Our Customer Service and Dispatch Team is available at all times, and can typically respond to your inquiries within minutes. It was like yesterday. We started the TransCourLimo company in 1996 with one, beautiful small van. It was a seven (7) passenger, green (yes, green!) Ford Area Star. We had to be doing something right at the time because in no time we needed one more vehicle. We got one and it was a Chevy Savanna fifteen (15) passenger van. We were sure we were all set for the transportation business.

The size and the latest models of our Ford Excursions will provide a great, comfortable ride for a family or a business group. There is enough room for all the passengers and the luggage. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made a reservation online and no where did it say I would be charged an extra 2 hours for being located in The Villages. In fact their website states they serve that area. I called and emailed them multiple times and never got a response back. I called again since my event was now 4 days out and then they tell me about the extra 2 hours.

As I was speaking with the manager Michelle, she was very rude and said everyone knows that you would be charged extra for this. She wasn't listening to my concern just putting the blame back on me. She talked over me and didn't care that my issue wasn't so much the extra charge, it was the misinformation when you book on their website as well as the multiple emails I sent with my pick up address that was never responded to.

The extra 2 hours should have been told to me on one of my attempts to confirm my pickup address. When I told her I displeased I was with the lack of communication she just hung up on me! I never yelled or used inappropriate language. She just hung up. Beware before spending your money here on How they treat people!

Took money out of my account and had no limo available I still haven't received my $550 I am now about to sue for more! This is a huge hardship and my account is now negative!

I paid for a service for 4/30/2022, but I never received the service. They called me to let me now that they don't have limo available for me. I called and wrote them several times and I am still waiting for the refund since 4/30/2022.

Driver never showed up. After being 20 mins late, I called to see where he was. I was told he was stuck in traffic and would be another 15 mins. It ended up he was stuck longer. had to take Uber to airport. Not professional! Too bad because first time they were great when I used them. Unreliable. This is unacceptable when you are flying.

I never take the time to write reviews but this experience upset me so much that I felt I had to warn people. Transcour's website says they have 24 hour dispatch service so I called around 11pm and asked if there was someone there who could answer some questions. I asked him to clarify hour their hourly rate works. He told me that there is a 4 hour minimum on the hourly rate. Does that even make sense?

How can you offer an hourly rate and then have a 4 hour minimum at the same time? What if I only wanted it for one hour, for example. THAT's what an hourly rate is. BY THE HOUR. I told him that I didn't see anything on their website about a 4-hour minimum. He told me the website didn't have to say it. Hmm.such customer service.we make up the rules as we go along.

The website let me plug in the number of hours and the date I wanted and I received a quote which included tax and gratuity. If you're dishonest before I even ask questions, I hate to imagine how far their dishonesty would go. I wouldn't recommend this service simply because of the rude way I was spoken to on the phone. There are many choices of limo companies in the Central Florida area and I will take my business elsewhere.it's too bad. I am very well connected in this city.

I am extremely happy with their service. I made a reservation a day in advance because we were supposed to arrive very early the next morning. A few hours after I booked the service, I got a message that our flight was delayed and will arrive 1hour later. I called and told them about the situation and was told that it would be very hard to get a car during the peak hours.

He was very understanding about my situation because it wasn't my fault and it was the airline. I was given a choice to either get a refund at that moment or wait it out. I chose to wait and see and if I didn't get a car I would've been refunded. As I waited in the airport, my flight was delayed twice. Once we arrived (3 hour delay plus another 45 minutes to get our luggage), I called them and asked if there was anyone available to pick us up (I apologize, but I forgot the name of our driver).

He told me that he can meet us in 15 minutes. So was so ecstatic and relieved. After having a horrible experience of multiple flight/luggage delays and being up for more than 20 hours, we needed some kind of reassurance. Thank you TranscourLimo for your professionalism and understanding.

Booked for wedding last year, paid in full, wedding postponed due to covid. Try to schedule for the wedding in June but they were completely booked. I asked them to refund my money and provided credit card # that it was charged on as they requested mid June, still have not been refunded and my emails have gone unanswered since my request for refund. Should charge them interest being that they have had my money since march 2020. Very unprofessional for a company!

Saturday evening 13 ladies and I used their services and the limo driver did not assist any of us getting in or out of the vehicle. Due to the driver not assisting us with getting out of the limo I fell out of the limo and sprained my ankle. I just called and spoke with the owner of the business Paul who said he was our driver that night ( However the driver gave me his phone number and said, his name was Courtney and to text him when we were ready as he could not wait on us at the restaurant ) and Paul stated " You can write as many reviews as you'd like, he will get his lawyer involved and I should have watched where I was going " Also, our pickup time was 7p.m. and at 6:50p.m. the driver stated he was blocking the road way and would have to leave if we did not come out then. The owners are very argumentative and rude! I would never recommend this company to anyone or ever use their services again!

I use Transcour since 2015. Paul and his team are amazing, I always received great comments from my customers, friends and family. You feel like home with them. One time Paul pick up a customer at 3am after flight delay twice, this is what I call been a Professional, the best.

We scheduled a limo for our daughters wedding and we were pleased with the service. The driver was very courteous and professional. The limo was clean and beautiful. Following the event, we found that we were missing the bridal veil. We called Transcour and they were very helpful, but unfortunately the veil was not in the limo. They went out of their way to try to find the item. Our experience with this company was good and we would recommend them to others.

This is by far the absolute worst car service I've ever experienced. You would expect in a service-oriented business to be picked up on time, with appropriate car seats for children, and proper service. Not the case with this organization. Not only was the driver late, he took one suitcase and was not there prepared to transport a family. He walked on expecting us to know to follow him to an undisclosed location.

We discovered that the vehicle had one car seat and a booster for twin two-year-olds. Neither were installed, safe, or appropriate. When we questioned the driver about what we had reserved, we were told there was only one car seat in the entire company and we were to remove ourselves from his vehicle, that he had somewhere else to go. The next unfortunate part of this experience was the condescending owner, who kept repeating my name and telling me he was going to send someone else and challenging everything I said.

Over two hours later, and several calls, and being threatened with not picking us up at all. (We were now at the airport 3 hours after the time we were to be picked up.) We finally had to make other arrangements to ensure the safety of our babies being transported from Orlando International. Being a frequent business traveler, I have never experienced such horrible service. Conversely, in Chicago, we experienced a great limo service that picked us up on time, with coffee, water, snacks for the babies, and two perfectly installed age-appropriate car seats, and we didn't pick up one suitcase for 5 people.

This company and its owner have a lot to learn about the service industry and appropriate customer care. I would highly recommend seeking another company to serve your transportation needs.
