I amso frustrated that I signed on to Yelp just to write this review. I had cancelled my outbound pick up to the airport 24 hrs ( maybe 36?) prior to my flight. Unfortunately they arrived and actually the gentlerman was very understanding and I used them to take me inbound back home. However after app 4 phone calls my outbound charge is still present ( DOS 1-12-12 ) on my credit card and after the 4th time of either hearing "don't worry about it" or call for this particular gentleman when he is present in the am. I have had enough. I am disbuting this charge and as a Frequent Flyer can not recvommend this company, not because of service, but inneptitude in Billing
