Bus ride for the hockey team from Pembroke Pines to Clearwater and back.was great, driver Dwayne was great!

Don't not use. I booked this out for a work event and one of the first things the bus driver said to me was "just so you know, the tip isn't included in the price" basically telling me I need to tip her. Then. THE MUSIC DIDNT WORK! Who wants to spend that much for a party bus with no music!? It was a complete waste of money and time. We would've had more fun in my car listening to music.

I emailed after the event to talk about how the music didn't work and he just told me "at least it worked on the way back from the event but we can offer 25% off your next rental" what!?!? Like I'm not renting from y'all again. nor do I just rent buses so often that this discount is useful. Just wouldn't waste my money. Then he comments to have me email him, as if I haven't already. I haven't gotten a response from my last email Felipe. That's another thing, when I said 25% discount isn't helpful, he ghosted me.

I used this limo company for my wedding and booked 2 of their party buses and it was such an easy process. They were very responsive and showed up ON TIME! Their party buses were so much, definitely recommend!

We used this companies service for a 3rd time, yet again they were amazing. I recommend A FAMILY LIMO 100%! BEAUTIFUL PARTY BUS!

I highly recommend this Limo company! Just had the pleasure of riding on one of their Party Busses and it was so beautiful inside! As a guest I really enjoyed the experience and I plan on hiring this company for a future even that I am having! The driver was professional and courteous also! This is the first year that our Summer Camp is using A Family Limousine & Couches, and I'm so thankful we found them. The busses are always clean and comfortable. They have excellent drivers that are also very kind and courteous. I'm excited to work with this company in the future for all of our busing needs.

Rented a limo at the last second for my daughter's birthday. When I was calling around, many companies that I found on Google made me feel crazy for trying to book something at such short notice, but A Family Limousine was so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The party was a total success. Limo was clean and driver was a true gentleman. Will certainly use them again and recommend them to all friends and family. Thank you guys!

If I could give zero stars, I would. In the age of Covid, these people sent us a vehicle with dirty, used cups and unidentifiable brown liquids in water bottles. (See photos below) After disinfecting the party bus, we had to defuse a heated argument between the driver and his supervisor as he was threatening to leave our bachelor party group over this incident (which you will recall was no fault of our own).

We then proceeded to be late and pay penalties (totalling $120) at each of our events thereafter. How did Family Limo recompense for this egregious oversight and immense inconvenience? - $100 refund Do NOT use this place. No customer service and no class to be found here.

We had a great experience using this limousine service. We used this service going to my daughter's birthday dinner. The process was easy and quick. The person corresponding with me to set up the reservation was very helpful and polite. The driver was also very polite and very understanding when dinner took longer than expected. The party bus we had was clean. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I receive excellent service from family limo. What caught my attention was the great coustome over phone and when I went into their office. I was even more amaze of the person to person service that I received, office staff and the person whom was handling the trip (jordan) is very professional, Friendly work and arranged all our demands. We took a group of 45 people on a trip for a distance of 18hours drive.

The coach bus we receive was in excellent condition, sparkling cleaned very well sanitized. We had two well experience drivers, great personality, they made all 45 of us feel safe!. I can DEFINITELY SAY All my expectations was meant and even more!. There should be a way to give this companyy more the 5stars . I recommend this company to anyone in search of a vehicles, limo, and coach bus services. I am giving Family limo& coach (10 stars) AND WILL USE THEIR SERVICE

I would highly recommend this limousine company. We hired a 27 passenger mini van for wedding transportation and couldn't have been more pleased. The communication between the company and myself was flawless, no hidden charges, everything was just as expected, actually better. Our driver (Moises) arrived early! He was very courteous and helpful.

We had the driver wait at the church and then take the bridal party to the venue. It couldn't have worked out better. The bus was immaculate, everything was in excellent working order and the driver was just superior. Again, I would highly recommend this reliable company.

Hired A Family Limousine for our wedding on February 22, 2020 from the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. They were very accommodating, flexible, and professional. Arrived early and made our wedding day smooth and successful!

Called 1-2 weeks ago to get quoted for a party bus and plans based around that quote. Called back to reserve it and the quote jumped 3x due to super bowl weekend. Really? It was super bowl weekend when I called the first time.

We booked a 12 passenger limo for my daughters Sweet 16 party. 2 weeks before the event we needed to upgrade to a larger limo. They worked with me to accommodate a 20 passenger Cadillac limo. It was a huge hit with the teenagers. Felipe was my point of contact. He is super friendly and easy to work with. Jose was our driver. I would like to give him a big shout out!!! Highly recommended. They were professional, on time, and flexible. We needed a 30+ person bus to get down to a camp in the keys and the delivered better than my expectations. Use them, they will treat you well!

After my brother specifically requested black limousines for a funeral, we were provided with white ones.

What more can i say about Kevin and Carlos our bus drivers! They are a walking talking and driving example of “A FAMILY” Limousine! From the pick up to the drop off of our 5 day adventure they were more than accommodating. From changing movies to cheering on our a National Championship basketball Team! Even without a set itinerary, day to day hour to hour notifications they were alway ready and willing to get us where we needed and wanted to be safely! If you ever need a bus, shuttle, or sprinter please request this company and one of these two drivers! They are simply the best!

This is the 2nd time using this Limo Company that was introduced to us by Brit Z. The first trip to the SOBWFF we had a stretch limo take 4 of us to South Beach. The limo should of been fully stocked and have ice but didn't and for the price I felt was a big shortfall. Today we took Family Limo in a beautiful large Escalade and our driver Mohsim arrived early for our 12:00 pickup to Miami airport. Mohair was extremely personable and quite helpful, coming into the garage to get our bags.

Family Limo is located in Dania Beach and is quite convenient for us. The prices are not too bad for transportation to Miami, not comparing to UBER of course. Making reservations was quite easy. We booked round trip and paid for it so when we arrive back it will be convenient after getting our luggage. Felipe who is new to the company was very helpful and thorough when booking our reservations. Today was a great experience and if ever we are going to go all out with a stretch we are going to make sure they stock up!

Great service, great deals, and the limo sprinter is perfect for a 10 person party. I’d definitely use their services again!

Used the stunning party bus for my daughters 12th birthday party! We used the bus to take us to dinner and out to the movies then back to the hotel for the slumber party. They loved it! I highly recommend for parties and proms! Such amazing customer care! Can't wait to use them again!

We booked the Family Limo new Motor Coach for that seats 56 for a company outing going the the Dolphin Game. The bus arrived spotless and arrived on time. The driver, Jose was extremely professional and was able to maneuver the bus like it was a Volkswagen. The bus had WiFi, USB and electric outlets at every seat. Tony in the main office was responsive and was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend A Family Limousine.

I've used family limos on several occasions. From the suv for airport and there big party busses which I use to run events. By far a family limo is the most reliable transportation service that i have ever used. I recommend the big party bus, it's amazing.

This company is professional, courtesy and very prompt. We used this company to surprise our children for their birthdays. The way our driver Jose, took special care of our boys only made it that much better! We got to our destination on time and never had to worry about getting their safe cause his driving was great. The limo was clean and in great shape! Dealing with the owner and his employees was such a breath of fresh air to deal with people that know what they are doing! The fleet of limos, buses and coaches is amazing. Thank you for making my kids birthday so special.

Shady. If you are going to provide a "stock photo" of a SUV you claim was at the port terminal to pick you up as proof your car and driver were there.you are shady in my book. Couple that with CS that would not refund a prepay for a service we ended up not using because said car was not there and we had to use another last minute transportation to the airport.shady.

I highly DO NOT recommend this car service. Plenty of other reliable or at the very least proven services to use for your transportation needs. Look elsewhere. ATTN Family Limo. I will be sure and post a similar review everywhere needed to tout your awful business practices. Update: The "owner" has now argued with me on his public Facebook review site. This place is the epitome of bad customer service and may need some Social Media CS training.

NOPE NOPE NOPE. Called A Family Limo a few weeks in advance to drive my family of 4 from the Miami Port (Disney Cruise) on Feb. 18, 2018. They were to pick up by 8am as we had a tight timeline to make a flight at FLL. I was concerned about the flight time and the reservationist on the phone assured me the driver would be on time but likely 15 minutes early.

We were off the ship at 7:30 I immediately called (7:24amEST - no answer) and emailed the company with a 'we're outside the terminal'. I've never not received a call prior to car pick up, a 'hey I'm on my way I'll meet you here' call. I called again at 7:49amEST just to make sure I'm in the right spot - the Miami port was new to us.

Finally at 7:58am I called the 'where's my driver/emergency' number and was told the driver already left and they'd call him on the road and have him call me. Peter (driver) finally called me at 8:03am. He was clearly still driving as I heard horns and traffic that was not present at the port. His phone repeatedly cut out, I couldn't hear him and he couldn't hear me.

I couldn't mess around with that. In front of the port was a Super Shuttle and line of taxis - no SUV. We got in a cab. As we were getting in the cab Peter called back (still traffic noise in the background) and said he was parked out front. He was not. This is all line of sight. I then spoke with the office who said the tracker on the SUV showed him to be parked at the port.

He was not. So here we are a day later. I just received an email stating they will not refund the money I prepaid as the tracking device showed him as at the port at 8am and then they attached a stock photo of a black SUV that wasn't there. Also "but PLEASE keep in mind the service area at the port is not that great and the service carriers the drivers have is up to there discretion on who they choose as a cell phone company." --- so I get to pay a company that absolutely did not provide a driver there on time that I couldn't get in touch with due to their junky phone.

Mine phone worked fine. Ok. Maybe instead of inaccurate tracking devices they should provide their drivers with working cell phones. Based on the communications I've received so far, I might just not engage in communicating further with A Family Limo. If time and honesty is important, I recommend anyone use another transportation company in the Miami area.

Not this one. Why in the world would I be the liar in this scenario. The driver WAS NOT THERE. I needed him to be. Customers beware. Update: The operator sent me the printout of the coordinates of the vehicle. Just entering the tunnel to the port at 7:58am, then either going 6mph or stopped for the next 10 minutes all in different directions so NOT PARKED IN FRONT OF ANY TERMINAL. I have no doubt Peter was trying to get to us but he was LATE, driving and now the owner's calling me a liar while keeping my money. No.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Just recently used them for our annual trip to Fantasy Fest in Key West. The bus is absolutely fabulous. Everytime we stopped someone would approach us to compliment how nice the bus was and gave the entire trip an environment of classiness. George was very accommodating to all our demands and our bus driver, Kevin was the best.

He gave his personal info to all our guest to contact him in case of emergency. We could not have asked for a better day, a better bus company or better driver. We will definitely be using them next year.

Booked the 14 passenger limo for a concert in west palm beach from Davie. Chris was our driver and completely a gem. He texted me before he was on his way ( was on time for pick up) which was great, gave us time to get the party moved from our house into the limo. Educated us on parking at the event or he could wait for us near by, helping us save money.

Of course with such a large group some people got lost after the event and he was very patient but also reminding us the time crunch in order to avoid the extra hour fee. We ended up making it on time;) went thru the limo and gathered any lost items and made sure we were happy and comfortable thru out the trip. Great service by Tony and George from the office as well. Quick to reply to emails. We will book them again! Thanks guys

I would highly recommend this company! Used their service on November 26th, 2016 to get from Ft. Lauderdale Airport to Loews Hotel in Miami and then again on December 2nd, 2016 to get from Royal Caribbean Cruise Terminal in Miami to Courtyard by Marriott in Ft. Lauderdale. Both experiences were great for myself, wife and 2 kids. Our first driver took pictures for us and made the kids feel special!

She even made a special stop for me to get a cold beverage! Both times I was contacted by the driver, on time, to pick us up! Both drivers were very helpful with luggage and accommodating! I will be usuing these guys again if I'm ever in the Southern Florida area. Also, their rates were very reasonable! Thank you for making our family vacation easier for us!!

A couple weeks ago, a dozen of us got into a Mercedes limo to celebrate my baby sister's Fifty and Fabulous birthday! It was spacious, clean, A/C circulated well throughout the cabin, and the bar was properly stocked with glassware and ice. The limo driver was Kevin and he kept us safe-- he was courteous, professional and very patient with us-- especially on the drive home after a long night of clubbing, late night dining, etc. We will not hesitate in reaching out to them again!

Very disappointed. I only gave them 2 stars because the car did not break down and my kids arrived at their destination. I had booked the trip a while ago and spoke to to office staff a couple of times and filled out the online application too. Luckily I called the day of the wedding to confirm since I had not seen any charges on my c card. I was then told I was not in the book. George set me up immediately and apologized for the oversight.

I was to get a good driver, Molly I believe to drive my kids to the honeymoon destination. She arrived on time and tried to rush them off as they were saying by to their guests at their wedding. I reminded the driver I paid for a 4 hour minimum since it's a Saturday night and the trip would only take her 2 hours to relax. I later found out the limo was seen on the turnpike doing 80 mph. This mother is not happy! It was June 20, 2015!
