The New 2020 Hyundai Palisade is a real treat to ride in. We used SliverFox for transportation to airport. Jacob was great, he arrived at our house 15 minutes early and helped us with our luggage. Idris picked us up from the airport. Our flight arrived 30 minutes early and Idris was there waiting for us. We were so impressed! Would definitely use this service again.

Red flag. The whole company is trash. The driver Idris walker sucked. From beginning to end. The driver pulled up to my residence with the music blasting so rude and disrespectfully. The driver did not ask to take my luggage. The wrost part was that he asked me where was I going. My fiance had set the surprise up for me the driver completely ruin the whole moment Then when it was time for pick up the driver was no where insight I had to wait furiously.
Last but not least when we arrived back to my residence the driver asked did I want help to open the door to let me out of the vehicle. I thought this was a chauffering service and a professional business at that. Plus the owner told my fiance that the service they provided was great and it was my fiance fought that the service was terrible. Even after the employee left a review of his own about his self so unprofessional. There are to many other real professional companies that offer top tier service.

When seeking transportation for wedding guests of our welcome party at a vineyard (Friday) and wedding at my in-laws' home (Saturday), I was dreading making the reservations due to the complicated routes involved, multiple stops and unknown final guest count. Then entered James, the owner of Silverfox. He personally took on my transportation puzzle and solved it in less than a day.
Soon after booking, some anticipated guests weren't able to attend the festivities, which changed the transportation route, and we were burdened with unexpected extra wedding expenses elsewhere. As a result, I decided to cancel our entire reservation. James and Nia processed this request graciously. Per the usual, I like to make things difficult, and thanks to a generous donor, contacted James and Nia later to reestablish my previous reservation.
To put it lightly, I have never received such wonderful customer service. Come time for the festivities, our guests' driver was Randy. From the onset, I knew something was extraordinary about Randy. He was the first to greet my husband and I at the entrance of the vineyard for our welcome party (he was waiting out front for us) and guided us to our guests.
To my surprise, and I'm not complaining, several close friends and family that I hadn't seen in years walked up to me just to say, "Randy, our driver, is AWESOME! He's hysterical! I don't know how you found him, but he sure has us entertained!" That was then followed by, "So, hi. How are you? Ready for the big day?" I truly couldn't have been more thrilled.
Come wedding day, I'll never forget this: when walking my way towards the aisle with my dad, I looked over and saw Randy with my other vendors on the sideline and he had a huge smile, gave me an enthusiastic thumbs up, and looked just as emotional as our guests. That was one of the best memories of our wedding - little things like that are more special than you know.
Best put, within a day and a half, Randy naturally became one of our close family and friends that were there to celebrate with us. Silverfox doesn't just provide superior service, but they somehow find a way to create a memorable, special experience.

James the owner went above and beyond to show for a student who had their first day of school after battling cancer for the past three years. James allowed her to show up to school on her first day in a limo a time she will never forget. Silver Fox Limos is beyond amazing. If I could give a zero star on my experience with the driver Jacob I would. He had a nasty attitude with me and did not want to help me. He was not very helpful with on my questions about your services. He rolled his eyes at me and seemed to be in a rush. I will definitely will not be using your services for my nanas 50th birthday, I do not need Jacobs attitude ruining her special day!.

We booked our own wine tour with Silver Fox Limos during Labor Day weekend, and we had an absolutely wonderful time! We booked the 24-passenger luxury bus for our group. Robert aka "Bobby" was our driver and he did a fantastic job! He was extremely punctual, very friendly and hospitable, and was a very safe driver. He was very patient with us as we were trying to get the music to work using Bluetooth and even had an extra cord that we could use to plug-in the phone with our playlist on it.
Anything we needed he was ready to help. The bus was incredibly clean and everyone was very impressed with the quality, both of the bus and with Bobby our driver. We were able to attach our daughter's car seat with no problem at all, and Bobby was super helpful in helping us load and unload the bus. We realized late on the night of our tour after we had been dropped off that we left a small case with some of our charging cords on the bus, and Bobby made a special trip back to the bus for us early the morning and located the small case for us.
He said it was lodged between a seat and the wall of the bus. He then brought it to our hotel just in time before we left to go back home. We felt like he truly went above and beyond to help, whereas a lot of drivers may have taken a quick look around and said oh it's not there and moved on. 10/10 would recommend Silver Fox Limos and Bobby!

Nia in the office responded to all of my questions. James went out of his way to ensure that the passenger in his charge was safe even after drop off. We used Silver Fox on our wedding day and they were professional and perfect! They had a red carpet rolled out for me every time I got at the vehicle (which was a great photo op every time), and the ride was so smooth! Shoutout to Mr. George who was super flexible and personable about requests I had made day of. He was knowledgeable of routes and was intentional about making sure I wasn't stressed about my day, especially transportation. Will definitely be booking again! I hired SilverFox limos for my son's bachelor party. The 15 person Sprinter party bus was perfect! The bus was the ideal way to get around town with our group. Our driver Kevin was great, he knew we were out to have a good time and he didn't disappoint. He called ahead to our various stops and made sure our arrival was smooth and we were treated very well on my son's special night. He was prompt, professional and had a good a time with us. They are AMAZING! We had the best time with Bill who was the kindest! He was on time, came with lots of umbrellas to keep us dry and was very accommodating with our group. Their prices are the best out there for a party bus or sprinter van. Great if you are going out with a group of people and want a safe ride. I will never go to another limo/bus company in Charlotte again. 5 star all around! Check them out and ask for Bill!

The owner is so unprofessional. Be careful- if you book online, even putting in the pickup address and drop off address, the price can apparently change over $100! The say there is a disclaimer, however there is not. When you put the address in- the price should not change. Tia seems like a very shady business practice. Do not use them.

We booked a party bus for our event about two-three weeks ago. Paid the $500 deposit. I received an email late last night that our bus had already been reserved and we wouldn't be able to use it for our event. Our event is in THREE weeks! It would have been nice if they could have told us the bus was reserved from the beginning so we could have found another place earlier.
Now we are scrambling around trying to find another place! Should be more organized and tell the customer from the beginning if the bus/limo is available or not, especially before the DEPOSIT was paid! Will never book, or try to book with, again!

Booked this company through the Ballantyne Hotel in Charlotte - the driver called me at 7:30am (the time they were supposed to pick us up for the airport) to let me know they were 30 min late- not good, also we were 7 people with 7 suitcase and needed a sprinter van to carry all the luggage and they showed up in a regular SUV- late to the airport to check in to our flight after waiting for them to switch to sprinter van. Luckily they had one parked at the hotel. I would not rely on this company. Maybe it was the first and last time this happened to a client, who knows, but I would not risk it.

Terrible Experience! This company had it all wrong from the start from the gentleman who picked us up to the vehicle that was clearly not a limo. He had the wrong last name to pick us up. It was supposed to have my colleague's last name & first initial clearly written on the sign to pick us up. This was clearly in the directions left for him.
He had the nerve to ask us if we wanted to walk to where ever he was parked while we still needed to get our checked bags. The vehicle was a Ford Flex, not a limo. He Didn't open the doors for us. He Didn't put our luggage in the vehicle. He was texting while driving. There was an odor of smoke in the vehicle. He asked us the directions to our home when they were clearly inputted online.

We were in town for the Jimmy Buffet concert on April 23rd for my boyfriends 50th birthday. I got the name of this company from the concierge at the hotel we were staying at. I called and spoke with the owner James. He was nice and accommodating for such short notice with it being prom night and the Buffet concert. We rented the car for 8 1/2 hours so we could tailgate.
The driver Ray was the best! We wanted to bring subs in and glad to stop for beer and he put so much thought into where he took us because he wanted it to be a special time for us. We got subs from Lenny's and beer from a store that has a bar in it! He already had a cooler with ice in the trunk for us! We are going to try to go back for the Buffet concert next year and will definitely use them again so long as Ray is available to drive us!

If I could give zero stars then I would! Dealing with these clowns is an absolute nightmare! The people in the office are so rude and unprofessional, only had one good experience customer service wise and that's with an office guy named Dan. For the amount of money they charge, the customer service should DEFINITELY be more on point.instead just frustration and a huge bill at the end.going to be using five star limos from now on! Don't use these people!

I was in a serious bind. 15 year old was on a re routed flight and we needed to find him a ride at the last second. Joan and the team jumped into action and made sure he was taken care of. i was calling from California and she made me feel secure knowing he was being well taken care of. This was a pleasant way to get to and from the airport on a recent trip. Especially with all of the parking construction at CLT. It's fairly economical depending on how long you are away & parking fees at the airport lots. They picked us up in a Hyundai Equus and that was an awesome ride. A cooler in the back with recliner seat w/foot rest that comes up & massaging seat back. Joan, one of our drivers was really nice & pleasant. So was the other driver, but I don't remember his name. They help you with your bags which is nice, too. After a long flight home, this was a nice treat!

Really disappointed in this company. Being friendly is not enough and although the employees are friendly, I have received very poor service. If I do not hear from the owner in the next day I will report them to Better Business Bureau. On my wedding day the Hummer Limo arrived with no AC in the back. It was over 100 degrees and I was in a wedding gown.
In fact the AC was blowing HOT air and the driver kept saying before we got into the limo, she was sorry it was warm because the AC wasn't doing it's job. By the time I got to the church I was completely overheated and ended up getting sick as a result. The driver was very apologetic, however it did not help. The Hummer should not have been sent in that condition.
We told her we could not use that limo for the ride home and to replace it with the only other available vehicle, a bus. The bus came and was fine. The real insult is that I noticed two charges to my account. One was for the balance I owed on the hummer limo originally ( that I should not have to pay for) and another for the balance owed for the bus (that I am responsible for).
I contacted Silver Fox this morning and was told the owner was in a meeting and he was the only one who could handle the issue and promised he would call me back TODAY. I just called again at the end of the day and was kindly told he was busy all day and may not be able to get back to me. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional and I expect my refund within the next 24 hours or else I will have to make much more noise then a simple yelp review.
