feeling something was going to go wrong. And I could speculate and say that they double booked us, or they knew something was wrong during very first phone call that they weren't coming forward with, or that they lied. Or maybe we did just have incredibly bad luck and none of this is related and it is just a series of unfortunate events.

Take this story and do with it what you will and believe what you will, but if I could save any bride the stress of dealing with something like this 2 days before their wedding I will. We ended up switching bus companies and were very pleased with the other company. And one more note before I end my long rant - I had two friends who used Jed Transportation for their 21st birthdays and both times Jed sent them the wrong bus that they did not book, without any heads up or warning.

We booked a bus through Jed for our wedding to shuttle guest to and from the venue when booking the reservation through the office it was great so helpful, we were very pleased. Now when it came to the day of our wedding the driver was not very nice. She left our guest waiting for 25 mins while she went and got food. At the end of the night she tried to tell us she wasn't making anymore trips back and forth when I was told we could do as many as needed. At the end of the night she was supposed to take us back to the hotel after being at a bar and she left without me. the bride. it was not a good experience.

I Yolanda Robinson, must present my gratitude to owner Vince Schneider of JED Transportation. Women In Vision, Inc non profit organization is most grateful of your quick response to aid us in a much misfortunate situation on December 5th! I am the president/founder of a 22 year charitable organization in the St Louis area, I never would have thought a big company such as JED would help a small agency as mine in a time of emergency.

We were ripped off by a transportation company of $1800 and called 12 different bus charters for help and not one of them had compassion, but JED Transportation. God works in mysterious ways and never cease to amaze me! Thank you once again Vince and that outstanding driver Diane!

Great service! Booked JED for a bus to transport the extended family to a burial. I began to receive emails on the appointed day letting me know that the bus was on the way. The bus arrived on-site 15 minutes before schedule time (along with an email letting me know the bus had arrived!) We had to make a route adjustment to stop at an additional hotel and the driver handled it without issue.

We toured Bellfountaine Cemetery in the bus and the driver handled the small roads in the cemetery without any issues. He then took us to dinner and was on the spot when it was time to return to the hotel. Overall, the entire experience with JED was fantastic. Thank you JED for being so customer service focused and make a difficult time much easier without having to worry about transport.

Used this car service from the airport to our hotel and back. Our driver was waiting before we hit baggage claim, he carried our luggage and had a well detailed Escalade waiting for us in the parking lot. It had water and candy. He was very pleasant d drove very well. I highly recommend this car service company and will use them again on any and all return trips.

I was very happy with our service from JED Limousine. They were prompt in their communication, arrived on time to the church and got us to our reception on time as well. They accommodated all our needs from multiple stops for pictures to allowing us to have food and drink on the bus. Our driver was so patient, even turning around several times without complaint in Tower Grove Park while we looking for our photographers who were meeting us there. I will gladly recommend them to anyone with transportation needs in the future.

The people of St. Louis are outraged and rightfully so! The sorry excuse of "service" presented by this company left much to be desired. My friends and I were going to give our good pal the bachelor party of his life. Upon hearing good reviews we contacted JED limousine and requested our bus be a Mercedes, pick us up here at this time, and drop us off at these locations.

Simple enough, right? Apparently every request we made was lost along the way by goofy Erin over the phone. - The bus was a good 15min late. - the table was one push away from being lifted out of the floor - the speakers were HORRENDOUS and clipped throughout the evening despite. Our driver, Lyin' Joe, was only honest about this. Believe me folks; it gets worse.

The table eventually did break thanks to Lyin' Joe's sudden stops here and there which caused us to bump into it. Sad! Thankfully none of us were hurt! When it came to drop our friends off, ol' Lyin' Joe was getting pugnacious in his tone when he realized they're would be more than one drop off point, despite that information being given to him clear as day! Lying through his teeth again he insisted we were only making one stop.

What a ridiculous situation! Upon one of us receiving a bill for damages previously made before our party, we voiced our concerns with the company which I'm sure they've since deleted to cover their trail, and this was where things took a complete turn for the worst. Ol' Lyin' Joe lied to my face again and assured us not to worry about the table.

Can you believe this guy?! Crooked Vince himself gave a call, referred to his consumers as and I quote "Fucking pieces of Shit." as well as other verbal harassments to good, hard working and paying consumers without hearing OUR side! You can't do that! It's entirely disrespectful! I've never been treated so unprofessionally by a business in my entire life!

You can't have a limousine business without a proper customer service and satisfaction mindset! They know it, we know it, and other companies know it! Believe me folks, JED is not for the hard working people of St. Louis. Your dollars are best spent elsewhere.

We booked JED to shuttle our wedding guests to and from the hotel to the reception venue. They were amazing! Easy to book, very reasonably priced, the coach was spotless, and most importantly, Don, our driver was wonderful. He was kind, patient (with the inebriated guests) and could not have been nicer. We will DEFINITELY use JED in the future!

I would highly recommend JED! They were very friendly and cooperative in helping to meet the transportation needs for our son's small wedding. The woman I spoke with to arrange the transportation was friendly and genuinely interested in finding a way to give us what we needed on their wedding day. Our driver was absolutely the best! He anticipated our every need and concern and personally expressed that he was " there to make sure that everything ran smoothly" on the day of our son's wedding.

It wasn't only his words but the calm manner in which he spoke and carried himself that assured me that amidst all of the craziness of getting everyone to where they needed to be that all would be well.

I rented a bus to Fast Eddies with them for this past weekend (August 6th) and they were great. Showed up on time (actually early which was nice), bus driver was very pleasant and responsible, and most importantly they were very good with communication. They sent me a confirmation day before and answered any calls/questions I had. And while the AC blew out they actually gave me a partial refund. Very professional and I would recommend them as very reliable.

We called last minute bc another company screwed us and cancelled our limo last minute. The lady we spoke with was amazing and got us a limo asap. She was wonderful! The only problem was the air wasn't working great and it was 97 degrees outside. We were pretty hot in the limo the whole time but the service was great and I would recommend them!

On behalf of my company, Prairie Farms Dairy, I want to commend our driver, John. We needed a limousine for a photo shoot on Monday, February 22nd and we made a reservation with JED CCL. John arrived early to the shoot location and was extremely patient while we set up the scene and executed the shoot. After we were finished at the first location, John drove us to the second location.

He was very professional and willing to help when we needed the limo moved. Kudos! I have one recommendation for JED CCL - In the future, it would be helpful to receive driver contact information prior to the reservation time. I had to call to get that information a couple hours before the photo shoot. It helps to make sure that everything will run smoothly.

Having used this company for airport transportation a handful of times, I have nothing but good things to say. All of the cars are clean and well-kept and the drivers professional and courteous. Even during peak times, it is painless to make a reservation, and the bonus is being able to speak to a live person. The high level of customer service will keep me coming back.

Recently I received an email confirmation for an airport trip. When it came to my attention that the incorrect date was listed, I called the contact number listed. Not only did the representative swiftly make the correction, I also got a follow-up email with the notes section documenting that the date was corrected per the customer's (my) request.

Now that is what I call service. I couldn't be happier with having a reliable transportation source and will continue to use this company for as along as it is in business.

Every year I rent a party bus from JED. The booking process is a breeze, they save my info from year to year - it literally takes me less than 5 minutes to accomplish. The bus drivers are always nice, laid back, and friendly. I've been on party buses in the past where the driver was very grouchy but if you're driving a party bus, you can't get mad about parties!

I love that the clean-up fee and gratuity is included with my reservation. Everyone has been on a bus situation where the drunken leader of the party is trying to collect money and a couple of sad-saps get stuck cleaning up everyone's beer cans. It might sound trivial but I think it's an outstanding perk! The only bad experience I had was at another person's event when the big orange bus broke down out in MO wine country and we all had to walk a mile and half to get to the sweet sweet wine in our heels and wedges. However, JED sent out a replacement vehicle, got us all home, and refunded the group a fair amount for the inconvenience.

I am a big believer that a good way to judge a company is how they handle their mistakes and they handled this one very well. This is my 4th year in a row using JED for this event and I'll continue to use them as long as they'll have me!

Last year I scheduled service with JED Limousine for a "Break-Up" party and could not have been happier. The driver was on time and courteous to everyone! The booking was very simple and easy, which I did via phone. The original limo I had reserved "X-Factor" had an issue, but JED sent the next best limo they had, the "Ice" hummer. I was 100% satisfied with their services. For all of my IL neighbors: This company will go out and about to CLINTON COUNTY IL BARS. Which is what we did for my little party. :
