Custom Limousine

We hired Custom Limo for my son's 21st birthday. Truly a 5 star experience and couldn't have been happier with the company, the vehicle and our awesome driver Brian. We did a bbq and brewery tour and wanted to have a fun safe day. I can't recommend them more highly.

They provided transportation for my son and his friends for their prom. The office staff and the limo driver were very professional and courteous. I have used them multiple times previously and they've always been great. I highly recommend them!

OMG! What an all around wonderful experience. From start to finish everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.trying to ensure my daughters 13th bday was perfect. They even upgraded us (we had 8 passengers) to a larger limo. WITH NO CHARGE.just a note wishing my daughter a happy 13th! Huge shout out to our driver CODY! He had to chauffeur six kiddos ages 13 - 16 and rocked it. (Even got in a few pics.posing and all.) So if you're looking for a limo rental.look no further- call these guys today!

Really don't know where to start. The planning process and reservation process was super easy and went so smooth. But the day we paid the remaining balance for our two shuttles we had reserved that's when things took a turn for the worse. I was informed that our shuttle for our wedding day was still in the shop. Had never been informed that this was a problem or a possibility and had been in contact with the company multiple times up to the day of us paying the remainder of the balance and was told everything was good. Was just kinda convenient that once we paid in full and they had all our money, boom, we can't give you what we promised, but if you'd like to drop some more money, we can give you a different, smaller sprinter van.

Not shuttle bus. And then the day of the wedding, our chauffeur was suppose to meet and greet us and show us a great night. Well, I don't know if you know how difficult it is to climb in and out of a sprinter van in a wedding dress, but he stood outside the van as the door kept closing on us, not offering a hand. We had to hold the door ourselves and help each other in and out.

And it really seemed that he was purposely slamming on the breaks, taking turns super sharp and gunning it when we would take off throwing us all around. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

I had a last minute change of plans and I'm so happy Custom Limousine was part of a wonderful night! Booking was easy and professional. My driver opened the door for me and made me feel like a rock star. It was a great experience.

Tara was awesome! We loved riding around the Plaza and looking at Christmas lights. She was very accommodating and professional. We had a fantastic time! The limo was in great condition and everything worked really well.

Custom Limousine and Trolley is an excellent company. They are so professional and great to work with. Our driver was right on time and always waiting right in front for us when we finished with each of our stops. We went on a limo and lights tour for a fun Holiday event. Our driver took us to the best places. It was a great time!

We hired Custom Limo to drive around our wedding party between our ceremony in Eudora and our reception in Lawrence. I booked the transportation over the phone and the Custom Limo person I spoke with (I believe her name was Kate?) was very friendly and helpful. She worked with me to find the right vehicle for our budget. We had a pretty big wedding party (15 people total), so we chose the 18 passenger coach.

Our driver, Chris, showed up early and was kind and accommodating. The vehicle itself definitely fit the 15 of us, but it would have been a very tight squeeze if we had any more people. It was fun and comfortable for us, though, and we were happy with our choice. Overall, I would definitely recommend Custom Limousine.

Steve picked up the whole family for a Christmas celebration in a timely manner and took us to the plaza for a while, then to some neighborhoods with fantastic lights, it was a nice eve. Steve was conscientious, safe and courteous driver. Would recommend him and the trolley! Thanks steve!

We loved Bev, she was a great driver. We had a great time seeing all the holiday lights and singing to holiday tunes without the stress of driving. And the limo was beautiful and a true hit for the whole family!

Custom Limousine Inc was wonderful to work with! Our driver Rod was early, attentive, respectful and very knowledgeable. We weren't exactly sure where we wanted to go, but Rod asked a few questions and from that gave us suggestions. Everything he suggested was perfect!
