WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! THG Transport went out of their way to accommodate our needs for about 8 different transportation reservations. Through flight delays, guest hotel changes, and group numbers increasing for a larger bus, Niccole and Camille navigated all with the utmost professionalism, patience, and kindness. I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your transportation needs.

THG was great to work with! Their prices are very competitive. The charter bus we had for our wedding was great quality and very clean. Our driver was outstanding. I was happy to be able to provide this level of service to our bridal party and our guests. I would recommend and use again in a heartbeat!

I don't know where these people get their driver's licenses from but they need more training. 246 Drove right through a stop sign without slowing down, nearly caused an accident.

The annual Wildwood trip on Aug 7th was as far as the transportation was on time and professional. Our driver spoke highly of his company and owners he worked for. Very nice to hear. Clean and modern bus and our driver adjusted the bus temperature to what the people wanted. We hit some bad rain on the way home but our driver handled it like a pro.

Awful service! The THG Transport limo bus hired for 6 hours showed up as ordered to pickup guests after our wedding to drop off at the after party. They loaded guests and departed without the bride and groom. Additionally, they were supposed to remain and shuttle guests to multiple hotels as requested. After the initial drop off the bus disappeared and never returned leaving all the guests stranded. DON'T hire THG Transport. They will disappoint! The guests ultimately scrambled to hire their own transportation.

High quality and modest prices. Cars are clean. Drivers are cordial and accommodating (I prefer their business casual uniforms to a suit and tie). Great for both short trips and long-distance, from DC to NYC.

I have used this company twice, once for an overnight trip and another for an airport transfer (Philadelphia to NYC). This is really the best deal you will find for the level of service. Absolutely professional. No complaints at all.

Worst ever experience! My daughter was married in Wilmington with her reception in Newark. Nonetheless, when they arrived to take the bride to the church along with her mother and bridesmaids, the black limo was filthy dirty; apparently, from a party the night before. The champagne glasses were dirty, so we couldn't use them to drink our toast.

The vehicle hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned at all!. The driver was horrible. He must have been intoxicated. He would speed up to a light and slam on his breaks. The entire ride to the church in Wilmington and then down to Newark was very reckless and jerky. It was the pits! After all was said and done, I asked for some type of reimbursement, since it was such a terrible experience. Obviously, I got the runaround and received nothing. I have used this company several times and never been disappointed. The cars are nice, well maintained and newer. They arrive early, drivers are friendly and dressed neatly. I hire vehicles often and have been disappointed on several occasions. THG is my preferred source for car service. I wish they offered services outside the Philadelphia area.

THG Transport is a service that provides travel/tour buses, limos, etc. My currently work at a college in Center City Philadelphia and we have used THG on numerous occasions for trips to New York City, Washington D.C., the Poconos, etc. The coach buses are extremely comfortable and the drivers are always friendly.
